A huge, beautiful property dating back to 1100, Middleton Hall sleeps up to 20 guests across ten bedrooms comfortably and is located in the village of Belford. Perfect for any large group who wish to explore Northumberland and all its beauty, the property is home to a large dining room, snooker room, two kitchens and a children's play area, whilst just a short drive from the hustle bustle of the nearby towns of Wooler, Berwick-upon-Tweed and Alnwick.

The Space
You’ll have full access to the property during your stay which includes two fully equipped kitchens, a large dining room, ten bedrooms and fantastic outdoor space.

Middleton Hall offers a large living room, fitted with a TV and plenty of space for entertaining in an evening or on those rainy days in.

There is a sizeable main kitchen fitted with all the usual necessities that you would need for your stay.

You’ll find ten bedrooms at Middleton Hall. Suitable for all types of groups, eight of the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, while the other two rooms are home to twin single beds.

Along with the bedrooms there are also ten bathrooms throughout the property, nine of which are en suites. If a relaxing bath is what you’re after, a bathtub can be found in two bathrooms.

Outside you’ll find a large garden, outdoor seating and private barbeque facilities.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Getting Around
Middleton Hall Estate is located within 20 minutes’ drive time to beautiful areas within Northumberland such as Wooler, Berwick-upon-Tweed and Alnwick. There are excellent travel links as the estate is only a short distance from the A1. Given the rural location of Belford, having a car is essential when staying in the village.

Berwick-upon-Tweed railway station is roughly a 20-minute drive away from Belford. From here, there is direct rail access to locations all across the UK including Newcastle, Edinburgh, York, Leeds and London.

There are a number of bus stops throughout Belford. Hop on the 418 service to explore Bamburgh, Beadnell, Alnwick and Alnmouth amongst others. The X18 route travels between Newcastle and Berwick upon Tweed with stops in Morpeth, Amble and Seahorses.

Newcastle Airport is roughly one hour away by car.
