Nothing! I arrived first as a single, disabled woman on my own who had got a 2.5 hour lift to the property as I can't drive due to injury, to find that the owner had cancelled the booking but not told the management company nor booking.com. I was recieving emails and text messages the day of my stay, and even the day after 'check in', regarding my booking there. I arrived at 9:30pm to find the key code didn't work. I had to get another lift to the local McDonald's where me and my friends were left for over 2 hours whilst I was on hold trying to get booking.com to sort it out. Eventually I hung up and booked sonething else myself as I had children with me at this point. Shocking lack of communication from the host, who didn't let anyone know. Shocking service from booking.com who couldn't get anything sorted out for 2.5 hours on a Friday night, leaving women and children stranded. EVERYTHING!!!! Do not book here, it will get cancelled but you won't be informed until you arrive and you can't get in.
