National Pet Month Competition Terms
PRIZE
The promotion a prize draw with 1 winner. The prize draw opens on Monday 1st of April 2024 at 12:00 and will run until 23:59 on Tuesday 30th April 2024 when it closes. The prize is open to all persons over the age of 18 and is free to enter.
Entries must be received during the times and dates above. Any entries received before or after this time and date will not be accepted.
To enter the prize draw you must either post a photo in the comments on our Facebook competition post along with a caption explaining where the picture was taken, or submit a photo with the required information via the form on our competition page located here – National Pet Month Competition – Host & Stay (hostandstay.co.uk).
Multiple submissions per participant will be accepted. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are the owner of the photograph and own all necessary rights.
The prize is a hamper of dog treats worth £50 including doggie afternoon tea, toys & treats from Wags and Whiskers Pet Boutique & Canine Cafe, as well as a £250 Host & Stay voucher. The Host & Stay voucher does not include travel or other expenses connected with the accommodation and is subject to the Host & Stay booking terms and conditions.
The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified that they have won shortly after the prize draw has closed. The winner will be notified by email where possible or by Facebook inbox message (this may fall into the “message requests” or “spam” folder). The winner must contact us to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of receiving the notification that they have won. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, a new winner will be selected on the 8th day.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.

This prize draw is promoted by Host & Stay Limited, Registration No. 12070642 and whose registered office is at 66 Church Street, Hartlepool TS24 7DN, United Kingdom (The “Promoter”).
Employees of Host & Stay and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.
The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the prize draw closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. Any incomplete, offensive, or illegible submissions will be considered void and not counted. The promoter’s decision is final, and correspondence will not be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.
By accepting these terms and entering your photo(s) in the prize draw you grant the Promoter the irrevocable right to use, modify, and publish this content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
The giveaway is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
The promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
Entry to the giveaway confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
