We want to make it as simple as possible for you to ensure your property is operating compliantly.
With that in mind, we have now created a Host & Stay Compliance Service Plan. This plan will ensure that your property is compliant with all of the holiday letting and short term letting health and safety best practice standards, from just £19.99 + VAT per month!
Our goal is to make it as convenient and as cost effective as we can for you to maintain a compliant property operation, plus you can save up to 15% per annum with our Annual Payment Plan, as well as receiving 20% discount on EICR’s and EPC’s.

Our Host & Stay Compliance Service Plans are designed to cover the very best pratice in relation to holiday let and short term let health and safety standards, as well as pre-emting the expected criteria for licensing applications if they come into force:

- Active Smoke Alarms & Co2 Alarms
- Fire Blanket
- Gas Certificate or Oil Certificate
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
- PAT Test
- Legionella Risk Assessment
- EPC to current letting rating standards.
- Valid Buildings Insurance & Public Liability Insurance*
With our Compliance Service Plan, we ensure each criteria has been met for your property and is kept up to date and is in-line with the required renewal standards e.g. annual for Fire Risk Assessments, and every five years for EICR’s.
