Good size accommodation is well equipped .
The bed in the downstairs bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in the mattress was so thin, and you could feel the springs it didn't feel like a double bed , seemed smaller. I am not the first person to comment on the mattress .
First accommodation we have stayed in with no welcome pack, no milk, bread , biscuits .

Very clean and well presented. Tastefully furnished. Well stocked crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Great location and parking.
The mattresses on the beds aren’t comfortable and when we go away we like a comfy bed. Had to put a spare duvet under sheet to pad out due to springs being felt. This would put us off booking the cottage again unfortunately. Also the downstairs bedroom needs blackout blinds or curtains.

Fabulous location. Modern spacious house/cottage. Had everything you'd need (except USB ports for phone charging). Host and Stay (Agent) very professional and quick to respond to queries. So good having keybox for contactless check in.
Having to pay a $30 admin fee for the security deposit. So instead I chose to pay $50 to not have a deposit at all.
Accommodation was quite expensive too but that could be a regional thing. Beds were not that comfy - we could feel the springs in the mattresses. A tumble dryer would be a useful addition to the amenities.

The property was in a good location for all the popular sites. It had a well stocked kitchen of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Had a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms. Private parking and local food shops, crazy golf and petrol station. Quiet area, but it is overlooked at all sides of the property Customer services responded quickly by phone and email
The beds were so uncomfortable. Bring or use one of their duvets to make a topper as the sprung mattress is not sprung anymore
We had no hot water for 2.5 days, which the agency knew about but didn’t tell us, but hoped the temporary fix would last. A valve needed replacing, but got it in the end
The power shower is tired and just is not up to the task. It’s either scolding hot or freezing cold. Very temperamental
The pillows, too fat or too thin, bring your own. They also have no pillow protector on them
The blinds are not great. Don’t really provide heat or block out the sun. Either use day or night blinds. Or just curtains

Property was very clean and modern. Liked it had it's own dedicated parking spaces.
Rooms were good size and comfortable.
Location was fab -2mins walk from the Coop and then 5mins walk from the harbour. Lewis's fish restaurant was great and only round the corner.
Had a trouble with the hot water but the host and owner worked quickly to resolve this.
would happily stay here again if came back to Seahouses

Modern, spacious and well - equipped end of terrace, with large kitchen diner & separate laundry room. Three big bedrooms: one downstairs with bathroom & two sharing bathroom upstairs. Lawned garden to side & rear. Row of recently built cottages is set back from main road, so very quiet, but easily walkable into Seahouses & close to all amenities.
Although electric car charging point is listed on facilities & included in cost this was not working during our stay and office staff, whilst friendly, were unable to help or liaise adequately with owner. Frequent emails inviting contact with management company are no substitute for actually resolving problems quickly.

Lovely fresh and well decorated cottage .
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit .
The downstairs shower fluctuated between cold and very hot at one point . Although next person found it ok .
Perhaps if someone else is running a tap or using water elsewhere it affects the water temperature?
Just to let you be aware of this as the water was extremely hot at times !

Lovely base just off one of the main streets. As others have said, initially difficult to find, as the approach to the house is down a driveway, not a street.
However, the house was very clean, and has a nice open plan layout.
We did have some problems with a few things - the dishwasher didn't work and the microwave was missing the glass plate, but Host and Stay were very easy to contact and helpful. The dishwasher was repaired the next day and a replacement glass microwave plate provided as well as some extra tea-towels for us to use.
I would recommend this house.

Very well furnished house, well equipped kitchen and great location about a 7 min stroll into the centre of Seahouses with a good selection of Pubs and eateries and a coop just around the corner.
Only issue, and it is very minor, was that the microwave turntable plate was missing making the microwave unusable. this has been mentioned in a previous review and has still not been rectified

An amazing house, it was so clean and well equiped with kitchen utensils. The underfloor heating was excellent, the house was very warm. There was no noise from the neighbouring property. It was very close to the town and the beach, a perfect position. Television great as Netflix etc available. I would definitely stay here again.
My criticism is purely personal but the beds are not comfortable. I know that you do take notice of the comments as there are now "oven gloves" in the house, which the house did lack apparently. I took extra t towels and my hairdryer as I had read the previous comments and realised that these were not available. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk or condiments. Fortunately the Coop is round the corner.

looked good on arrival, layout and decor were great quality. Everything we needed was available which was very much appreciated and the linens, sanitary ware and utensils in the kitchen were all good quality. The outside garden was perfect for our granddaughters to run around in and play
We loved our stay, my only slight niggle is that the downstairs bedroom had a double bed when a king size bed would have fitted in easily.

This is a really lovely little cottage, it's a new build and everything feels very fresh. It's great to have parking, there are two spaces but as they are quite tucked away, you might be able to squeeze a third car/bikes in too. The space was great. Plenty of room and the kitchen and dining space was great, it's decor was lovely. And having access to the garden and back door was really useful..
Kitchen supplies were lacking some. There was only one tea towel and no sponge for washing up. Lovely, new, modern property in a great location. Close to all amenities but tucked away from the main road and we found it very quiet here. Property was very clean and tidy on arrival. Plenty good storage in the bedrooms. Two parking spaces right outside and self catering was easy, due to proximity of local co-op. Good facilities - had pretty much everything you could want for a few days away. Nice decor, felt very homely. Various places to eat nearby and not far at all to Bamburgh with its beautiful castle and beach.
Downstairs shower was dangerously hot and found the duvets on the twin beds very noisy - not experienced this before but they sounded like crumpling paper every time you move and disturbed sleep.
Just a suggestion but rooms were big enough to fit larger beds too - could’ve put a zip and link superking in each really for added luxury and/or to offer better choices for rooms ie 6 single beds or 3 extra large beds. Property was to sleep 6 but only room to seat 4 people in the lounge…
The owners may appreciate knowing that the agents that deal with this property were not good at getting back to us with answers to questions. I phoned and messaged them but never received answers to my queries. We had plenty messages from them but they appeared to be automated as they were just standard info.
