The Space
Recently fully refurbished to the highest standard, you can expect premium furnishings and interiors at 23 Waterside Place. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, large bedroom and modern bathroom.

The living and dining area boasts a high ceiling, along with crisp white walls and tall windows which allow light to flood the space. The neutral colour scheme and the modern furnishings bring a contemporary feel to the space. With a comfy grey sofa and a flat screen TV, you can kick back and relax during your stay.

The dining area features a round dining table and four chairs. This is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfasts after lazy mornings and delicious evening meals with your loved one.

Head to the kitchen area of the living space and you’ll find another contemporary space. The kitchen is ideal for all self-catering stays as it is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster.

Next up is the bedroom. This stylish space has a comfortable double bed and premium, plush bedding so you can enjoy a blissful night’s sleep. The room feels spacious and has soft furnishings to add an even more relaxing feel to the space.

The bathroom is modern and clean. It has a bathtub with overhead shower, along with a wash basin and WC.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Taunton is a bustling, forward-looking town with excellent amenities, a good selection of independent and high street shops, distinctive restaurants, cafes and attractions, and a wealth of history, all whilst being surrounded by picturesque countryside.

Nestled in the vale of Taunton Deane, Taunton is surrounded by picturesque scenery. With the glorious Quantock Hills to the west and the striking Blackdown Hills to the south, you are ideally situated for enjoying beautiful walks.

A good selection of independent shops and high street names can be found in Taunton. With a large choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars, there are plenty of options for foodies looking to try local produce.

Getting Around
Taunton has good road and rail links to the rest of the country and with its close proximity to London and the Midlands, Somerset is one of the most accessible and popular destinations in the South West for restful weekend getaways as well as active holidays.

With buses linking all of the major towns and a park and ride scheme in operation serving two sites in Taunton, travelling by bus is a great choice.

Taunton Railway Station is operated by Great Western Railway (GWR) and is located to the north of Taunton town centre. There are regular and frequent train services between Taunton and London Paddington (under 2 hours journey time), Cardiff Central, Bristol Temple Meads, Exeter St. Davids and Plymouth.

There is an allocated parking space in a private car park, just outside the apartment.
