The Space
The spacious element of 4 Boulby Bank Top is noticeable right from the point of entering the property thanks to the open plan living and dining space.

LIVING AREA
With two windows, white walls and ample lighting, the room has a modern and tranquil feel.

KITCHEN
With the kitchen just off from here, this is the ideal place to relax after a day exploring Whitby, and you have the choice of easily preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or kicking back on the comfy sofa in front of the TV.

BEDROOM
Head to the first bedroom and you’ll find a comfortable and stylish space. You’ll enjoy your nights sleep as the king size bed boasts premium bedding and linens. The same can also be said for the second bedroom which is a cosy double.

BATHROOM
The family bathroom features a luxurious hydro corner-bath, wash basin and a WC. You’ll also find an en-suite shower room as part of the first bedroom. This shiny, blue tiled room also boasts a basin and WC for your convenience.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
The centre of Whitby, and Whitby Harbour are just a short walk from 4 Boulby Bank Top so it’s ideal if you want to experience what life is like living by the sea.

The area is famous for the quality of its fish and chip restaurants, and there are plenty of places where you can sink your teeth into a fresh catch. When you fancy a drink, you’ll find a variety of bars as well as pubs and shops in the local area.

Whitby is also famous for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. You’ll find plenty of sites near the apartment with historic interest relating to the story. The main inspiration can be found at the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey.

Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. In particular, Dalby Forest and Guisborough Forest, just a short drive away and they both have various beautiful walking and cycling routes to explore.

Getting Around
4 Boulby Bank Top is just a short walk to the town centre, Whitby harbour and the bus and train station. Villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
