Really nice apartment and so conveniently located on the sea front and couple of mins walk also to the near by bars/shops/restaurants. The rooms are 100% as advertised and all done to a good standard.

The property was a great space, nice, big and bright. Ample chilling out space and lots of dining space too. The location was good too, opposite the sea and walking distance to the town and cafes and restaurants etc.

Great two nights stay . Beds super comfy . Apartment toasty warm on a very cold January weekend and great Location for the sea and the town. Kitchen equipment very basic ( 4 coffee cups) but you can get by no problem . Big plus was that we can bring the pooches and they thoroughly enjoy the beach walks which were right on our doorstep. Definitely recommend for a great stay !

we stayed here for 8 nights late Sept. First the good points. Great location at the top of the Cliffs leading down to the sea. Plenty of free parking, quiet at night. Good internet and television. Very comfortable beds and linen and towels good and plentiful. Kitchen adequately equipped. Comfortable furniture (although might be a squeeze with 4). Spacious and airy. Now the not so good. The approach to the flat is via a weed and rubbish choked area with large bags of rotting weeds. The door surround has lots of spiders in webs. Even accessing the key safe involved disposing of several. Lots of cobwebs inside including behind bed head. Black mould around bath. Hob damaged and dirty (advised not to use for 24hrs). No cleaning stuff i.e. for toilet or hand wash soap. No condiments. No oven glove. No recycling.Host and Stay respond quickly but mainly with standard phrases not concrete action. After 48 hours and 20 messages we gave up. Many of these issues raised by previous occupants.

We loved the location, it’s close to the beach and parade. The local shops are just around the corner which is handy. We stayed for the weekend and had a great time in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. It’s a fabulous Victoria seaside resort with plenty to do. The walks are fabulous. The accommodation was comfortable and everyone slept well. The shower is great which is always a plus point with my family members. The kitchen is very well equipped but please be aware there are no oven gloves so if you are using the grill/oven take your own! My only criticisms are that the property isn’t very clean. There are a lot of cobwebs that could easily be dealt with by housekeeping but I feel they are doing this property a disservice. The porch to the front door is not very welcoming with lots of spiders, leaves and feathers so it’s a real shame this isn’t kept neat and tidy as it’s the first impression you have of the property. Overall we had a lovely time and didn’t let the negative points ruin our stay.

Great location, light and airy apartment, comfy beds and very spacious just a little run down, but nothing that wouldn’t put us off staying here again. (Anyone who has a spider phobia might want to give this one a miss thou the front door and where the key safe is really needs cleaning as there are hundreds of spiders- scary!)

Apartment was just as described. Even though it’s a basement there are plenty of windows and it’s very bright inside most of the rooms. Easy access with parking right out front. Walking distance to tram, beach, restaurants, and arcade.

I wouldn’t say the apartment was spotless like the other reviews, there was a lot of spiders and webs around which led us to believe the cleaning wasn’t done very well in the corners of rooms and behind the couches. There wasn’t any tea towels or oven gloves provided so it made it difficult to cook etc. the entrance to the property was not pleasant unfortunately, it is a basement apartment & the entrance was covered in a porch area which had again a lot of insects on the walls & webs, which it would have been nice for this to have been cleared out on check in day. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom very nice but the second bedroom didn’t have curtains, just white blinds which let in alot of light. I just didn’t feel comfortable in the property which was a shame as the decor is really lovely

Returning to Saltburn with my elderly parents for a final trip to our beautiful home town was extra special. Finding the perfect apartment to stay in was the icing on the cake for us all. The large open plan living space and kitchen/dining was both clean and uncluttered. Local family and friends were able to drop in to visit and it truly felt like we were living back in town. We enjoyed very comfortable beds, a quiet environment and perfect proximity to the beach and shops. We are very grateful to our host and would recommend this idyllic place highly. Lovely apartment in a super location, in a great town. It’s literally on the sea front, spotlessly clean with loads of good places to eat and visit nearby. Fab stuff.

We had a lovely stay at this Morden clean and spacious apartment. It’s a stones throw from the beach . Great facilities lovely modern decor We did have a problem with check in and had to call the Vrbo call centre an hour after we were due to check in as we had not received the key lock code. Tried to use messaging service but it was as not answered,

It was a clean and modern apartment with an amazing location. The rooms were bigger than expected with really high ceilings. Plus, it was just a 30 second walk outside and you could see the beautiful sea, cliffside, and pier of Saltburn. It was a great base for a few days visiting family. Would definitely visit again.

The location is 5*, the apartment spacious and the beds super comfy! A few extra things, like extra toiletries, entrace mat and shoe rack and possible welcome basket would make it super special. If you are looking for a family friendly apartment this is a great find. We had no issue's in parking straight outside of the apartment, but knowing Saltburn in summer, I would be a little concerned about finding a spot. My advise would be, when you find a spot, stay in it as everything is in walking distance. We would happily return.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Great location. Lovely comfortable beds. Saltburn is a beautiful place to visit. We liked the convenience of the apartment when going down to the beach every day. The kids loved the amusement arcade!

The flat is bright, clean, comfortable and spacious. It worked well for us. Comfortable beds, great shower. Host and Stay were responsive when at the flat, and I had a query about the heating. The location was great. Well placed for everything really. Great local cafes and shops. Saltburn is very pretty.

Size was massive for us. So clean and my word was comfy. Quiet too even though was on the sea front. The hosts are just epic. Was well equipped. And the nesspresso machine was brilliant, had some pods to use as didnt have the machine so that was a bonus that my miss’ packed them. But i strongly recommend to use these hosts for sure

Just had a four night break in this apartment. It was great. The description and pictures are accurate. It is spacious, bright and clean and very well equipped - there was even a fresh pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived. It’s an excellent location with easy access to beach (via fairly steep steps) and very close to shops and restaurants. Saltburn-on-sea is a lovely little seaside resort and the whole coastline is beautiful. I would highly recommend both Saltburn and this apartment.

We love Saltburn firstly, so staying in this apartment made things even better. Perfect location, everything set out as in the pictures and the rooms were lovely and bright, the place was well equipped., this made for a more comfortable and enjoyable break.

We really enjoyed our stay at this sparkly, newly decorated and refurbished apartment. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathroom and towels were brand new and super clean. The kitchen was pretty well equipped too. We were able to park right outside, the beach was 2 minutes away and the town centre just as convenient.

Newly refurbished spacious Victorian basement flat in a great location. Don't let the fact that its at basement level put you off, as there was plenty of light. Very clean throughout, with all the mod cons you need. Excellent facilities, with quality crockery, big TV and easy internet connection. Easy to park out side mid-week and not even too bad at weekends. Main bedroom had French windows to outside space, which was a nice touch.
