Overall a great place to stay in Whitby. An excellent location which is central to everything and close to the beach and restaurants.
The property was very clean and the beds were comfy.
There were a lot of stairs in the property which were steep, which wasn't ideal for our 2 year old. We could not find any stair gates so this proved a bit troublesome.
Also the street was quite noisy with plenty of pub goers in the evenings and vehicles going by. Not a problem if you are planning on joining them or are used to noise, but we had trouble drifting off at night. We do live in the quiet countryside normally though.
Parking is about a 5 min walk from most car parks and approx £10 for 24hrs.

The rooms here were very comfy and clean, the location is great and the kitchen well equipped. The downside is that there is a lot of stairs as each floor has only got 1 or two rooms. This means the view from the top is good though. Not so good if you have a two year old who wants to climb up and down loads. Perhaps a stair gate could be put in the property in case people need to use it. Also at night it is a bit noisy as there are a few pubs up and down the road. Okay if your a deep sleeper. Overall good though.

What a gem of a place to stay! Very spacious apartment with three large bedrooms, each with comfy king size bed. Beautiful view of the sea and the Abbey from top bedroom window. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. Town centre, shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Perfect location to enjoy Whitby. Right in the middle of town, with lovely independent shops and microbreweries... Plenty to try during your stay. The flat is beautiful, with large rooms and large comfy beds. Decorated tastefully with some lovely 1930's touches. It was perfect for our family get together and can't wait to go again!

A fabulous place to stay in the centre of bustling Whitby. Perfect to park up your car and enjoy everything Whitby has to offer. Flowergate heights is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. There is a spectacular view of the Abbey from the top bedroom. Everything has been done to a high standard. We were particularly happy that one of the beds is a zip link that can be made into two large singles giving more flexibility. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in Whitby. The accommodation was perfect us and the location fantastic. A great base to explore Whitby and beyond.
A little tip for parking, you can park pretty much outside the property for an hour if you get a parking disk from within the property. Afterwards if you don’t need the car, parking at the long stay on West Cliff is best as it is long stay. It’s about a 10 min walk from the property once you are parked up. We just walked and used the local bus network.

What can I say, a fantastic place to stay. Close to pubs, quirky shops, cafes and tiny micro breweries. Close to the harbour and beautiful beach and cliff top walks. The property itself is immaculate and tastefully decorated throughout. The views from the bedroom window to the Abbey are breath taking. Will definitely be returning.
