Great location, quiet and comfortable, ideal for us visiting relatives locally<br/><br/>Nothing

The bungalow was clean and tidy there were no issues with check in and out, no issues to speak of with the accommodation. It was a well situated place for exploring the surrounding area and only 5mins from the beach in car. Spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony in the sun. Quiet area.

Quiet and convenient.<br/><br/>Blankets and cushions in bedrooms dirty. Smelt off animal urine in hall and front bedroom plus bedside light didn't work.<br/>Tvs were a nightmare to work out and use

The insurance disclaimer should be included in the total cost of the booking . Not a few days before the start of the holiday so you couldn’t cancel & receive full refund. Attention to detail is important on<br/>Hospitality side of the booking was amiss in few areas - Ripped hole in duvet cover, stains on top blanket found folded under the mattress was hidden. Curtain rail in part coming off the track. Surely the cleaner would notice these things . Dirty washing machine dispenser. Apart from<br/>This the property was very comfortable and peaceful. Could do with cleaning products. Communication was very engaging and apologetic.

Excellent base for the area. Warm, comfortable, well equipped and clean. A 5 minute drive to restaurants and shops, and a supermarket. Close to local walks. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean, very spacious rooms, large and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A terrace with a beautiful garden and great views<br/><br/>We couldn't watch the TV in the living room because the TV remote was missing

We had a great time at Coach Cottage. Perfect for us and our toddler. Close to Saltburn for the pier and beach, while being in a very quiet estate, so ideal for us all getting some sleep at night. We have family in town so was great to have our own space to retreat to after spending the day with them. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Comfortable bungalow, conveniently located for coast and North York Moors

The space, the coziness, all the rooms including separate utility room. <br/>Lovely and warm<br/>Location nice too.<br/><br/>Cobwebs on bedroom ceiling<br/>Some very dated kitchen utensils. <br/>Minimal kitchen supplies eg one tea towel and very small amount of washing liquid for a 5 night stay! <br/>Lightbulbs missing/not working

We could not have been more happy with our stay at this lovely house. It was absolutely spotless on check in and had everything you could need and more for our stay! We especially liked the tea bags, milk, washing up liquid and toiletries etc. which really helped when we arrived! The area is nice and quiet and the views from the back garden are spectacular! The property is spacious but still feels homely and was perfect for our family! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay, I'm sure we'll be back!!

Morning the cottage was quite comfortable roomy all the facilities was the<br/><br/>Morning needs updating in places but other than that was good the location was good ?

It was nice and quiet

Accommodation suited our needs, very clean and well presented, parking on the drive was an issue for us, but that was purely because we both have mobility problems, but were able to park on the road, directly outside the property, so was not an issue.<br/><br/>We were happy with everything

Location to Saltburn was perfect.<br/><br/>It needs a few games left for children's ammusment and a few local tips on restaurants and take aways.

Lots of space yet felt very warm and cosy. Everything you have at home you will find here so no need to bring too much other than the clothes you'll wear and the food you'll eat. Home from home. Will definitely be back.<br/><br/>Parking was a bit tricky but not the end of the world. Steep drive with minimal room to reverse back out.

Comfortable spacious bungalow, well presented, very clean, tidy and uncluttered.<br/>A few things I feel the need to mentioned are:<br/>1. The drive is very steep and may be a problem for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair needs.<br/>2. The garden at the back is very overgrown and needs a bit of attention, and the steps from the patio are quite steep too, so again, people with mobility issues may struggle.<br/>Other than that, everything was spot on.<br/>Really enjoyed our few days, and would recommend.

The property is a traditional layout and suited us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable! We parked the car upon arrival and used the local bus service to get around. Having a bus stop across the road was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful bungalow ideal for visiting Saltburn and Staithes

Great place, exactly what I was looking for. The driveway is a bit steep but OK once you get used to it. The place was well set out, cosy and warm, nice view out the back and close to the coast and the moors . Highly recommended

Nice place. Close to where we were working

We already knew the area and so the bungalow was perfectly located for what we wanted to do on our stay, if you don’t have a car then the walk to the beach is an easy one you just might want to get public transport back.<br/>Cottage was fairly comfortable but one of the sofas needs some tlc.<br/>The kitchen was practical with everything you would need to be able to cook.<br/>King size bed was comfy but quilt was a little small for the bed and the pillows could be of better quality.<br/>All in all a lovely little bungalow.<br/>Host and stay were efficient and communicated via text message so we were not interrupted during our stay.<br/>Ros

I am from Brotton, lived and schooled there. The cottage brought me right back home and was calm and peaceful. My family also felt comfortable. Very clean, clutter free, child friendly, safe.<br/><br/>My only thorn was in fact the thorn bush right by the path, that I caught my coat on several times.

Bungalow itself was fab, garden needs quite a bit of attention & parking a bit of a chew, but would definitely recommend to others.<br/><br/>Parking & Garden needs attention.

All in all a nice place but a kitchen cloth and sponge and washing up liquid would have been appreciated. As well as a chopping board.<br/>Wifi was reliable and fast, the separate utility very convenient, lounge and bedrooms were a good size and homely.
