Located in the popular town of Seahouses on the Northumberland coast, Seafarers is a first floor holiday apartment. The ideal staycation for two, you’ll be a short walk from everything Seahouses has to offer including a bustling harbour and an array of restaurants. When staying at Seafarers, you have access to the full apartment which includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, spacious bedroom and modern bathroom.

Property Details

The Space
With high ceilings and crisp white walls, Seafarers has a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. You’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay as the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Perfect for socialising, the dining area is a breakfast style bar with wooden bar stools.

The living area includes a comfortable grey sofa and a flat screen TV making it perfect for relaxing. Whether you’re getting lost in a good book or keeping up with your favourite shows, you’ll be able to unwind here.

Seafarers has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and premium bed linens. The bathroom has statement blue cladding, a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
With a bustling harbour and a seaside holiday resort feel, Seahouses is packed with charisma. Treat the family to a game of crazy golf or go rock pooling. The charming village offers a whole host of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and shops all within a 0.8 mile walk or drive so you won’t tire of things to do. If you like horse riding, there is a riding school close by and two incredible golf courses on the doorstep.

Hop on one of the boat trips from Seahouses and take a journey to the Farne Islands. Just a couple of miles off the coast, this cluster of islands are one of the UK’s top wildlife experiences. It even has Sir David Attenborough’s stamp of approval as he declared it as his favourite place in the UK to see nature at its best. The Farne Islands are known for its birds with 23 different breeds spotted here, including colourful puffins and razorbills. If you’re lucky enough, you may even see a seal bobbing in the sea whilst you’re on the boat.

Getting Around
The nearest train station to Seahouses is at Chathill which is 5 miles away. The closest East Coast Main Line train stations are located Alnmouth or Berwick-upon-Tweed which are roughly 30 minutes away from Seahouses by car.

There are great bus services from Seahouses. Hop on the X18 which takes you through to Newcastle with stops in beautiful areas of Northumberland like Amble and Alnwick.

Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Seafarers is located on a busy high street and there is parking for one vehicle outside.

Please note there is a metal staircase leading up to the property entrance. The walkway is also tight so Seafarers may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Nice apartment but could be difficult to drive on to the main Street especially if a car was parked near the entrance.<br/><br/>The back yard was dirty and untidy. A spare toilet roll would have been handy!

Great location, spacious apartment with everything you need. Very clean.<br/><br/>The property is advertised as having a private car parking space - however this isn’t the case, we had to pay £30 in a carpark instead.<br/>WiFi could be improved - we were unable to connect phones to the WiFi. <br/>Very close to main road - which meant it was quite noisy throughout the night.

Bathroom and Kitchen were good although the kitchen needed more utensils.<br/><br/>Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable as was the settee. No opening window in the lounge area for ventilation.

Property was clean. Milk in fridge.<br/><br/>Being forced to pay extra hidden charges for insurance Left me feeling cheated. Should have been included in price. It was like a ryanair add on. Property extremely noisy at night with deliveries for bakery below curtains completely Inadequate not lined So was too light in the mornings No hairdryer. Dishwasher would be more useful than a washing machine for a holiday break. No visitor book for recommendations. No helpful leaflets for local businesses - I felt the information guide a little lazy not everybody wants to use the phone all the time. What if? if you don’t have an iPhone. Need Window pole to shut windows As they are are so high. Felt foolish for only reading reviews after I had arrived. I see that most of the issues I am informing you are have already been raised. Didnt like being emailed on holiday, eeminding me to leave.

Apartment was superb. Clean, bright, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk available and also some lovely toiletries. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Well placed in centre of Seahouses and near to beach. All amenities minutes away. Quiet despite being on main street. Parking very close by and well priced for length of stay.<br/><br/>Not much to say. The only thing I would have liked that wasn't available was a hairdryer.

Like Seahouses so went for three days.<br/><br/>This property insisted on cover me insurance despite other cleaning and hosting costs . Host & Stay insisted we take this out prior to giving us the key safe code. The system was down and I had to call them repeatedly before I was helped wasting my time and causing me anxiety on holiday. We were given the choice of paying a non refundable £25 or paying £250 with £240 being returned to us two weeks later . Unexpected costs for a short break which were excessive. <br/>The apartment was a bit spartan and located in a car park at the rear of a curry house. <br/>Will stay in a hotel next time.

Property was very comfortable, well equipped and the location was great. AC would have been handy during our visit.<br/><br/>The management company. Lied about the mandatory deposit, and only sent me that information teh day that my free cncallation had expired. I was backed into a corner to pay either a bond or make a deposit payment by card which is not fully refundable - even though the listing says it is. This is sharp practice - even the worst budget airline tell you they are going to shaft you in advance, not wait unti you can't do anything about it. If these are unavoidable costs, incude them in the headline pricing. Booking.com should take them to taks over this.

Lovely bright apartment, good size rooms with high ceilings. We had everything we needed. Located on the High Street, a short walk to the harbour. Lots of restaurants and tourist shops near by and a Coop for grocery shopping directly across the road.<br/><br/>Parking is in the courtyard behind the building and initialy there was a problem, as the space behind the flat has a 'no parking' notice on the wall. We still parked there as that is what our instructions said, but then someone started putting notes of 'no parking' on our windscreen. With help from the company and the bakery underneath the flat we were given a different place to park the next day. <br/>The curtains in the bedroom are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper and wake up when the room gets light (4.30AM) take an eye mask.

Good size, well equiped, comfortable flat. Parking by flat. Very convenient for local shops, pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to harbour for boat trips to the Farnes.<br/><br/>Flat is behind main street shops through a narrow car drive. Difficult to spot the entrance on first arrival.

Lovely flat, great location<br/><br/>Not happy with the access to the apartment. It states there is stairs but doesn't tell you they are external metal fire escape type staircase., that gets slippy when wet. Miss advertising. I am a 76 year old lady who has difficulty walking but can manage internal staircases but really struggled with theses steps. Wouldn't have gone to the property if I'd known about the access situation . I feel that in future it should clearly state on the accommodation that tge steps are external and not suitable for everyone.

Very clean room and good situation for our needs<br/><br/>The absence of a manual to explain how the washing machine worked. The QR information is not available on our type of mobile phone. We did not like sitting on stools to eat at the counter. We would rather have a table and chairs. The views were carpark front and back but it was not noisy except for a loud crow !

The location was perfect for walking out the door to pick up freshly baked bread, go to the restaurants and walk down to the harbour. There was so much to see within a half hour drive. We would definitely stay again.<br/><br/>Nothing.

Location very convenient and central. <br/>Living area and main bedroom were spacious, clean, bright and airy. <br/>The bathroom was clean and large. Good shower. <br/>The bed was very comfy.<br/><br/>We were very surprised to be asked to pay an additional (non refundable) fee of either £10 or £25, prior to travel, for damage waiver. This should be clearly advertised, or included in the original cost of the booking. <br/>The information for both parking and rubbish disposal were very unclear and unhelpful. We messaged for clarification re parking on arrival. Our second text message was ignored. We were advised to park in the designated parking area. There wasn't one. <br/>The kitchen area was tiny, with no usable work surface. Many plates, dishes etc were still in original shop packaging, the mugs still had Ikea stickers attatched. Plates and glasses were stored in a pantry type cupboard along, with the mop and vacuum! <br/>There was no dishwasher, one was advertised. <br/>Both bedrooms really need a minimum of an additional chest of drawers and / or dressing table. The only storage for clothes was a clothes rail. We lived out of our bags for a week. There was no hairdryer. <br/>The appartment appeared to have been very recently decorated, and stocked / furnished. (It smelt of paint initially). <br/>I really hope these issues are just teething problems, but this apartment really didn't feel anything like fully prepared for guests, or particularly welcoming.

I honestly could not fault anything with the property, great central location and Seahouses is very close to many different places. The apartment was in perfect condition and decorated brilliantly, it made us feel very at home and comfortable here. The hosts provided many additional facilities that we did not expect, and communication was great leading up to our stay. Very spacious shower, water pressure wasn't the best but this was not an issue at all for us. If you have mobility issues the upstairs apartment would not be suitable due to the fire escape entry, but this was no issue for us and was stated in the booking. We didn't want to leave and would absolutely be back again to stay! ! Couldn't recommend enough :)

Very clean, excellent position, good parking, warm in winter.<br/><br/>The brand new hob looked good but was not good to cook on. We hardly used it as we ate out mostly. Took a long time for the on demand hot water to come through shower. The fire escape type access was a little offputting. Perhaps a warning on the description.

Great base and superb location.<br/>Communication with the team at Host & Stay was prompt, informative & helpful throughout our stay, we had a slight issue regarding the cooking hob on our arrival, we raised this with the team and it was dealt with very promptly and with zero impact on our stay, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Safe parking by front door ( easy for unloading etc), decent food outlets and supermarket all within under a 10 min walk. Our first trip/stay to the area and I really can't say enough about the place ??????????

Small, comfortable facility that provided us with what we required... a place to relax and a base foe exploring the area.<br/><br/>Finding the place was difficult as it was dark when we arrived. <br/>Small issue but no dishwasher tablets so couldn't use it.<br/>Lots of email reminders stressing the importance of leaving by 1000 on day of departure.

Apartment was in a good location. Clean and tidy yet a bit dated!<br/><br/>The apartment access was an outside metal staircase, with a dangerous top step with no lights. So I had to use a torch! The walkway that leads to the apartment had restricted access due to a seat partially blocking path approximately 12 inches to squeeze past ,( bearing in mind the access is on upper floor looking down 15ft) also the decking that was on staircase walkway was a tad slippery when wet . In my opinion an accident waiting to happen. Apartment not suitable for people with mobility issues!

Apartment lovely although smaller than anticipated and lacking comfort. OK for use as a base. Location although already aware of it it was very disappointing. Two views , the back of shops & a restaurant from kitchen window. The sights outside the back of the restaurant were an eyeopener. The second view , the main car park in Seahouses was the view from the lounge area. A high pitched humming could be heard in the bedroom at night ? from a generator affected my ears . I wore ear buds & played music to block it . Excess noise from the flat above at night and early morning a problem , sounded like furniture being moved around. Seahouses is one of our favourite places and this year we were recuperating and not traveling to other places like we normally would so the apartment was very convenient for all the places we wanted to be near to and handy for bobbing back to during the day. We made good use of the shops, restaurants and takeaways as they were literally on the doorstep.We also frequented the spa across the car park.<br/><br/>I did not like communicating with three parties . Booking.com, Host and Stay and the link to Super hog to make payment for damage waiver cover. The humming from the generator . The views which are fleetingly mentioned in the details when advertised on all sites but although we know the area very well still came as a disappointment .

Me and my partner were a last minute tag along for a family holiday so were after a place in seahouses quite last minute, with central location for a good price. This ticked all those boxes.<br/>We stayed Monday to Friday and from the get go the hosts were very responsive and helped with any questions I had. The address provided lead us straight there and the parking spot was a bonus for being in the centre of seahouses. Lock box for the key was also very straight forward.<br/>The property was in perfect location and had everything we needed, with a co-op right across the road.<br/>The only negative I could have for the property is the sofa had a few marks on- but this is me being picky and it didn’t bother us but may bother some clean freaks out there! <br/>Other than that this property was very clean and I would recommend this stay for couples wanting to visit the area!

Location was ideal, situated in the centre of town with an allotted parking space. Everything we needed was in the apartment from cooking to cleaning. A very nice place to stay.<br/><br/>The mattress on the bed was the biggest issue for both me and my wife. We both said it was the worst mattress we had ever slept on it was so uncomfortable, this has been mentioned in previous posts. I also think if you have 2 cleaners coming in after your stay they could do a better job ie make sure all pots and pans are clean and the portable hoover is emptied of debris, just little touches I know. I also had to report damage to freezer door (broken )and worktop as I’d paid an insurance on the property.

Clean comfortable great position in town and parking good.<br/><br/>A very large shower that was very slippery and no handles and only a very small shower mat that covered a very small part of the tray. No shelves for shampoo. I nearly fell over. The sofa was very low and soft. Very difficult to get out of. No other option available to sit on in the lounge.

Bed so uncomfortable and castors on laminate floor made it very dangerous. Was once very nice but a bit shabby now I took multi purpose wipes as usual and needed them to give everything a once over but I am a bit picky like that. Free Wi-Fi not available for 2 out of 3 nights

Excellent location - right in the middle of Seahouses, so only needed to use the car once during the 4 night stay. Apartment had all the basics you needed . So ideal for two people...<br/><br/>The metal stairs up to the apartment are fine for the fit and healthy and if you're very careful but could be a bit tricky if you're not great on your feet. It was dry and sunny during our stay... in winter the steps might be a bit more difficult...

The apartment was central and near all amenities.<br/><br/>The entrance to the apartment was through an alley way and into a back court. There was lots of litter lying about and the front door actually faces the rear of a bakers shop and an Indian restaurant. The stairs up to the apartment were fairly steep and an elderly or infirm person would struggle. Sofa could do with a good clean and the apartment itself could do with a freshen up. Also Wifi does not work.

Failed to answer any of our queries, their only responsive communications were to demand extra insurance fees, explain why these were legitimate, and that failure to pay would result in our booking being cancelled with no refund. Airbnb later confirmed that this is now allowed (!) by the platform via some obscure T and C about a ‘third party API’. <br/>House is basic but fine, but bed, furniture and provided goods are all the cheapest, nastiest stuff they could possibly get their hands on. Very cheap and uncomfortable mattress, better off camping on that front. House also had distinct, strong stench of male cat spray in bathroom (to which I am allergic).<br/>Airbnb seem to have chronically diluted the quality of their customer experience (and apparently their insurance guarantees to hosts). My partner is an airbnb super host of many years and we both agree after this that there are now plenty of better alternative rental platforms around. Utterly unrecommended.

Good commuincations leading up to the stay clear guidance for picking up the keys and lock box code<br/><br/>We have stayed at this property before <br/>But this time we felt it was very tired not very clean not sure if the host is checking or who they are using to clean but the bedroom was very dusty the bathroom was not clean the shower head was filthy and the kitchen area had a 3 legged table and this lead to a smal bowl being broken as it fell off <br/>The bathroom grouting is in poor condition which just makes it not feel like a nice clean place to stay <br/>If it was charged at “budget” rates then you would overlook this but the cost at circa £120 per night we expected the place to be a lot cleaner

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Having Netflix and Prine on the telly was great when we were in the apartment. The bed was really comfy and there was a fantastic shower. The apartment was centrally located and the parking space was great being right outside the door.<br/><br/>A long mirror would be a bonus. Also we received about 15 messages from Host and Stay through email, text and on Booking.com messages which was a bit much including about 5 messages telling us we had to leave at 10am. A few less messages would have been better.

The flat itself was really lovely, clean and bright with everything we needed.<br/><br/>Unfortunately the bathroom had the worse smell ever. We opened the window and left fan on but it didn't make much difference. It was so bad i felt I couldnt stay in there too long, no showering. It was obvious there was a problem as there were several air fresheners all in one area. As we were only stopping 3 nights not showering wasn't really a problem, a week would of been different though.

Brilliant central location. Reserved parking right outside the apartment. Immaculately clean. Comfy bed. Great shower. Lots of space. Every facility. A few essentials were already on site, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, etc.<br/><br/>To make the apartment perfect the bedroom needs a mirror. We took the console table (not needed in the kitchen) into the bedroom to use as a dressing table to the left of the radiator, but there was no mirror. Girls need to do makeup and hair. <br/> <br/>It would have been useful to be told it was behind No38 and you needed to drive down the ally beside 38. Also it was Flat 1, the documents said Ocean Pearl which is fine but Flat 1 makes more sense. <br/> <br/>A small dining table and 2 chairs would have been good for eating in, there's plenty of space for these.

Flat was clean and comfortable<br/><br/>The location of the flat was a bit disappointing but only because it was round the back of commercial properties which were a bit unattractive and perhaps a little smelly. Sort of surrounded by commercial waste skips! <br/>No one's fault but this would definitely deter me from re booking.

Perfectly laid out property. Everything looked new . Comfortable bed and couch. Very clean.<br/><br/>The area to the rear entrance was a bit of an eyesore and the front overlooked a car park but the place is so central to Seahouses it really did not matter .

Locating the flat was difficult as directions indicated that we would be located on the Main Street, unfortunately after asking at a local shop we realised that the flat was actually in a block of flats behind the Main Street and situated behind a busy Indian restaurant. <br/><br/>There was an allocated parking space for the flat however the area was small so often got blocked by the delivery drivers to the Indian restaurant and was not easily accessible. <br/><br/>Flat it’s self was hard to access too as the neighbouring flat has a bench on the upper veranda used to enter the front door, leaving just over a foot between the bench and railings for you to squeeze through. This felt very unsafe balancing our luggage, pram and baby over this obstacle to gain entry. <br/><br/>The flat on the surface seemed clean and tidy, but upon further inspection areas where very unclean, the filter above the kitchen window was filled with dust and yellow grime and grease, the handles to the cupboards and doors where dirty, the fridge handle was dirty with food crumbs inside and cups and plates where sticky and greasy as if they had not been washed up correctly.<br/><br/>There was a really unfortunate mould / wet smell that we eventually worked out was coming from the bathroom and dissipated once we knew to keep the bathroom door closed. Still the bad smell meant we had to keep all the windows open to ensure a fresh air supply and had to purchase air fresheners from the local shop which put us off spending time in the flat. <br/><br/>We stayed for 2 nights a Saturday and Sunday night which meant that the Indian restaurant was busy so it was very noisy with cars coming and going for takeaways service and the back door to the kitchen is constantly open meaning you could hear everything inside. <br/><br/>The noise from the Indian calmed down between 10pm - 11pm at night, however this is when the noise from the neighbouring flats began. I am not sure if they are permanent let’s or more holiday let’s but they were at the time occupied by a group of young people who stayed up drinking on the verandas of the flats until around 5am being very noisy on the Saturday and on the Sunday night until a similar time trying to sing karaoke from what we could make out.<br/><br/>Overall I would say not a suitable accommodation for a young family or anyone wanting a quite retreat. Not what I would of expected from a super host.

A comfortable well equipped apartment centrally located with easy access to all amenities and coastal walks. Main entrance overlooked the kitchen and bin area of a local restaurant whilst rear of property overlooked car park with views beyond.

Location was superb, a great place to explore the area from. Flat was comfortable, has all the amenities you'd want (toaster, dishwasher etc). Bathroom was very nicely appointed, I did like the walk in shower.<br/><br/>Personally I found the bed a little soft, I prefer a firmer bed but I recognise that's subjective so I wouldn't mark the property down for it.

The property is very well equipped and everything is immaculate. It is very well placed right in the centre of Seahouses, within a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs.<br/><br/>There were large windows that only had roller blinds, so everyone walking past in the public car park or going into the adjoining properties could see right in. <br/>The ceiling lights in the lounge/kitchen were very bright, a couple of lamps or an uplighter would have given a softer light.

The flat was just as described, with everything you could want during your stay. Parking was just outside. Communication and follow up was good. The location was really excellent. Right in the centre of Seahouses and an easy drive from many attractions. Seeing the Puffins at the Farne Islands has to be the highlight . I’d also definitely recommend a drive down to Amble and a visit to The Old Boathouse for a memorable fish meal.

Nicely positioned property right in the middle of the village. Very clean, with basic, but adequate, level of furnishings. Close to absolutely everything. It's a real benefit having parking available in the middle of Seahouses but it can be a bit tight getting in and out, particularly if like me you're not used to such spaces.

Clean and well equipped little apartment for two people, ideal for a long weekend. The location is great, just off the high street - supermarket across the road, restaurants a walk away and ideally placed for the harbour and boat trips. It is true that the apartment looks onto the back of the bakery and a restaurant on one side, and a car park on the other, but this didn't really bother us.

The property was close to shops and some nice eating places. It was well equipped and everything was clean and in good working order. There was plenty of wardrobe space. The shower room/toilet was roomy with a large shower cubicle and the bed was comfortable. Great places to visit in the area including Alnwick Castle, Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island and our favourite, a Farne Islands Boat Trip.<br/><br/>It was a bit tight to get our large car into the parking area as there was scaffolding on the buildings either side of the entrance. There was one allocated parking space, once when we came back from a day out someone had parked in it but they did move it when asked. The view from the property is not great, a car park at the front and the back of shops where the entrance door was, there was rubbish and cigarette butts right outside the entrance door which didn't give a good first impression.

Great location in the heart of Seahouses. Everything is within walking distance. All appliances that you need are supplied and in good working order and clean. I would recommend this flat and would stay here again.

Very disappointed with accommodation Upon inquiring was told it was above bakers in Main Street - it isn’t You have a go down an alley at side of bakers and it’s in a separate block behind which means the view from kitchen and bedroom is the back of the shops and the bin area - not very scenic whilst on holiday.<br/>The flat was clean but basic The kitchen and bathroom could do with some improvements (chipped Formica in kitchen and no dishwasher as stated in there information) There was no welcome pack with information about walks/restaurants in the area which would have been nice. <br/>We used the deli/takeaway opposite (Spitting Feathers) for breakfast and lunch items which were lovely and we had a fantastic meal at the Joiners Arms in High Newton which we would definitely recommend Also took a boat trip (Serenity boats) to Farne Islands which was wonderful and walked along the beach to visit Bamburgh Castle <br/>Enjoyed our time in Seahouses but definitely would not recommend Seafarers!

This flat was clean and tidy, but other than that I'm afraid it was a bit disappointing in some ways. The quality of the decor and furnishings was poor, looked like it had been done very cheaply. No nice touches like some welcoming milk in the fridge for a cuppa after our seven-hour drive. It was far too basic for the price we paid, £460-ish for three nights, (maybe because it was Easter).<br/>The town of Seahouses was bustling, and we did have a lovely few days, but I would say that was despite the accommodation rather than because of it.

Great cosy little apartment with everything we needed. The underfloor heating was very welcome as the weather was very chilly. Good location had everything on our doorstep from shops, lovely pubs and a good choice of restaurants. We came to walk and we weren’t disappointed as there is so many in this area. The area is so beautiful and we'll definitely be back.

Small and quaint. Comfy sofa, lovely comfy bed and a sizeable bathroom.<br/><br/>The kitchen worktop hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom shelves were dirty, there were pubes in the shower! Definitely needed a better clean! The kitchen would have benefited from more bits and bobs ie - salt and pepper.

The location was central & there was plenty of hot water.<br/><br/>The apartment was behind shops that left there piles of rubbish out,the staircase leading up to the flat had rubbish,cigarette butts & large weeds one of which I had to move as it was prickly.There was also empty alcohol bottles lying from people hanging about.The flat itself was perfectly serviceable.However there was dust & fluff on the headboard top hair hairs from previous occupiers in the bath plughole.In times like this when hygiene is meant to be top priority I then started to think if the flat had been properly cleaned between letts! The bed was beyond uncomfortable it was a brick board I eventually got up & slept on the couch.My partner was suffering from a sore back due to how uncomfortable it was.

A warm and cosy little flat, very well situated in the heart of Seahouses. Easy walks to the coastal paths with stunning beaches. A good selection of lovely restaurants all within walking distance. Definitely try Insieme for Italian food, a real gem. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay in this beautiful region.

Lovely flat in great location. Thankful it comes with a parking space as there is no free street parking nearby. Not an issue for us but it does have a set of outdoor stairs to get to flat. Flat was clean and warm, had everything we needed for a lovely week. Would stay again.

The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed in the open plan kitchen/living space. The bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels. There is a small wardrobe that had ample space for a short stay. The apartment is located just off the Main Street behind a row of shops and restaurants, everything was on the doorstep, including a bakery, independent greengrocers and a good sized Co-Op. It was a few minutes walk down to the harbour and 10-15 minutes walk from the beach leading up to Bamburgh. There is a parking space right outside the door to the apartment in the private courtyard. Once we had parked the car, we didn’t use it for the first couple of days as we could explore the area by walking and by boat! We spent most of our days outside of the flat so the two points below did not affect us much as it was getting dark by the time we returned.<br/><br/>Only views were on to a public car park at the front and the private car park at the rear. There is no outside seating area.

I liked the kitchen utensils, it was so nice to have proper sharp knives in a holiday let. Also, even though it was a small apartment it had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and some dishwasher tablets.<br/><br/>The views from the apartment (both windows looked out at car parks) <br/>More hooks in the bathroom.

This is clean and well arranged accommodation in a prime location in the heart of Seahouses, with its own dedicated parking spot. We found it perfect for a long weekend. We barely needed our car once we'd arrived, as the coastal bus service runs right by.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this apartment. On arrival we found the place clean and tidy, with all the necessary equipment for self catering. We were very pleased with the internet and Netflix was an additional bonus! Shower was powerful and the bed was really comfy. There was even a hair dryer for use! The only only minor detail was lack of a full length mirror. <br/><br/>The location couldn’t have been better and it was great to have our own car parking space. It’s close to restaurants, the pubs and within walking distance to the beach and harbour. <br/><br/>We would definitely recommend a stay here and we will be looking at coming back for puffin season next year!

The flat is very centrally located which is ideal for walking to the town. The flat also comes with 1 car parking space which was essential when Seahouses was so busy with full car parking elsewhere. <br/>The flat has all the necessary amenities you would require and the shower is great. <br/>We both found sleeping difficult as the blind lets the light right through and would recommend bringing an eye mask to block out the light. <br/>For the price paid the flat is small but given it was peak season and Seahouses was so busy, it was to be expected.
