We need to compliment your property description with the highest quality photography, as stunning photography is guaranteed to drive more bookings. Our in-house editorial photography team will capture your holiday home in the most magnificent way!

We have a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to pricing. We price on a per night – per stay basis with a flexible approach to stay lengths to ensure we can maximise bookings. Our method has been proven to increase occupancy, revenue and the overall profitability of our holiday homes.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING & LINEN

We have an in-house cleaning and laundry team to ensure your holiday home is spotless. A key sticking point for many guests is cleanliness so to keep your reviews high, we always expect a thorough clean after every check out.

GUEST COMMUNICATION

We take the time-consuming task of guest communication onboard so that our holiday homeowners can have a stress-free experience! Our experienced team ensure every guest is responded to quickly and in a friendly, professional manner. It’s imperative that your potential guests get a fast reply as this can often secure the booking.

FLEXIBLE TERMS

Our simple and flexible service includes unlimited owner bookings so you can make as many reservations throughout the year as you like. We also don’t believe in long contracts so if you come onboard with us, you only need to give one month’s written notice.

We don’t want to pass you from pillar to post so you would have one point of contact for all of your management needs including property maintenance and performance reporting.

 


SO HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We only charge 10% + VAT for our fully managed service.
