stylish little flat nice bathroom parking charges were absurd 10£ for 4 hours!! longest was 12 hours at 12£ heating did not work. no matter what we did. flat was freezing at 15 degrees through the night and day. towels were washed but stained heavily. cleaning supplies were non existent didn’t even have liquid. master bed was horrible. it was clearly two single beds joined together. middle was rock hard and uncomfortable. creaked too much and was too springy. the door to the apartment is unreasonably hard to open and required significant strength as a disabled person this was very difficult each time i wanted to enter or leave the premises. shower head was broken and didn’t spray water correctly. didn’t get my room that i paid for instead another flat. it was clear it was a double booking as people were staying there. coat rack was fully broken and fell towards me when entering the home
