There are two routes that we take here. A more traditional manual route which includes a leather-bound folder with all the required information about the property and local area. For those guests that can help but be drawn to technology, then our branded Your Welcome tablets provide a unique point of difference to other Holiday Let properties on the North Yorkshire Coast.

As standard, the following topics are covered within our Stay North Yorkshire welcome packs:

  • House Rules
  • Wi-Fi Information
  • Your Contact Information
  • Emergency Contact Information for local hospitals, doctors, dentists and vets
  • TV, TV Services, Music services or other relevant technical Instructions
  • Instructions on heating and thermostat controls
