The Space
Brooklands Timeless has been recently redecorated to the highest standard so you can expect lovely interiors and furnishings throughout.

Once inside the property, you’ll be welcomed into the modern living, kitchen and dining area. The ideal space for enjoying home cooked meals and making plans for your stay.

Boasting a comfy corner sofa and two chairs, the living space feels snug and welcoming. This really is a beautiful home from home. Pick a book from the well stocked bookshelf and cuddle up here with your loved ones to enjoy quality time together. There is a TV with Freeview so you can keep enjoy peaceful evenings with your favourite shows.

With white, high shine cabinets, smooth worktops and a white splashback, this space is seriously stylish. Fully equipped for all stays, the kitchen boasts a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, and toaster. It also includes the added luxuries of a dishwasher and washing machine.

A great place to socialise, the dining table is in the centre of the space. With six comfy chairs, the dining area is both contemporary and relaxing.

Head back out to the hallway and you’ll find the two bedrooms and bathroom. With an all-round cosy feel, both bedrooms are spacious and stylish. There are lamps, bedside tables and light neutral coloured walls. You’ll enjoy your nights sleep at Brooklands Timeless as both the king size bed in the first bedroom and double bed in the second bedroom boast the finest quality bedding and linens. Ideal for lazy mornings, you can make yourself a cuppa and watch the selection of Freeview channels on the wall mounted TV.

With lightly striped tiles and silver fittings, the family bathroom is an ultra clean and modern space. It boasts a bathtub with an overhead shower, along with a WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Located close to the centre of Scarborough, Brooklands Timeless is just a short walk to all of the attractions. Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours.

The Prince of Wales Garden can be found directly opposite Brooklands Timeless. A peaceful haven, the gardens feature rockeries, a lily pond, a lawn and a classical style shelter.

There are a number of beaches for you to choose from in Scarborough. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty.

Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 15 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.

Getting Around
Brooklands Timeless is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within 1 hours’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey.

Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Brooklands Timeless are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

A parking scratch card is provided, allowing for free on-street nearby on a first come, first served basis.

Brooklands Timeless welcomes children from the age of 12.

The king size bed can be split into two singles upon request.
