The house is pretty but very small, the 2 beds room is just for kids not for adults, very uncomfortable, no soap to wash dishes or clothes so you can’t use the washing machines for the dishes or the clothes, was a bit disappointing to buy a full box of soaps just to use them 1 or 2 times, I definitely recommend the place if you are a couple who sleep in the same bad maybe with 2 kids… but for an adults group is definitely not something that will give you a lot of comfort

A home away from home, the property was very comfortable and had more than we needed.

Very cosy cottage with a comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Soft couch, comfy bed, safe, tiny back garden, spacious front garden. Extremely dog friendly. Feels like home!

we had to end our trip one day earlier as the environment was really dirty. dust everywhere, dog poos in the garden, marks on sofa and pillows, broken toilet seat, dog hair all over the carpet.

Comfortable and lovely place to stay. The special quack quack inn is something really amazing and the lil ones simply love it. Wifi and mobile networks are great. Plenty of nearby groceries. Just be aware that the location provided on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps isn't correct.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Beatrice little duckling during our holiday. Having the complete cooking utensils at your kitchen, made us feel like just at home as we can cook anything we need.

My daughters also loved the Quack Quack Inn, they did not want to leave it. Thank you for the lovely holiday home.

On arrival we found out that we couldn't connect our phones and PC to the WIFI. At best 1 unit connected but the rest showed a connection but with no internet. I contacted the agency on an number of occasions, received promises that a technician would investigate, but this never happened. After we left, we were told that the technician had found no problem, and I am sure that the problem was tripped switch somewhere. Had the agency sent a technician, then the issue could have been resolved during our stay.

The place was clean, I mean extremely clean. The house was very cozy with loads of space. The staff were quite friendly and responded to mails promptly. The property had every facility that you need for your stay.

The internet did not work all the time. This not a dislike but I would have loved to have a blender.

Used the house as a base for walking the Coast to Coast Walk, so didn't use local amenities, but Middlesborough well serviced with pubs, restaurants and take-outs. The location was perfect for getting to the North York Moors and coast. Very well kitted out for pets, the annexe being a great extra space for this purpose.

The property is ideally situated for touring the area. However, Lambton Rd is in two parts, separated by a park and our SatNav, (with the postcode given) kept wanting to take us to Lambton Rd, the other side of the park! The property is modern, with two bedrooms and an Annexe, (converted from the stand alone garage) with kitchenette and walk-in shower. The lounge is small, but the dinning area is in a small Conservatory on the back of the property. The Property would ideally suit a family of two adults, two young children and possibly Grandma. We found it clean and tidy, with plenty of kitchen equipment.

House was as listed, nice place to stay. Annex was great for working, wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Pleasantly decorated and neat and tidy. The weather was great when we were there so the little garden was a bonus!
