We’ve stayed in Saltburn many times. The apartment is right in the centre of all the bars and restaurants and a few minutes away from the beach. Lovely

The apartment is lovely. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. We're a family of 5 and size wise it's appropriate for a long weekend away. Modern decor and equipment. Considering the location and the fact we went on peak season I think it was good value. Note the requirement to pay for insurance on the property. It's not expensive and it's explained before you book, but something to consider as an added cost to the holiday.

The flat was well situated and decorated to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable and we loved our stay there. <br/>I loved the app, which served as a guide for everything you needed to know.<br/><br/>I'm all up for good correspondence, but I think it was a little over the top. I received multiple messages that repeat the same messages. It felt a little overwhelming.

Good value for money. Comfortable beds,plenty room, everything that's needed in the kitchen and very nice bathroom.

The location; the style of the decor.<br/><br/>Difficult to access help when in some difficulty. For example, the heating was difficult to control. Only after repeated calls for help did a technician arrive. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the management team that took calls and the technical team which might address any difficulties in the flat.

We had an amazing weekend. Location is perfect, close to shops & beaches.

The way the space has been used which allows for 3 bedrooms , it’s small but perfect for a holiday<br/><br/>Somethings needed to be updated or mended however understand that for a property that sleeps 5 that certain items need to be available

Great easy access and communication. We had a small issue with a faulty door which I reported and it was dealt with in a matter of minutes. Really clean and cosy lovely bedrooms. Bears and restaurants all within 5 mins walk. <br/>Would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't have liked to stay in the summer as the bedrooms didn't have windows, and the skylights didn't look like you could open them

Great location. Opposite the train station and supermarket. Loads of amenities. On street free parking. The flat itself was huge. Long corridor with dividing rooms. Top amenities. Smart TV, washer/dryer, linen, toiletries. Nice quiet area although busy street.<br/><br/>Views not great. And no outside space. No coat hooks but no major flaws so would highly recommend. Based above a guitar shop so could hear some noise but nothing major and not outside opening hours.

My second stay here, comfy beds, very efficient heating. Great place!<br/><br/>Lock box a little tricky to open - maybe time to change the code so other buttons are used?

Lovely apartment & a great use of space. The living space & kitchen were excellent & it’s located in a great spot, just a steady 5 min stroll to the beach & shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets & the train station are 2 minutes away, yet we had no noise disturbance . The storage room next to the bathroom was very handy, however, it would have made a brilliant second WC. <br/>There is only 1 other apartment up the stair case & it appears to be another holiday let. Our neighbours were quiet so we had no issues at all. <br/>Nice decor & lovely & clean. I’d certainly recommend as it was great value for money. <br/>There was also a handy grassed area directly opposite for our dog.

Nice apartment, clean and fairly comfortable. Only issue is that there are sky lights instead of windows in the bedrooms. It rained the whole time and the noise made it difficult to sleep. <br/>No dishwasher and no means of recycling.

Lovely flat. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and a dog. A great location in Saltburn. We definitely hope to stay again.

Location.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well located. Host & Stay gave useful instructions and a handy guide to the property before check-in. The parking isn’t reserved but we were able to park just outside the door. There is a step in the hallway to be aware of but the apartment is nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

That needs attention!<br/>*Mattress's uncomfortable - too hard, as are the pillows. <br/>*Draft from bay window - warped window sill.<br/>*Laminate flooring in kitchen & hall loose moved when you stood on then.<br/>*Paint flaking on wall from skylight in bathroom<br/>*skylight blinds in bedrooms hard to open & close.<br/>Other than the above, it is a lovely apartment and would recommend it once repairs are completed ?

It is in a great location with easy access to Sainsburys and located above an excellent Chinese takeaway (there were no smells or any problems from it). Short walk to good restaurants and cafes as well as the beach and walks along to cliffs. The TV and wifi in the main living room were good.<br/><br/>The master bedroom was not accessible for some reason (the Host & Stay people didn't know why either, even though I later found that a recent visitor had already mentioned it in a review!) so we had to use the other bedroom which didn't have the advertised TV. The first impressions were disappointing, in the entrance hall of the flat itself there was a smashed plant pot, with all the pieces just laid out on the side table. There were gaps in the flooring in the hallway with planks that slid due to having been laid incorrectly. Whilst the kitchen was very pleasant, the interior door to one of the freezer compartments was in two pieces, hanging off and with very sharp edges. The hob surface and a pyrex dish needed cleaning before we could use them. We therefore needed to contact Host & Stay immediately to make sure they knew that we did not cause any of it. Clearly a check had not been made before we arrived. Host & Stay give all information about the booking and the accommodation electronically (there are no information folders in the property) which is fine as long as it is easy to follow. In the weeks leading up to our visit I received several duplicated emails, most advising I had to do something to validate the booking, even though I had already dome so. I only managed to get them stopped by ringing up. When I sent an email to the address published in their on-line information I received no response and, when I eventually had to ring them, they told me that the address quoted was wrong.

The apartment was so very spacious and full of natural light. It was spotless, we couldnt fault the cleanliness. Everything you would need for relaxing break was available, even nespresso pods for the coffee machine. We left it as we found it ... perfect! We will definitely book it again whenever we visit our family in Saltburn and recommend it to family and friends.<br/><br/>We could not find any faults.

We had a lovely weekend in Saltburn. The flat was cozy and warm and had everything we needed.

Location good, nice & quiet.<br/><br/>Advertised with 2 bedrooms but there was only one ? <br/>The bedroom has no natural ventilation. Neither of the two roof lights could be opened. <br/>Based on the pics thought it was going to be a bit swankier than it was. Perhaps expectations were to high ?

This spacious apartment is a real find. Really comfortable stay, right on the high street with a handful of lovely restaurants, supermarket and train station only a minute away. Free parking was also a bonus. Brilliant value to boot! Enjoyed so many lovely walks in this lovely area.<br/><br/>We struggled to find the right door near the key safe. While this was probably our bad, it wasn't immediately obvious that the grey door led to an apartment. We called host and stay for reassurance and was told someone would call us back but sadly they didn't. We remedied ourselves through trial and error!

Our first Airbnb experience and we loved our stay in Saltburn. Perfect property for what we needed. Easy (and free) parking, spot on location, easy check in. Central location in Saltburn but nice and quiet with all the amenities you’d want close by. Great pizza bar and micropub within 3 minutes walk plus a supermarket and chemist. <br/>The property itself was as described and very clean. We had a problem with the wifi and accessing anything on tv on the first eve. We hoped it would just be a one off. Same problems the second evening so we reported it and by lunchtime the next day and engineer had arrived and sorted it in time for our last evening. <br/>All in a lovely mini break with the family. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Location was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Great shower. Very cosy. Good being able to get access to Netflix and Amazon Prime from TV. We had two large dogs and it seemed fine for them, although instructions that they should be kept downstairs seemed confusing since downstairs was the communal entrance hall. Thought the cloakroom area for boots shoes etc was very useful. Overall we were very happy with the apartment.<br/><br/>Lack of window in bedroom (only skylight) was a bit odd and the raised platform in the middle of the corridor was a little strange as well. But these were minor niggles.

The flat itself is lovely. Crockery and dishes were dirty which is disappointing when you pay a £50 cleaning fee. Also Host & Stay don’t point out on any listing that they actually take a £260 “holding fee” for damage. It doesn’t stay as a pending transaction like I expected, they actually take the money out of your bank account for up to 4 weeks. Something to bear in mind, if I had known we would’ve booked elsewhere as I don’t have a spare £260 at the minute!! £10 of that is non refundable so you pay an admin fee for them taking a further £250 of your money?? I disputed that with them and they advised they would refund the £10, said it would take 3-5 working days to appear.. That was 11 working days ago and still had nothing come in. It’s a huge shame because it’s such a nice part of the country but this company own a lot of rentals there and we will not be staying anywhere with them again.

modern clean uncluttered secure well placed property. comfortable beds lots of lighting. Bath & shower in good sized bathroom. Perfect couldn’t fault it!<br/><br/>The Wi-Fi on Tv kept disconnecting. Not too much of a problem as out most of the time.

The Milton is really gorgeous and dog friendly! It's stylish, comfortable, large and in an excellent location. Saltburn is such a lovely place to stay, with the best fish and chips available. Lots of light from the amazing roof skylights. I would definitely stay here again. Stunning.

It has an excellent location, with easy and free street parking, and very near a Sainsbury’s, a Spar, restaurants and the sea. inside it is a large flat with 2 double bedrooms with large comfortable double beds, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, a combined kitchen and sitting room, a boot and drying room, and a small dressing room. We were very happy with our stay; it is bright, clean, and nicely decorated.<br/><br/>Most of the light comes from skylights (which is nice) but they cannot be opened so the only ventilation comes from one window in the lounge area at the very end of the long flat. The skylight in the bathroom can theoretically be opened but there was no opening gadget to be able to do so. There are also two odd stepping up places, one in the middle of the main corridor and the other into the kitchen, on which it is easy to painfully stub your toe.

Beds were comfy.<br/>Only a couple of minutes walk to shops and down to the sea front.<br/>The restaurants /pub's that the hosts recommend was a helpful idea and we tried some of them and weren't disappointed.<br/><br/>No window that could be opened in the bedrooms to let fresh air in although the sky light let plenty of light.<br/>Trip hazards as in the hallway there was a step that seems to be for no reason plus a trip hazard going into the kitchen and the neighbours leaving their shoes /boots on the stairs outside of our door.

Modern, well decorated and clean apartment. Excellent location! Easy walk to beach and shops. Parking was available on road. <br/>The only downside was there were no windows that could be opened for freash air, fans were provided but these cannot replace fresh air. Roof lanterns were great solution for day light. Will definitely recommend Stay, if checkout time is changed to 11am from 10am then it will be more convenient especially for families with children. It was a short but memorable trip!

Washer dryer in well stocked kitchen. Yea, coffee and a pint of milk on arrival. Lovely toiletries.<br/>Very comfortable beds. Only downside is the flat was very warm (we stayed in August) fans are provided in all rooms but I can’t sleep with a fan on but probably not a problem for most. <br/>Shower is lovely.<br/>Overall a good stay in a perfect location.
