The Space
If you are looking for a seaside break in the beautiful North Yorkshire area, look no further than The Lobster Holiday Inn.

The Lobster Holiday Inn is a newly renovated property featuring a neutral colour palette and complete with modern fixtures and fittings throughout.
The living room features two, large, plush sofas and a bespoke window seat and media wall. A relaxing space to enjoy with all the family.

The kitchen-dining space is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle, the kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook during their self catering stays.
With seating for six, the whole family can enjoy meal times together.

The three bedrooms are each tastefully decorated and designed with calm in mind, you are on track for a peaceful night sleep. With four beds in total you have the choice of a king, double or two singles, an ideal configuration if you are travelling as couples or with friends. Each bed is dressed with comfortable bedding and luxury linens. After a day at the beach just fall into one of these delightful beds and drift off to sleep.

The large bathroom is a bright and well thought out space.
Enjoy a long hot soak in the bowl style bath or feel refreshed with a waterfall style shower. The bathroom is complete with WC and basin.

To the rear of the property you will find an enclosed garden area with patio and grassed areas, perfect to take in some fresh sea air.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The Lobster Holiday is located in the coastal town of Redcar. Located just a short walk from the seafront, you’ll be able to start your day with a morning walk on the golden sands. Packed with nostalgic charm, the seafront has ice cream parlours, arcades and fish and chip shops. There are a number of rides which little ones will love too!

Along the seafront is the infamous vertical pier where you can enjoy views of the coastline. This is also home to a popular bar with outdoor seating looking out to the sea. Further independent cosy bars can be found on Station Road, just a short walk from the apartment.
Redcar is also home to Redcar Racecourse so if you’re visiting for a race day or Ladies’ Day, The Lobster Holiday Inn is a great base.

Located on the North Yorkshire coastline, you can walk to Marske-by-the-Sea along the beach and then further on to Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Here you’ll find the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK and a 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea.

Getting Around
Redcar Central Station is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment. Redcar has great train links with direct routes to Middlesbrough, Darlington and Manchester, as well as connecting routes to Leeds and York.

There are a number of bus stops throughout Redcar with Arriva routes to Middlesbrough, Marske, Saltburn, Sandsend and Whitby.

Too many emails. I was sent 23+ emails for a simple weekend stay.



We loved staying in this beautiful large, stylish comfortable house which was spotlessly clean and in a great location.<br/>Efficient communication from Host and Stay.<br/>We highly recommend this.



The Location of the house and the environment is suitable<br/><br/>Parking is far away from the house. The House should have parking sticker for the resident during the period of stay.



Unfortunately there was a late check which we weren’t informed about until we had pulled up outside which wasn’t great but they were very apologetic and did give us a part refund which was appreciated. The house is very modern and finished beautifully. Must mention the pub over the road. It is very loud in the front bedrooms when we stayed Friday and Saturday night. Luckily my 2 kids are older now but if they’d been little would never have slept through the racket and I would have appreciated knowing as the weekend could have played out very differently! The location is fantastic for the beach and centre of town however. Be aware there is a double yellow line outside the house but we just pulled up to unload then parked in the free (weekend) car park a 5 minute walk away which was fine.
