The Space
2 Maritime Apartments sits within a modern, beautifully refurbished apartment block in a prime location. The apartment itself has also been refurbished to the highest standard so you can expect immaculate interiors throughout.

The apartment boasts a spacious and welcoming open-plan living, kitchen and dining room with a comfy corner sofa, matching armchair, and a flat screen TV where you can unwind after a busy day of exploring Scarborough.

KITCHEN
Modern and sophisticated, the kitchen features white cabinets and matching worktops. Perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with your loved ones, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering stay.

DINING AREA
The dining area comes in the form of a wooden dining table with two matching chairs and a bench. From here, you’ll be able to take in the beautiful sea views.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
Head out onto the hallway and you’ll then find two bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed and the second bedroom is a double. Both rooms boast premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.

The family bathroom features a generously sized shower, WC and wash basin for your convenience.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours in Scarborough.

There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty.

Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short minute walk from the apartment where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.

Getting Around
2 Maritime Apartments is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within 45 minutes’ drive time of Whitby and Bridlington.

Scarborough Train Station is a short 20 minute walk away and has routes to Bridlington, York, Hull and Sheffield.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

A parking scratch card is provided, allowing for free on-street parking nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that apartment 2 is situated on the first floor of the building.
