No heating. The customer service was very poor over the lack of heating . Lots of talking and no action over 3 hours. Then when I’m told it will be resolved the next day and I will be told the outcome I did not get a call or message until 18.45 on the day I had left the property. So totally pointless 24 to 32 hours late !
