Opposite the living room is the first bedroom. This space boasts a bold feature wall and comfy King size bed. It is a snug haven with luxurious bedding and plush cushions. Industrial style lamps, wire basket bedside tables and a chunky knit tapestry add cool and on trend touches. The room is complete with a matt black clothing rail and wooden dressing table.

The kitchen leads to a porch area at the back of the house where you’ll find a shoe rack, coat pegs and dog bowls. Open the back door and there is a lovely terrace area where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening tipple. Below is an enclosed garden area.

Head back through the kitchen and straight ahead is the third bedroom. Here you’ll find charming bunk beds ideal for children. There is also a clothing rail and a cute crate filled with children’s books. A quirky jellyfish lamp and pom pom cushions complete the room perfectly.

The family bathroom is next door and features a large shower.

A Bungalow away from the busy town center.<br/>It did have a train line behind it, which is for commercial things only and didn't disturb us at all.<br/>It has a one car drive and really nice gardens. Very dog friendly but also very clean.<br/>Its the best air BNB we've been in. Good price. Thank you.

Beautiful private garden and comfy beds. The living room is cosy but there was no footstool as in picture. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and town. However, drawbacks were the finish and the cleanliness throughout.

The bungalow is located on a nice quiet residential street with private driveway parking, within walking distance of the town centre, country park and beach. It is nicely decorated and very homely with everything you need for a short break. The garden looked nice, though we didn't get to make the most of it because the weather wasn't great unfortunately. The shower is nice and powerful and the bed was comfy. The welcome basket with crisps, biscuits and milk was a nice touch.<br/><br/>The host couldn't provide a travel cot so we had to buy our own (we've not needed one before as everywhere we've stayed previously has provided one). I wasn't aware of the extra insurance charge when booking, that might have put me off if I'd known we'd have to either pay an extra £25 or a large deposit.

Perfect location, sea front, shops, woodland walks all easily accessible<br/><br/>Nothing

What a lovely little place in a peaceful area. It was just as described and we were impressed on entering the property at how clean it was with lovely decor and very spacious! <br/>The railway line is cargo trains only and only a few came so no problem at all. <br/>We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Lovely clean linen and towels. <br/>The location was so peaceful. A space for one car off road which was great. <br/>I would highly recommend and we would definitely book it again if we return to Saltburn. ?

Great Location and great house

Stylish and comfortable and perfect location. Near to family and also to town/Saltburn Beach which is about 5 mins drive or 10-15 mins walking distance. Easy drive to other beauty spots/beaches. <br/> <br/>Lots of facilities to make our stay comfortable. We didn't make use of the games in the living room but would have done if we hadn't nearby family to visit. Also the garden space is great but we didn't have the weather or the time to make use of it. There is a railway track next to the house but hardly any trains passed and they are goods trains so not many. Was a novelty to see one pass when we did see one! <br/> <br/>Amazing welcome basket was there on arrival which was really appreciated, so thank you, along with a supply of tea and milk and other bits in the cupboards. Definitely would rebook if we need more space (usually only two of us visit Saltburn to my mum) and need three bedrooms.<br/><br/>There wasn't anything that we didn't like. If we had to say something, maybe the bedroom at the other side of the kitchen was a little chilly but there is an extra heater in there to combat that and it wasn't an issue.

Brilliant location, very dog friendly, shower was great. The parking and garden were very helpful to a comfortable stay. Lovely welcome gifts too, thank you. The Christmas tree made it extra special.<br/><br/>Few niggly bits like the light switch and the bed was not hugely comfortable, it was good but not up to the same standard as other bits of the bungalow.

Lovely bungalow. Very close to local amenities.

Great location and a lovely place with great garden area<br/><br/>It was cold - especially in the back bedroom . No outside light to garden which wasn’t great.

Well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds and cosy. Owner left milk and nibbles which was nice. <br/>Location is perfect, Saltburn is a lovely seaside resort. It's a good base for seeing the area.<br/>Train track was very close to the house, it didn't bother us as we loved watching the freight trains go by, which were few and far between.<br/><br/>Doors need looking at as they have swollen and difficult to close<br/>Toilet seat was loose needs to be looked at.

Property was lovely for the five of us and dog. Lounge was cosy, beds really comfortable, lovely furnishings throughout and a well equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was really appreciated by the children and we loved the basket left for the dog too! The garden would have been great too if only the weather had been better - lots of space and very safe for the dog. <br/>Only small negative was lack of clarity on how the outside lights worked - with the rain we had, the decking was quite slippery so it felt a little unsafe with no lighting. Otherwise, we all had a lovely few days and found it a great base for exploring Saltburn.

Lovely bungalow warm, clean and modern. Within walking distance of Saltburn and driving distance from Whitby. Really nice beach front area with a pub and few restaurants

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. Very close to the town and convenient for shops and cafes. A well equipped place, would stay again.

It is a nice property. Functional, decently spacious and clean. There is a railway line at the end of the garden which seems to be for freight only and not high speed. Overall enjoyed the stay, but mainly because of the beaches.

Everything. It was like home from home close enough to shops cafes & bars. Lovely quiet street

Lovely place. Very well equipped and not far from the beach, just a short walk. Plenty to do in the local area also. We will definitely be returning :)

The property was a home from home which had everything you could possibly wish for. It was very comfortable and catered for all our needs and even had treats for our dog. I loved the property so much I didn’t want to leave. The owners have thought of everything. The decor is very tasteful and it had lots of extra touches making it stand out from other properties we have stayed in.<br/><br/>We couldn’t get the outside light to work but that is the only thing as we loved it.

Fabulous enclosed garden perfect for the dogs! <br/>House modern and spacious<br/><br/>Nothing to dislike

we had a lovely weekend at Willow View with our three children, aged 2, 4 and 7. The older two loved the bunk beds and the books and toys in their room. Before arriving I was slightly concerned about the train line which runs past the garden, but it is much higher than the garden (you go down some steps to access the garden) and trains are very infrequent and not fast. The kids loved seeing them go past! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to town and the seafront, we all walked to the seafront and back (pushchair for the littlest) on our first evening. We love Saltburn and Redcar and would definitely stay at Willow View again.

Spacious, clean, well equipped and great location.<br/><br/>No milk on arrival

We had a wonderful stay at Willow View! <br/>The garden was great for our 2 children to explore and have a kick-about with a ball. There is garden table and chairs and a beautiful willow tree. We used the table and chairs on the veranda for our supper and occasionally in the morning for a cupper in the sunshine - it was bliss! <br/>The bungalow was very well equipped with all the amenities we required for our 3 nights stay. The owners were very thoughtful and left buckets and spades out for us to borrow and even a lovely welcome hamper of goodies for us to enjoy and milk in the fridge. The beds were very comfy and there were extra blankets available for cooler evenings. <br/>The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants/cafes in 5-10 mins. It makes a big difference being so close to the town when you have young children. <br/>We would highly recommend this place and will be back again in the future. Thankyou!<br/>Amy, Karl, Evan & Marina x

What a great little place, spotless, great facilities, great garden and location to the centre.<br/>Would definitely recommend a stay.

Willow View is a lovely property in a lovely, quiet location. We found the proximity to the beach, gardens and places to eat very good. All within walking distance. <br/>The house was clean and tidy and my children (1 and 3) loved playing with the games and reading the books that were there. The garden was very nice and our dog certainly appreciated the space for a run around. The train line at the back of the property was a great hit with the kids! They don’t come that frequently (freight trains so not at night) and are not at all noisy, but the kids loved to watch them go by. <br/>We were left a welcome basket which was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well stocked with the things you would expect and there was tea and coffee which was great! <br/>Overall I’d definitely stay again and would recommend a stay at willow view.

Beautiful house in a lovely Victorian seaside resort … could not fault a thing - recommend highly - thanks for the welcome pack and a great stay

location was excellent and size of premises good,<br/><br/>Oven could have been cleaner <br/>Need a gate on veranda to keep dog in

everything - although pillows were very average<br/><br/>nothing

very conveinent location for lots of places to visit. the facilities at the bungalow exceeded our expectations.some great places to eat locally.

We had a fantastic stay, a lovely property with a gorgeous garden! Very kind of the owners to provide a welcome basket with treats! Saltburn a lovely place and Willow View was perfect for our group of 5 to stay. Walkable to the town centre - very quiet and peaceful. Awoken to the sound of birds singing in the garden. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip!

Property was perfect for our needs. Immaculately cleaned, well furnished and only a short walk from Saltburn sea front or town. Extra nice touches were the selection of board games which our boys loved and the provision of tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We would definitely like to return

great location brilliant for my granddaughter lovely garden ?<br/><br/>nothing

Easy access to all the key areas, spacious living areas, lovely deck and great value compared to seafront properties

Lovely peaceful, spacious bungalow on quiet estate. Spotlessly clean and easily walkable into Saltburn. My father retired down here recently and we’ve now found somewhere to stay when we visit again.<br/>The garden was spacious and secure for the dog. However, there was no outside tap to wash off the dog after getting back from any of the stunning sandy or muddy walks in the area. Not a problem but something to be aware of when trying to keep the property clean and tidy. <br/>Highly recommend a stay here.

great location<br/>easy walking distance to shops and the beach<br/>lovely, comfortable and very clean<br/><br/>kitchen table too small for 6… although a note from the hosts state there is a plan to replace this with a larger one

Lovely bungalow really well equipped. Away from the hustle and bustle of the jewel streets but only 10-15 walk down to the town centre and/or top promenade. <br/>One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Lots of little extras including welcome pack of goodies and coffee pods for machine. Little sun room had stuff for dogs and children, opening to suntrap decking. Lower garden was another suntrap, and enclosed so great for our little dog <br/>Bungalow itself was superb, really well modernised kitchen, and nice quiet location with off road parking. <br/>Heartily recommend for a week in this lovely resort, will be back <br/>Owner had to pop in at short notice to for wi fi issue, Very friendly even went to trouble to source a new router to fix prob<br/><br/>Nothing at all, absolutely wonderful <br/>couldnt fault anything <br/>but if pressed maybe a little bin in the bedroom.

Whar a beautiful bungalow! Spotless and beautiful throughout. Really comfortable beds. Lovely arrival goodie box and milk in fridge. Totally secure garden for dogs. Will definitely be back and highly recommended!!!!

saltburn is a hidden gem, we will definitely be returning. willow view is beautiful very welcoming, comfortable and beautiful garden . everyone is catered for especially the furry member of the family. thank you so much for the added touches too . can't wait to return thank you ?

Brilliant place to stay just a short walk from the beach. We loved the thoughtful but super helpful extras like dog bowls and a high chair and baby bath - thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Clean and tidy. plenty of space with good sized bedrooms. great location for the beach and local facilities<br/><br/>n/a

Well equipped<br/> very clean<br/>comfortable <br/>Lovely outside space<br/><br/>Booking process is long winded<br/>£250 deposit taken in advance and still not returned 5 days after end of stay

Great place very comfortable. .<br/>Had bit of problem with electricity tripping think dishwasher could of been problem <br/>Could do with blind at kitchen window <br/>Enjoyed our 5 days going back to where I spent my first 21 years

A beautiful gem of a property, a short walk away from Saltburn centre. A great base for ecploring places such as Staithes, Whitby and Runswick Bay. <br/>The property was so well equipped and modern. Spotless and clean. Beautiful touches such as the welcome hamper and guest book.<br/>Thank you for a wonderful few days x

Willow View was spotlessly clean, looks just like the photos and is well equipped. Loved the personal touches on arrival and great to have the basics such as tea, coffee & sugar and dishwasher tablets. It’s located in a quiet area and the perfect base to walk into the main area of Saltburn.

The welcoming touches ? <br/>Location, close to pier and places to eat / shops. <br/>Facilities - we had everything we needed <br/>Children’s things - lovely little room with toys and books ? <br/>Each room was tastefully decorated and provided great facilities. It was clean and well maintained. The children loved playing in The garden also.<br/><br/>It’s difficult to write anything negative given it is such a nice place and the only thing I can suggest is that the eating area needs sufficient seating /table for 6 guests given it sleeps this many. It wasn’t a problem so much, we just sorted the kids then the adults sat down to eat but perhaps a pull out would work. The doors jammed a little also. That said, I would recommend and would also stay again here.

The house was perfect, it was stylishly put together and had lots of extra touches.<br/><br/>Nothing- personally the bed was too soft for my back, others would love it!

Great place. Quiet location. Really responsive owners. Generous welcome pack and a christmas tree!

Very comfortable holiday house, clean and well equipped. Very welcoming to dog owners. Lovely and well maintained garden

The house was lovely and absolutely everything we could think of was supplied (even treats for the dog and a welcome basket for us) it made our stay so easy (we booked in for a couple of days to attend a family funeral) so it helped not having to think of anything, well located for shops and the beach and our little dog settled right in - we would 100% recommend

The house was lovely, there was everything you needed. It was a nice quiet area, with everything within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time in Saltburn and this house provided the perfect base for us. We have 2 small children so it took us about 20 minutes to walk down to the beach. The house has everything that you need and the train is not a problem at all.

Great property, great location

location - decor - private garden<br/><br/>n/a

Lovely holiday house. Very well equipped. Don’t let the proximity to the train line put you off. There were only a couple of trains a day which went by very slow. <br/>The garden is lovely…my daughters loved playing in it and seeking shade under the gorgeous willow tree. <br/>Would highly recommend for a stay in Saltburn. Great to use as a base for beaches all along the east coast. We visited Staithes, Runswick bay and Whitby while we were there. Saltburn itself is great. Not too commercialised. Lovely long beach and great fish and chips! <br/>The only criticism is the front bedroom needs curtains as the blinds let the sun in very early!

Lovely accommodation, clean and welcoming- excellent facilities. Welcome basket a nice touch Brilliant proximity to the beach . Would definitely return.<br/><br/>N/a

Perfect house. Clean, tidy and spacious. Everything has been thought of. Perfect garden which is all enclosed. Perfect location with a small walk into the town.

Very clean and tidy. Good facilities and excellent location.<br/><br/>Only one hand towel provided for five adults and one child. Only one toilet roll and half kitchen roll provided.

Excellent property

Super comfortable place, with nice touches all over the place. We will stay again, I’m pretty sure.

The Bungalow is very comfortable and tucked away in the corner of a quiet street. Short walk to the town and all amenities. Perfect spot for a stay in Saltburn.

A home from home with great attention to detail. Perfect for my mother with mobility issues.

Willow View was perfect for our family of 5, we love Saltburn and when we come back I won’t need to look any further for somewhere to stay. The house has everything you’ll need, it’s comfortable yet simple, has a lovely feel to it and the back garden is lovely, so different to the picture! Don’t let the railway line next to the house put you off it’s so quite and peaceful, the train passes very slowly a few times a day. Location for us was perfect, we loved the short walk down into town and to the beach. The Spar at the end of the road has everything and more but the independent bakery and butcher in town are worth a visit. Signals cafe is a treat, we hired a beach hut for the day which is great value for money. You couldn’t fail to have a good time at this property or in Saltburn.

It had comfortable beds, comfortable living room, exceptionally well equipped kitchen. <br/>The garden and small decked area were lovely.<br/><br/>slow Wi-Fi ?

Lovely place in the heart of Saltburn. Wonderfully clean, beautifully presented and a lovely garden to enjoy. Lots of nice touches to make you extra welcome from games for the children and milk in the fridge so we could make a cuppa. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great last minute stay at Willow View and loved the fact that it is in walking distance of the town, beach and sea. It’s a lovely clean property with a big garden suitable for dogs and children and a great area for sitting out on the balcony or having a bbq. The bungalow is very contemporary and lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it!!

A lovely stay in a perfect bungalow in a great location. Even though we were there during two major storms we felt really secure and the bungalow was toasty warm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was ideal for our family, including the grandparents who are in their late 80s. Very easy walk into the town and plenty to do, even in February. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and super helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely think about returning in the warmer weather!

Location perfect for our purposes. Decent shower. Clean and tidy, it was useful to have tea/coffee/sugar in kitchen. Nice neutral decor - the owners had been very thoughtful in terms of equipment left in the property. We stayed at New Year and a Christmas tree was up, wreath on the door and a welcome pack of treats on the kitchen table. Very nicely done.<br/><br/>An extractor fan would have been useful in the bathroom. Not a problem for a visitor, but for the owner it would preserve the bathroom and avoid damp.

We loved our stay with our family of 5 and will be looking to book again the next time we visit.

Immaculately clean and very cosy. lovely touch having lights and fire on ready when we arrived. plus Christmas tree lit ?<br/><br/>the 2nd double bedroom was a little cold through the night. could maybe do with an extra fan heater just a thought

Beautifully decorated throughout and everything you would need was supplied. Lovely welcome pack and even treats for the dog. Great location and easy to get to local amenities and not too far from the beach.

The property was super clean with everything you need for a comfy break away will be returning again

Lovely bungalow in a quiet area and very well set out. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The accommodation was excellent and attention to detail was very evident and appreciated. The property was spotless. The location was ideal. Close to town and beach. The parking was very much appreciated as we could leave our car and walk locally. Would highly recommend.<br/><br/>Nothing.

The property was spotless and in a lovely quiet place. Excellent welcome hamper for us and our dogs. Garden was secure for our dogs and even though next to a railway it was very quite as the train goes past very slowly only a couple of times a day. Would definitely stay again when we're next up that way.

This is a beautifully done out house .. and incredibly well equipped.. loved every minute of our stay

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in, super clean, cosy, quiet and fab decor. Lovely house in a quaint seaside town!

Willow View is a fabulous place to stay. It was really clean and very well resourced for young families (we have a two yo and 11 month old). We were very fortunate with the weather, but we could have had a lovely stay even in bad weather. We would recommend the property and would love to stay again.

We have had a lovely couple of days staying at Willow view . Beautifully furnished and some lovely touches to suit all ages. We will definitely book again and wound recommend Willow view .

This is a beautiful, clean, modern bungalow in a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. In a lovely, quiet, residential cul de sac and only a couple of minutes walk to the sea front.<br/><br/>The bungalow is really well furnished, everything you need in the kitchen including a smeg fridge!<br/><br/>Hangers and hairdryer included and children’s book and games and a baby bath<br/><br/>Also things for beach and dog friendly <br/><br/>Well maintained and a lovely decking area created which overlooks the garden<br/><br/>Great base for exploring and would highly recommend

Location good. In quiet residential area but not far from promenade. Chippy and spar shop within 5 minutes walk which was great. Garden nice . Comfortable beds. Well equipped with crockery etc. Nice toys and dvds for children.<br/><br/>A little short of space for 6 people, esp in lounge with armchairs only for 4! Kitchen space a little cramped. Garden was lovely but needed some attention, e.g. weeding and cutting back plants on paths. A brush would of been useful for clearing paths and patio of leaves and moss. One garden chair broken.

Willow View was the perfect property for our seaside holiday as a family of 4. Located in the corner of a quiet residential street, we enjoyed the summer evenings on the deck watching the kids play in the garden just below.<br/><br/>Willow View is very well appointed and equipped, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. We had a busy week visiting the surrounding areas with many hours spent on local beaches, just a real treat to come home to somewhere set up so well to relax in afterwards.<br/><br/>We would highly recommend Willow View to anyone considering staying here,it really is a gem of a find, you will not be dissapointed in booking this property.

Could not fault it if I tried. Well laid out, spacious, clean, bright! Wonderful welcome note and treats. The beach was clean and Sandy. We enjoyed the waves too<br/><br/>Nothing!

Would definitely recommend the stay was georgous

This is 2nd time at this property , for us it’s a great location , suits our family needs perfectly so our teenage son gets his own room . All the decor , facilities and thoughtful welcome pack etc make staying there a real home from home

Really nicely presented property which is really well located on a quiet road in Saltburn. Lovely garden too.

First of all I need to say that the house is immaculately clean. Absolutely sparkling. It's cosy and well laid out with lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is enclosed which is welcome when you're travelling with a dog and the parking is easy, off street and right in front of the house. We said hello in passing to a few neighbours and it's a nice. friendly, and very safe neighborhood. <br>Although we didn't spend much time in Saltburn itself, it was lovely and we met with family and ate fish and chips next to the pier watching the lights reflecting on the water. Cold but a lovely experience!<br>The only down side of this property, and I must say clearly, it wouldn't stop me returning, was the additional hoops put in place by the management company. They themselves were friendly, efficient and nothing but brilliant to deal with but they "offer" an additional check in step after you've booked through Vrbo which has endless small print - pros and cons but some (IMHO) rather onerous cons. The management company told me it was optional so having read the small print I didn't complete it. On arrival there was a tablet asking me to check in so I started doing that - until I hit another ream of small print that it wanted me to sign up to so again, didn't bother. I have fed this back to them and they say they've taken it on board. I booked and paid on Vrbo, signed up to those Ts and Cs and paid in full when I booked. Hitting people on holiday with endless additional small print just detracts from the management company which was nothing but helpful in person and the property which is AMAZING and I couldn't recommend enough.

Fabulous place to stay in Saltburn. Lovely and quiet, modern with all amenities. Beds were really comfy and everything was very clean. The sun shone every day which meant we could sit on the decking with a cup of tea and enjoy the many birds that visited the beautiful garden. The bungalow is next to a train line but only about 3 freight trains came through each day and travelled slowly so there was no impact from the noise.<br/>A gorgeous welcome pack was unexpected but was indeed very welcome! We loved the bungalow and Saltburn and will definitely return!

Willow View is a fantastic holiday home, very modern and clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely view days in Saltburn.

Willow view is a fresh, clutter free, well styled home with everything we needed for a few nights stay. The welcome basket and toys and books for the kids were really nice too. We enjoyed our trips to the pier and beach as well as our pizza out in town, and just wrapped at warm against the weather!

Great place to stay , we loved the Welcome pack and fab decor !

ein wunderbares Objekt, alles bestens

We stayed at this property for 6 nights , I’m from the local area so having a modern stylish but practical place was great and close to the beach and town . Hosts amazing welcome scones and fizz , biscuits for the dog . Everything you need for a short stay , the only improvers would be an additional TV maybe in Master bedroom and somewhere to store your underwear as furniture and storage is minimal . Overall a really nice property , well furnish and very clean

Lovely accommodation and excellent hospitality. Would recommend without reservation

Willow View was a fantastic place to stay - great personal touches and very comfortable and stylish. Had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend

Home Truths

If you are travelling with more than one vehicle, further free parking can be found on street directly outside the property.

One of the bedrooms has single bunk beds. Whilst perfect for children and teenagers, it may not be suitable for a group stay of adults.

The property doesn't have a bathtub but it does benefit from a walk in shower.
