Just been for an Easter break in the woodlands. Very disappointed with it the outside of the house was filthy you couldn't sit at table if the weather was nice as it was covered in bird muck. Pipes showing on the bathroom floor and dusted in the extractor fan. More dust webs on the ceiling. Sauce stains on the curtain in the living room and splatter marks on the kitchen units. Dirty headboard in the bedroom and also the rubber seals were coming off the shower screens. To be honest there is to much to keep writing. Won't be recommending it to anyone. Only a few photos added as to many to up load. Stayed 17/4/25 21/4/25

Spacious, great location. Great info pack. Beds comfy. The WiFi didn’t work the tv aerial signal was very poor. Only one pillow per person, no oven gloves, not as clean as usual

Spot on location, peacefull countryside just what we wanted. View to the rear of animals. It was well equipped. Large lounge upstairs with the only tv, seems wasted space, could do with extra tvs in bedrooms . Was not cosy, could imagine it been cold in winter. No wifi, but data signal worked.

Nothing Bed was 2 zippered singles that weren't even zipped together. The towels in bathroom were no bigger than a tea towel. The tv bluray player remote had no battery. The 2nd door was very difficult to lock and unlock. No welcome treats ..biscuits, cakes, teabags were left...tv very very small and difficult to operate. This holiday left us very disappointed such that we left and went home on Wednesday.

The location was beautiful, although hard to find initially from the main road. Property is very clean and spacious. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Lovely to have essentials left ready for us when we got there and a selection of board games for entertainment. Everything is available inside the cottage, including an iron and ironing board. Bath was not a full sized bath (5ft 5 and could just fit being sat in it, 6ft partner couldn't get in properly). Went to use DVD player and found that the dvd player had no leads to connect it to the TV.

It is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting The WiFi was unattainable . We had hoped this had been sorted since our last visit 2 years ago….. a big disappointment as we were unable to connect with my daughter in Germany,. Our Grandson has had an accident. The Tv was only able to use a limited tv programmes

n/a instructions to work cooker and microwave should have been provided and the place could have been cleaner, especially the toilets

The modern and cosy feel of the cottage, the surrounding fields and nature/ animals. How peaceful it was. Easy to find. Little stars supplied like tea and coffee sachets. Fully equipped kitchen There were a few bits lacking in cleanliness. There was a bin in the second room not emptied with a razor and rubbish in it, also there was a used soap left on the sink. The toilets weren’t fully cleaned and there was toothpaste residue left on the sink in the main en-suite. The bath was a little grubby. It wasn't very well hoovered in the entrance and on the rug. The heating was hard to find and work, we emailed for help with this and was told someone would get back to us but they didn’t. There was no WiFi available, it never even came up as a selection. However none of this spoilt our stay we still enjoyed it.

Excellent location , very comfortable self contained cottage . No internet despite it been advertised

The property is beautiful and very quiet, good kitchen and bathrooms, beds comfortable. Kitchen and one bathroom were not fully clean when we arrived, no wifi in the property - router has failed? Hard to get hold of Host and Stay (we arrived bank holiday evening) and then not resolved during our stay. You can get mobile reception to hotspot tether and use mobile data for internet, but I would not have booked it if I had known the wifi was down / was not going to be fixed for the duration of our stay. Host and Stay charge a premium of £25 in addition to the cost of booking. I don't feel like this is money well spent, the property was not fully clean and they didn't resolve our wifi issue. NB: if you do stay here, look out for the white duck who will come to the kitchen window demanding food! He's lovely.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful and we loved the white duck who would regularly come and visit, such a character! There was lots of beautiful wildlife to watch from the windows. The home itself is in a beautiful building, very spacious for our little family of three and had everything we needed. We slept very well, beds were super comfy and rooms all had blackout blinds and curtains. Location was also great for a weekend stay at the East Coast, accessible to all main attractions and beaches in a 15 minute drive. We would.highly recommended and hope to come back again soon!!!

When booking their was NO mention that there was compulsory insurance fee. Either pay £25 or pay a deposit and get charged £10 admin fee! This should be included in the up front costs and is just sneaky add-ons after booking. The property was not clean - numerous cobwebs and spiders, it clearly had not been used for a while. The wifi was mostly non-existent. When it did appear on the Sunday, it was so slow it was unusable - quicker to pay for extra data on my phone and tether to my laptop for work calls. The towel rail in main room bathroom did not work - clearly the valves were broken.

location was fine difficult to find, sign was up driveway, toilet door didn't close very easily, no Wi-Fi even though said it did, DVD player but no DVDs. Stayed for nearly 5 weeks, saw no one, no cleaning or towels were offered.

Good location, quiet Toilet door had to be lifted, no wifi, stayed for 5 weeks, no offer of cleaning or clean sheets or towels. Completely ignored, they just took money.

This was a very pleasant property. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, the furnishings (e.g. sofas and beds) were super comfortable. The living areas were spacious. The location is lovely. Really nice views, with some inquisitive resident ducks. It would be helpful if there was a photograph of the driveway provided in advance, as google maps took us up a neighbouring drive. The lane gets very muddy. A larger interior mat at the entrance way would be very helpful to enable muddy boots to be removed more easily. My only real gripe is the damage deposit. £25 for damage cover for a 3 day stay is very poor value for money, and only £500 is covered. You also have to do this process separately which is just time consuming. My advice is to include this £25 in the pricing and avoid adding on extras like this. I nearly didn't book the property because of this issue, and it was only because it was perfect for our requirements that I proceeded.

An incredible space! The Stables has a huge living room on the first floor - a really generous space with lovely views. A large kitchen and dining area too, we had local friends over for an evening and comfortably sat 8 around the table. An easy drive to Scarborough, Filey and Hunmanby. If you get sandy or muddy - do bring an extra rug or mat - the front door leads onto a beige carpet beyond the doormat. We had a lovely peaceful stay and the girls loved saying hello to the ponies each morning.

The location and lovely and quiet. No hot water and place not cleaned. Poor state of repair lots of lights not working.

The double oven and the fridge freezer. The cottage had not been cleaned at all when we arrived also with dead fruit flies on all the window ledges (clean sheets on bed only). It was too late to phone and complain, however I did the next morning. The person on the phone was helpful and asked for a full list of things that we dirty, which was the whole cottage and arranged for someone to come out that day... even then it was not a fresh smell when we returned.. and i had to clean the kettle properly. No proper cleaning products in the cottage as stated in booking.com, they did bring us a bottle of washing up liquid... The back bedroom was two very old beds pushed together and the sheet did not fit properly so did not tuck in sufficiently to keep tidy. No side lights for reading on either side of bed. Clock on wall had no battery. The cooker hood was broken upon arrival (I did see that on a previous review and still not fixed). At the end of our stay they sent a FEW emails to make sure we were out by 10am and also stated - To ensure the property is ready for the next guests, please vacate the cottage on your day of departure no later than 10am. We also request that you leave the property and its contents in a clean and tidy condition. That's a joke, standard emails should not be sent out without looking at history!!! Needless to say we left the cottage cleaner than it was when we arrived!!

Great stay for our two engineers. Suited all their needs.

Talking to host and stay was good they sounded professional and helped me sort out a few issues during our stay The location 20 nin with traffic to the beach big fridge freezer mikerowave hob oven dishwasher washing machine and plenty of storage for groceries beds are nice 2 soft single beds pushed together and 1 firm king-size I think in room 2 gardens are lovely looking at animals and a lovely view at the back next to the pond private driveway was I nice touch The listing shows pictures that are not this property but the large Lodge non of them I believe are of this property it says WiFi even had the login details on the fire but no signal for us they told us later there is no WiFi but listing says there is table outside needs jet wash it's covered in moss and god knows what property had versus damaged items you can't get up and walk around at night the floor makes so much noise especially going to the on sweet if you dim the lights in the sitting room they start flickering like a slow strobe lite it needs it's own listing but almost all of what iv put it just needs someone to look and give som tlc especially plz sort out the mastic on the bathroom it makes a chanel for water to run along the bath and go on the floor it's annoying yest I have mild ocd so I'll stop here

The property is secluded and the bedrooms lovely, both with en suite too! The property looked a little shabby in parts and there was a large damp patch in the living room. The property could do with a deep clean, carpets included

The interior was clean When we 1st arrived we couldn’t get access to the key box so I phoned & spoke to Emma who informed me that our booking hadn’t been verified, so I had to wait for a call back to give me the code for the key box. The vacuum cleaner had been left un emptied, the outside bin was overflowing with bags on the ground that had been opened by foxes & was surrounded by wasps. It took us an hour to find how to switch the oven on because there was no manual for it, we could’ve looked it up on Google but with there being no wifi, I wasn’t prepared to use my own data for something that wasn’t my fault. The door to the boiler was hanging off & I had to put it back as best I could because it was off it’s hinges.

Good location We arrived to an over flowing bin and an outdoor table which needs a scrub. The decking area to the side also needs a sort. When we got in, a musty/dirty smell hit us, not a clean smell which most people would expect. There was dirt/cob webs on the ceiling, up the walls, grime over the taps. There was a section on the wall which has dead flys stuck to whatever was on the wall. The mirrors need replacing, as do the mattresses. One mattresses is that old it has bobbles all over it, which you could feel through the sheet. The cupboards and draws need cleaning. The stains on the carpets need cleaning. The kettle has a brown ring around it. I went to hoover and even that was filthy and needs taking apart and cleaning. I could really go on. The whole place needs a VERY deep clean and some TLC. We were booked for 3 nights, We left after the first. The company who rent this out contacted me and said they would of re cleaned. We arrived at 4pm, my kids go to bed at 7pm and we needed tea. There was no way that place would be able to be cleaned in that space of time. Also the mattresses wouldn’t be able to be replaced. So, my advice. Avoid this place until it’s had a revamp.

The views from the huge lounge windows are beautiful. 2 en suite bathrooms was a welcome bonus. We had a trio of white ducks who came into the yard at 6.30 pm every evening. Very funny, lovely for families with children.

Prachtig gelegen cottage in rustig gebied. Zeer ruim opgezet en alles was aanwezig Internet ( WiFi) niet aanwezig wordt wel vermeld. Te weinig kliko,'s om afval in te gooien. Er was er 1 voor 2 woningen

Really liked the location a few miles away from Scarborough, so enjoyed the short drive and view to town or the seaside in the morning drive. The location was just right for either Scarborough or Bridlington, but we had the peace of staying out in the coutryside The 2 single beds that were pushed together that my wife and I slept in were just so very very soft and we bearly got any sleep while we were there because of them, the other bedroom that our son slept in the bed was very creeky when ever my son moved about in it, he told us that it kept him from sleeping as well. The kitchen hob didn't appear to work there was a light that came on when you turned on the hob, but that was all we just couldn't find anyway of making the rings of the hob function.

There was a lack of attention to cleanliness.

WIFI was terrible, i tried to work from there and it was just too poor to get a stable connection, for the money WIFI needs to be a lot better

A country world of rabbits, ducks, chickens, ponies and cattle outside the windows. Plenty of space inside and out.

Nichts Miserable Ausstattung: z.B. 2 Wassergläser und eine Teekanne für eine Belegung mit 4 Personen. Wasserkocher innen und aussen verschmutzt. Teekanne innen komplett braun. Glasdeckel bei den Ofenblechen verschmiert. Glastisch verschmiert und verstaubt. an der Badewanne in den Ecken Schimmel. Betten zu schmal und Zudecken zu dick für den Sommer. Frühstücksplatz( die einzige Möglichkeit sein Frühstück einzunehmen) findet im Vorraum zum eigentlichen Haus statt. Der war bei Ankunft am Nachmittag extrem heiß. In diesem Fall sehr schlecht: Glastisch und Kunstlederstühle. Das macht alles nur noch heißer. Das Öffnen der Fenster wurde dadurch verhindert, das sehr fliegen Mücken und Fliegen um die Fenster schwirrten. Am Morgen wurde dieser Raum durch die aufgehende Sonne sehr schnell unangenehm warm. Wir haben im Stehen in der Küche gefrühstückt. Die Matratzen der Betten waren schmal und an den Seiten sehr nachgebend, so dass ich während der Nacht 2 x fast aus dem Bett gefallen wäre. Ach ja, Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern wären nur zu öffnen gewesen, wenn man die Gesellschaft von Fliegen und Spinnen gut findet. Der Aufenthalt wurde nach einer von vieren Nächten abgebrochen und das Haus verlassen. Schranktür im Vorraum und Abzugshaube in der Küche waren nur mit einem Scharnier befestigt. Die anderen waren defekt. Eine Frechheit mir für dieses Haus eine Schadensversicherung von 30 Pfund zu verkaufen

Lovely place to stay

Host and Stay - awful company. Only interested in collecting damage deposit and reminding you to leave on time or you'll be fined. You get no sense if being a welcome guest. Be aware that in damage deposit small print they reserve the right "at their discretion" to take up to £500 from you if they deem you caused damage, although it's advertised as £250. They'll also keep £10 admin fee! Place is poorly maintained, shabby and obviously hadn't had a deep clean in a long while. Other people's food remains still on kitchen surfaces even after the place was 're-ckeaned' If you do go, see if the chip we found is still under the desk upstairs, and I hope you like mice. Wish I'd read reviews more thoroughly before booking. Issues such as unusable, dangerous, scalding shower in en suite had been reported before but not fixed. We complained about our experience and got a laughable partial refund and an email saying they hoped we'd enjoyed the stay... Clearly not!!!

The location is very good and the accommodation spacious and clean. The fridge didn't work properly and several light bulbs had blown. We contacted host and stay, who manage the property. They promised to get back to us but we never heard anything. The beds were too soft for us.

The Stables is a great property in a great location. Spacious, very well equipped, beautifully furnished, all really high quality. Beds lovely and bathrooms excellent. Area is beautiful. Property is next to fields with horses, sheep, rabbits and ducks. Only issue was the lack of Wi-Fi. Not just a bit poor, or a bit flaky, just none existent. Difficult with a daughter revising for GCSE’s!! 4g signal was not great, which is perhaps to be expected from the beautiful rural location. Led to a difficult time and stress all round.

I thought the property was very well laid out, very quiet and a perfect location for our stay. It could have been cleaner, the bedding, towels etc were 1st class but the bathrooms weren't the cleanest i have ever stayed in. The kitchen clock didn't work, needs a new battery and the lock on the internal door is a bit faulty.

The property and location were both excellent. It was every bit as good as the photos and the rooms were huge. There was everything you would expect in a kitchen and more. The views of the countryside from the windows was a welcome change from city living. Scarborough and Hull but that was nothing to do with the property.

We had a lovely week here. The accommodation is light and spacious. There is plenty of storage everywhere!! The kitchen is very well equipped. Both bedrooms have ensuite which is an added bonus. It was a great location for us visting various places around Yorkshire. The only fault we found was the wifi was very hit and miss in the evenings. Apart from that it was pretty perfect and we would definitely be staying again.

We have stayed in one of the other cottages so was hoping this one would be upto the same standards and it could not have been better. clean, spacious and the bedrooms were so comfy. There is nothing not to like about the property.

Accommodation was brilliant Outside area was not very inviting seating Area not good,overall the pictures you showed online were not what we saw when we arrived,As it was winter time we did not the outside but I would feel let down if I came in the summer

Location was great get to places around. Having to bathroom's was a bonus. Beds very soft no back support. Sofas very low down. Cleanliness not very good. Long hairs on bathroom floors, my husband is bald and I have sort hair. Fans in bathroom not cleaned out for very long time. To eat at the table you have to go into a very cold conservatory, not very practical. No outside bin for general waste.

What a perfect location, not completely in the middle of nowhere but peace and quiet with all the things you need very close by, supermarket, pub and restaurants very nearby. Great location for The Moors or beautiful coastline and York an hour away. The very well equipped kitchen was very good and the bedrooms are on the ground floor both with generously sized en-suites. Just wished we could've stayed longer!

Quiet location within easy reach of range of visitor attractions. Property was extremely comfortable with exceptional crockery, kitchen utensils etc. Particularly pleased with having two en-suites thus each room had private facilities.

There was no breakfast as it was self catering. I liked the facilities, bed were really comfortable, facilities were modern and easy to use. There was lots of spaces for my grandkids to run around. It was so difficult for us to locate the property as we arrived at night. There should be a sign outside the gate entrance to say woodlands as we didn’t see this until we have gone further towards the cottage. It stated firewood something and didn’t seem like an entrance for a property at night. The place was so dirty, the dishwasher was smelling so bad that we had to make sure it was shut all the time. There was cobwebs everywhere, dust all over the bathroom and the hoover I don’t think have been emptied of dirts before. The plates and cups were very dirty so was the carpet in one of the rooms. We had our car covered by bird poos due to the trees and the Wi-Fi was really bad. If the place is clean, honestly it will be an amazing home to relax in.

The location is ideal for exploring the North Yorkshire coast. The property itself is decievingly spacious.

Quiet and peaceful, space for parking and sky tv. Essentials were provided. Electric shower had poor pressure and not clear signage for property entrance.

A great place to stay. exactly as per the photographs! huge living areas, lovely and clean with plenty of kitchen equipment! nice and quiet with loads of room outside for the kids to play. well placed for visits to surrounding towns and a large supermarket less 10 minutes drive away. would definitely stay again!

Really comfortable place to stay in a quiet area great for family's.

- We liked how peaceful the cottage was - Loved the fact we had a bathroom on each bedroom. - Decor inside is very nice and Modern - Liked the little shampoos and shower gels on arrival. -The outside area on arrival was scruffy, the bin was over spilling with rubbish, dead pigeon outside front door and just looked run down. - Clothes line outside was filthy and left green marks all over clothes - Advertised has a coffee machine and tumble drier but didnt have either. - Beds were really uncomfortable as could feel all springs so woke with a bad back. - Dishwasher full off smelly yellow liquid and cupboard had food in from previous guests.

Very easy. Was give a code for the key box put that in to Key box and it open. Easy as that. Nothing. We had a lovely stay overlooking the fields and seeing the baby rabbits run around. It was a lovely clean and well decorated cottage.

The location was quiet, the accommodation felt remote although we were close to a main road. The standard of the finish throughout the property was immaculate and the photos online didn't do justice to the true size of the property Can't fault it

On immediate arrival the place had a luxurious feel to it. The apartment was spacious enough for the 4 of us and enough utilities and such to use if needed. The kitchen was big, well equipped and looked really nice. The beds were comfy and the overall place felt fairly homely. Unfortunately on closer look over 3 days, the accomodation wasn't clean enough. There was multiple cobwebs in every room, especially directly above the master bed. There was mould in the bathrooms and squished spiders on the roller blinds. Some of the furniture was very worn, in particular the leather on the bed was all torn and ripped. A few of the bathroom bits had rust on them. Some of the cups and dishes in the cupboards had been put away dirty. Lots of stains and marks all over the carpets and the sofas smelt a bit fusty. Some of the kitchen cupboards are broken. We did take pictures to back up our remarks if you're interested in seeing them. We just don't feel like this is a good enough standard for the amount of money that we spent, a good cleaner could see most of it right.

I booked the Folkton stables property having seen the great photos . We were placed in a bungalow type property next door to folkton stables. With a shabby conservatory. Tired furniture . No garden furniture . The area is beautiful but felt very let down .

Quiet location. The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty on arrival. Furniture needed maintenance to make safe. The beds were appalling. The outside space is dilapidated. Earlier reviews cited the same issues. Michael came on day 3 to fix up the dangerous furniture (NB he’s lovely). Host & Stay offered to arrange for someone to come and clean (again, day 3) but they only did the couple of things I’d mentioned in my message rather than the whole place. I was too busy trying to enjoy our hols to write them an itemised list of what should **already have been clean**. Host & Stay have posters up all over Filey and Scarborough advertising ‘luxury’ properties. I’ve put some photos below of the ‘luxury’ of this property, and will put more on reviews elsewhere. Host & Stay: we’ll consider your offer of 20% off our next stay to compensate for the issues we raised.

lOCATION We were allocated the wrong property despite having an email from booking.com showing the correct property. We were charged for the wrong property. I have been in correspondence with host and stay who tell me booking.com do not respond to their enquiries. I have been overcharged nearly £100. I would never use booking.com or host and stay again and would recommend anyone considering using them not to. They are either incompetent or robbers.

Location was good for all places we wanted to visit. Good space for the four of us. The sign for the location needs to be on the grass verge where you turn in for the property. We arrived in the evening when it was light but it would have been more difficult to find had it been dark nights. I didn’t like being bombarded by emails from Host & Stay. I had 3 emails en route asking if we had settled in OK having informed them that we would not be arriving before 8.00pm! I had also received several communications after we had booked asking for a lot of verification information. We do a lot of self-catering breaks/holidays and never before have I have been asked so many questions. I will be very reluctant to use this company again.

It had all the necessary features to make it comfortable. The location was quiet and tranquil. The shower was not powerful enough, the cleaning could be improved.

Beds and pillows very poor quality. Furnishings very poor standard, 2 cream 2 seater leather sofas the type you see in a taxi waiting office . Not comfortable, one v.small tv with v.limited channels. Table and chairs unstable and again poor standard. Despite hot weather no garden furniture for lawned area . Very disappointing stay

Amazing place to stay in an amazing setting. Would highly recommend and would certainly visit again.

Nice cottage with ample space for a big family well equipped kitchen. However the TV doesn't work so if you haven't got a device to watch things on stuck for entertainment. Light bulbs ar out in parts of the cottage. Toilet seat is loose in the master bedroom ensuite. When the cleaning team go in they should remember people look up as well as down dust webs every where. Windows are dirty too. When we arrived the dustbins were full had to leave rubbish on top of bin as you have to take it out before you leave

great location and size not cleaned very well. a lot of cobwebs and dust. the gardens were very run down and not get up-to. the grass needs a good cut and the decking needs fixing, cleaning. and painting as it was very slippy

Everything was very clean and well organised. The communication was excellent - though inpersonal. The accommodation suited us very well, but I would not class it as "luxury". There were slight issues, like for instance the lights above the bathroom basin not working, but they did not really inconvenience us. The surroundings of the accommodation were uncared for but we recognise that the last couple of years have been difficult. We were happy with the level of comfort but I would just suggest that it was getting towards needing a bit of a face-lift?

lovely cottage, the children loved watching the sheep, lambs, rabbits and ponies from the living room and grounds. Lovely and clean with great access to the coast. Only note would be the Wifi was poor. Not a problem for us but could be if you wanted to use it.

The location is beautiful, the beds are absolutely amazing. i didn’t want to go home. Peaceful and quiet, I adored my stay! Nothing to dislike about.

Location super. Facilities in the property lovely. I didn't mind a bit of dust but I do object to sweets under bed, sweet wrappers behind loose cushions on sofa, a slipper, lego piece and party popper just under sofa. I particularly object to large clump of what we realised were hairs from the lovely horse in the field (on the floor by the TV)!!!!! As for Host and Stay...I really object to the constant emails asking us to verify our stay despite having paid to Booking.com. The tone of the emails about this and about how they and they alone would decide on any damage caused. We had family calling for couple of hours but they had 2 dogs. When I arrived and saw cream carpet and light coloured sofas I was stressed until they left in case they marked anything. Why would a dog friendly property have these colours? It defies logic!!!!! I will be careful not to book with Host and Stay again. I have no problem paying for any damage I cause but the amount and tone of the emails was annoying and unpleasant.

Nice and clean in a very quiet area.

A great base which made for a fab couple of days. We had a lovely restful break, and there was plenty of space for our teenage boys to spread out and relax too! The rooms are really comfortable and the living space upstairs is a real bonus. A lovely, peaceful, luxurious property - we are definitely going to return.

Great location and a nice roomy place. Check in was smooth and so much nearby to do.

The Stable Cottage was clean and well appointed with all the appliances a family would need. However, we think it would have been a bit cramped for four or more people. The WiFi was also very unreliable and the TV only offered a few channels on Freeview. We also had a loose toilet seat, which although reported was never fixed.The garden we were allowed to use was overgrown and very uninviting - with a scruffy fountain that wasn't working. The garden furniture was also locked away in a summerhouse with no key. The courtyard was strewn with moss, leaves etc which was constantly being walked into the cottage.However, we did have a relaxing, quiet stay although I think the Stable Cottage needs a little work to bring it up to a luxury standard.

Great property. Peaceful, lovely surrounds. Accommodation was clean with all you could need for a stay. Less than a 10 minute drive to Filey beach too. Would stay again.

Lovely accommodation, very clean and tidy. Really well equipped and very spacious. Wi-fi worked well for us. The pub close by has excellent food and the accommodation is ideally located to travel to most of the North East Coastal resorts. We would happily return.

We had a fantastic time for my girlfriends birthday, staying here whilst visiting Whitby and Robin Hood bay. Location is fantastic, plenty of space and very clean. Would definitely recommend!
