Our goal is to make owning a holiday let as convenient and as cost effective as we can for you, so our Compliance Service Plans are competitively priced and we offer different plans to suit your needs.

We understand that keeping up to date with the latest holiday let regulations in the UK can feel exhausting. With new rules for holiday lets recently announced and further potential developments coming in the near future, it can feel never ending. From PAT testing to EICRs, legionella risk assessments to fire regulations for holiday lets, it’s important to ensure your property is compliant for the safety of your guests and you as an owner.

That’s why we have introduced our Compliance Service Plans to cover the very best practice in relation to holiday let and short term let health and safety standards in the UK. We ensure each criteria has been met for your property and is kept up to date in-line with the required renewal standards, for example annual for Fire Risk Assessments and every five years for EICR’s.

Fire Risk

Annual Fire Risk Assessment

A Fire Risk Assessment includes inspecting the premises to identify potential fire hazards, ensuring sufficient measures are in place to prevent fires, and verifying that adequate fire protection measures are implemented to safeguard everyone in the building.

PAT Testing

Portable appliance testing (PAT) involves examining electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Whilst PAT testing is not currently a legal requirement for holiday lets in the UK, we require that appliances are PAT tested to ensure your property is as safe as possible.

Legionella Risk Assessment

A legionella risk assessment involves identifying potential risk factors for legionella within your property. Similarly, legionella risk assessments aren’t currently a legal requirement for all holiday lets in the UK, but we require it to ensure properties are safe and guest-ready.

Gas Certificate or Oil Certificate

A Gas Safety Certificate is carried out by a gas safe registered engineer and includes checking all gas appliances. An Oil Safety Certificate is completed by a registered technician and involves checking all oil appliances.

Valid Buildings Insurance & Public Liability Insurance*

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

An EICR is completed by a qualified electrician and involves checking the safety status of the property’s electrical system.

Fire Blanket

The installation of fire blankets where appropriate in the property.

A first aid kit will be supplied and replenished.

EPC

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) tell you how energy efficient your property is.

Our goal is to make maintaining a compliant holiday let as easy and cost effective for our owners which is why our Compliance Service Plans start at just £19.99 + VAT per month. Or you can save up to 15% per annum with our Annual Payment Plan, as well as receiving 20% discount on EICR’s and EPC’s.
