Nice location near park and well presented property The heating was a nightmare - off when we arrived, then set really low (16) at some points and then crazy high (28) at others. So the first night we were freezing and then because of this and the heat from the windows the flat became a sauna (which no bathroom fab and difficult to open windows didnt help with - top only and no poles). Also not enough room to unpack kitchen stuff

Lovely apartment, very clean, in a good position Lovely apartment, not such accommodating "Host and stay" company ! It was a lovely apartment in a good position in Whitby. On street parking was easy, although we were very lucky and I think it could have been more challenging if there wasn't a space outside of the apartment. However, I did find Host and Stays check out policy somewhat unreasonable to be honest. While I completely understand that they need the apartments vacated for the next visitors and this was obviously highlighted when I booked it. The clocks had gone forward the night before we left in the morning and there was absolutely no flexibility around the possibility of staying an extra hour even though we'd lost an hour from the booking. Also the check in wasn't until 4pm which is late in my opinion. We had so many emails from them too, and an email reminding us we needed to check out by 10am otherwise we would be charged as mentioned in the terms and conditions! Not massively appreciated as it came half way through day one of our stay! There was a party of five of us however there was only four chairs available and, I think, only four dinner plates. Also, as noted in numerous reviews the shower was very hard to turn on. I think I would hesitate to use a "host and stay "apartment in the future. Date of experience: 28 March 2025

Very spacious and clean. Good location and very helpful and friendly customer service. The only issue was the shower, it was incredibly stiff to turn on. So much so I had to turn it on for my wife each time she used it. Worth taking a look at :)

Stunning property, great decor, very clean and very comfortable. The location is brilliant. We and the dogs loved everything about it. All good!

Great location in waking distance to the town centre, the apartment had everything we needed , would definitely stay there again!! Parking can be a bit tricky as there’s none with the apartment!

Location, hilly but good Double bed only. Poor direction to flat. Unable to contact host. Unable to contact office outside office hours.

The property was well presented with very nice and modern decors. It has a washing machine and dishwasher which was really handy. Internet connection was good. The property was walking distance to the town. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. I do like that they have pillow covers under the pillow case. Actually the whole property was clean and tidy. The sitting area was airy and bright and overlooks the park. Surprisingly it was quiet at night despite the road being busy during day time. The only sounds I hear were the sea gulls (lol). We had a great time. The only thing is that the shower was quite difficult to turn on as the knob was a bit tight. Parking is also limited although we manage to have one.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, so clean and very comfy, could easily live there!! It is very well situated. So, there is no need to drive, bus stop right outside if you want to venture out. If I do come.back to whitby I would definitely stay here again. N/A

Gorgeous apartment in an excellent location with some lovely little touches Nothing

Good location, parking all free, found some outside the property most times after being out if not 5 mins around the corner. Bright, airy, modern apartment. Having to pay £250 deposit and £10 being kept back for admin fee this is very unnecessary and after many years staying away has been the first time of being told to do this. Took 4 days to answer email about the stiff bathroom tap, I hope this is sorted for future users as they said they would as I had noticed on other reviews as well. Not being made aware the carpet was quite heavily stained, let down the accommodation on entering but was clean and the rest of the accommodation was good, bed comfortable, so having said the above I would stay again.

The apartment was superb, very spacious, clean and comfortable with easy free parking and lovely views opposite the park ...excellent 10/10 Bottle of complementary wine made our experience all the better. I would definitely stay here again ! And intend to re book for later in the year Host and stay's access arrangements were unclear, we didn't realise we could not gain access to the apartment unless the breakage waver had been paid ...this was lost in a long email of information! And i hadnt noticed the link !! Consequently we were unable to gain access on arrival. I had no problem with paying the waver , but the experience was very stressful, having to make several phone calls on the doorstep to the apartment to gain entry. I suggest payment for breakage waver should be completed on booking , we would be happy to do this ? I would definitely book this lovely apartment again ? 10/10

Location was brilliant. Apartment was ideal and we had a lovely time. Would certainly consider staying again. No toiletries and would like bath sheets.

Lovely set up and great location

Place was in a great location for walking to whitby next to the park for children. Parking was easy just outside. Hoover was full to the brim. Coffee machine didn't stop and the try was missing, but this is been very picky as it was a lovely apartment. Double bed up against the wall.

The apartment was lovely, clean, tidy, great location I came with a young lady I support who has mental health issues, she totally loved the apartment. The toilet seat seemed slightly loose, the kitchen tap was stiff to manoeuvre but just little things like that.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. It was a lovely property and the location was very good. We found parking outside the property, which was useful when Whitby has issues with parking. It is near a lovely park and would recommend anyone to stay here. It is also pet friendly. There wasn't extra toilet rolls, which the host apologised for and we couldn't open the balcony doors in the bedroom to let air in. I am sure this can all be fixed and didn't spoil the visit. Also the biscuits were out of date ! All minor issues that can be sorted. Also be aware that the water gets extremely hot in the tap and shower.

The faucets are just a little bit faulty.

The location was good. The facilities available were nice. The furnishings were modern and it was spacious. The towel for the dogs paws and the umbrella were very thoughtful. Nothing was bad. The sofa smelt a little bit sweaty when we arrived. The shower was sticking and hard to turn on and the kitchen tap is loose but these are minor things.

It was light and airy. Very clean. Plinth under kitchen units kept coming off.Tap in kitchen was loose. Fridge door didn’t shut properly ( previously mentioned in someone else’s review ) Landlord gas certificate expired a few months ago. Shower was difficult to turn off. Parking was horrendous, no fault of them but we wouldn’t stay again for that reason. Bed in our room was very small and uncomfortable, I slept on the sofa for 2 nights.

Very clean,nicely decorated,bright with lots of light coming in. The beds were comfy, big sofa and big telly.Clean bathroom. The location was perfect.10 minute walk from town centre No parking. Telly mounted fat too high on the wall.Gave us neck pain watching it. No salt and pepper in the kitchen. The fridge door didn't close properly.

Die Einrichtung war super, wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und behaglich. Der Ausblick auf den Park war traumhaft! Alles war sauber und roch gut. Unterkunft war Fußläufig zu City und Strand. Verkehr war im Wohnzimmer zu hören, Schlafzimmer war aber leise und Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ging auch. Die Dusche ließ sich nur äußerst schwer anstellen.

Fridge door didn't close. Clock on wall didn't work. Old rusty baking tray in oven. Too many emails from host company. Having to wait a week to get deposit back.

It was a lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Had everything you needed and the location was excellent. Double bed was on the small side but ok for a couple of nights. Was not happy with consistent emails regarding a damage fee. This should be included in the price with Booking.com. Was concerned that I was receiving scam emails.

Great location, easy check in and check out, comfy couch. Property was very clean and has everything you might need for a weekend away. Check in and check out time were not the best, too late and too early respectively. Main bed wasn't too comfy.

The apartment is in a great location, only 5minute walk into town. We got parked easily across the road. The apartment is well decorated, cosy and a nice size. The kitchen has everything you'd need. Beds are really comfy. Only a minor point, the shower is tricky to turn on/off.

Whitby is a great place to visit. The flat is in a great location. Easy walk into the centre and to the harbour. Clean, comfortable. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay A bedside light would've been good. The bed is a small double, which in fairness, was suggested by the photos. Be worth saying so in the description.

This apartment had everything you needed close to Whitby centre.The apartment was clean and spacious would recommend these apartments and I would return again. I liked everything nothing I didn't like.

Very nicely refurbished apartment. Well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. In a nice area and within an easy walk of the main town. Weirdly, the taps in the kitchen and bathroom were quite stiff and the sofa was a little too soft - but these are very minor.

Beautifully decorated and clean, positioned within easy walking into the town centre. Apartment very well equipped. only a suggestion but maybe a shower mat in the bathroom we went with my elderly mother in law a it was a bit slippy for her.

Wonderful apartment, so comfortable. Loved every minute of my stay. The Park opposite does not allow dogs so that was disappointing, however this had nothing to do with our apartment.

We have stayed in a few air BNBs in Whitby and this is one of the best! Although on the outskirts of the town centre, Pannett Park opposite is lovely to walk through! Town centre is only a 10 minute walk so you don’t feel out of the way at all. Apartment is very clean and stylish, beds extremely comfy and love the Mini Alexa in the living area. Would definitely like to come back! The hosts were also very responsive and quick!

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for four nights, (two adults, 3 children) Highest quality appliance and furnishings throughout. Great shower, spotless bathroom. No off street parking on arrival but managed to move the car after the first night. First left after the apartment there is plenty of street parking. Short stroll to the center of town and beach, apartment also on the Scarborough / Robin Hoods Bay bus route that runs every 30 minutes. Will definitely return, thanks for a great stay.

Spotlessly clean and modern flat in a great location for visiting Whitby. Great amenities for families including washer/dryer. In a great location opposite the park and play area and only 5 minutes walk into town and 10 minutes to beach yet quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful space for the 3 of us. Lovely clean, tidy and well equipped apartment in a great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the harbour and the centre of Whitby. Really impressed, will definitely stay here again if we return to Whitby.

Excellent location, lovely bright apartment, quiet area with the park across the road. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Whitby, as it is only a short walk to the town centre.

The apartment was in a fantastic location only a 5 minute walk from the centre and from Whitby museum. The apartment itself was clean and contained all the things needed for our stay. Louise had also left an information pack on things to do in and around the area. Whitby is a lovely place- highly recommend!!

We were really impressed with the apartment. The directions and check in were described very well in email prior to arrival. The apartment is clean, modern and had all the things we could need for our visit, as well as being located just a short walk from the town and directly opposite a lovely park - which was great for our little one!
