Property Details

The Space
Skyview is a recently refurbished holiday home with plenty of style. Upon entering, head upstairs to the first floor where you’ll find the open plan living and dining area. With neutral coloured walls, a plush carpet and a comfy leather sofa, this is the perfect place to relax on an evening. Turn on the flat screen TV to watch your favourite shows or gather your loved ones to enjoy a home cooked meal at the round dining table.

Continue onwards through the doorway and you’ll enter the kitchen. With light walls and herringbone style wood flooring, this room has been beautifully decorated. Fully equipped for all stays, the kitchen has an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

At the end of the room is the family bathroom which has a bath with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Also on this floor, you’ll find three bedrooms. Each room boasts a comfortable mattress, plush bedding and a tranquil feel. Ideal for family holidays and group stays, the first room features a King size bed and the other two rooms have single beds. Each space has pops of mustard yellow added through soft furnishings to complement the overall grey colour scheme.

From one of the single rooms, you can take the stairs up to the final bedroom. Spanning the full top floor, this spacious room boasts a King size bed, a grey sofa with a matching tub chair and wooden drawers.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
Skyview is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the quaint village of Seaton Delaval. The largest of the five villages in Seaton Valley, it’s name refers to ‘sea town’ so you’ll be just a stone's throw from the coast. The village is home to a small supermarket, independent stores and charming local pubs so if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat, Seaton Delaval is the ideal spot. The village also has a National Trust hall in its name where you can explore history and art as well as enjoy a bite to eat from the kiosk.

Seaton Delaval is located near Whitley Bay where you can enjoy two miles of golden sands and experience incredible views of the coastline from the Victorian lighthouse on St Mary’s Island. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, head to Spanish City where you’ll find a Renaissance-style hall transformed with a fish and chip restaurant, a traditional tearoom, a waffle and pancake house and a champagne bar inside.

Getting Around
Seaton Delaval is located on the intersection of the A192 from North Shields to Morpth and the A190 from Dudley village to Seaton Sluice so access in and out of the village is ideal.

The closest train station to Seaton Delaval is Cramlington which is roughly a 10-minute drive away. From Cramlington, there are routes from Newcastle with stops in Morpeth, Alnmouth and Chathill.

There are a number of routes through Seaton Delaval. Hop on the 57 Arriva bus service which travels through to Whitley Bay or jump on the X7 which goes to Newcastle upon Tyne.
