The accommodation was in a good location, in the lovely village of Aldington. Nice pub nearby called the walnut tree and also a farm which has a self serve deli machine open 24/7, Accommodation itself was also clean, as described and good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location and the lodge was exceptional in comfort and decor. On the edge of the village and a great location to head off and explore the Kent countryside and coast. Nothing

The generous hospitality of the hosts made The Nook Retreat very welcoming. It was excellent accommodation, very modern and very clean. Only small, but well designed and it met every need. In a beautiful setting we were entirely happy with our choice. We would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. “Simply Ice-cream”, a product of the hosts business, is amazing too.

Great location for a break from busy life. Must have a car to stay here. Sally was available to help us find the property and left enough supplies to get us started. Her Ice cream was especially good. We enjoyed watching the squirrels frolicking around on the lawn looking for their nuts!

The location was excellent for coast or countryside. The barn - small but a real home from home with some lovely touches. Didn’t affect us but not sure about staying for a week it would be tight for shortage of clothes

Everything was perfect. Photos don’t do it justice! Excellent accommodating hosts, cozy, nice location. Beds and pillows were very comfy too. We were surprised how well equipped it was and lovely that they put their own ice cream in the freezer for us. Best ice cream we’ve ever had! Aswell as the essentials and breakfast bits in the fridge. Would certainly recommend! Thank you both for a wonderful stay x Absolutely nothing!

Compact but well designed and very comfortable accommodation. It has every facility you could need - washing machine/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, full oven and hob. All the fixtures and fittings are of good quality. The decor is modern and very pleasant. The owners have made a lot of effort to fit everything out to a high standard and to be available yet not obtrusive. The little patio outside with its table and chairs was very comfy and it was agreeable to sit there and eat while the weather was warm. Nothing. All good.
