Zentrale Lage der Wohnung, Nähe zum Supermarkt, ruhige Lage im 2. Stock, Aussicht von der Terasse auf die Parkanlage & Bäume & leider sehr nahes Nachbarhaus, Geräusche der Vögel und nicht des Straßenverkehrs zu hören, TV mit deutschsprachigen Filmen, angenehme Größe der Wohnung, Wohnung mit kleinen Lebensmittelvorrat (Salz, Öl, Tee) und somit ein erstes Eingewöhnen gut möglich, Seife, Duschgel und WC-Papier vorhanden, Wäscheständer<br/><br/>WLAN-Passwort ist falsch auf der Information abgeschrieben, Schlüsselbox war nicht leicht zu finden, Schlüssel war leider auch nicht in der Schlüsselbox und wir mussten die angegebene Kontaktnummer anrufen (welche sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war!), der zentrale Müllplatz war ein Sauhaufen und der Müll lag daher wirklich überall herum, Dunstabzug für Ofen hat nicht funktioniert

Location near city centre<br/><br/>Reception not helpful at all - contacted several times as 2 how 2 check-in n where 2 retrieve the keys - kept repeating that keys r hidden in bin box around d vicinity - took us 45 minutes 2 search d hidden keys, thanks 2 a good samaritan neighbour.

The location was very central.<br/>The bed and sheets were clean and smelled clean.<br/>(But spent nearly an hour swatting flies so we could sleep)<br/>Fridge was clean<br/>House looked tidy ( but was very unclean)<br/><br/>The mold and dirty smell that hit you as soon as you entered the building! ( to the point I was dry heaving)<br/>No lighting in pitch black corridors.<br/>The water damaged ceiling and carpet right outside the apartment to the left.<br/>The flies!! tons of flies that landed on us and stayed on us as soon as we walked thru the door.... as we tried to eat our sandwiches the flies were landing on us and our food and crawling on us.<br/>The carpets we vacuumed but filthy.<br/>The sofa bed was dirty and smelled bad.<br/>The oven wouldn't work.(but maybe that was us who couldn't figure it out) and it's contents were not clean.<br/>The side panel on the bath tub had come away from the side, revealing alot of black mold. The smell was intense.<br/>There was black mold on the walls, drapes and window frames in the living room, and within 10 minutes of us being there our eyes were watering, noses running and throats sore. By morning my eyes were so swollen and I could hardly swallow... we had no choice but to leave. We have never left a hotel or air bnb before...but this one was really bad.

The hardware is almost impeccable, the location is moderate, close to the train station, there is a supermarket opposite the residence, and the room is clean and well-organized. It's a pity that the software failed to catch up. There was no hot water supply from the morning of the third day of stay. I immediately contacted the host and he said that the hot water would need to be warmed up for a while before it could be provided. When I wanted to take a shower at night, I found that there was still no hot water. I contacted the host at this time, but there was no reply. I had no choice but to contact the bnb staff. Thanks to the intervention of bnb, the host responded later and said that an engineer would come to repair it tomorrow. But when I came back that night, I found that there was still no hot water. So I had to find the bnb staff again. He suggested that I check out immediately and make some compensation to me.

We had an amazing time spent in the really nice apartment with balcony. <br/>The host has a good communication and clearly check in details. <br/>Thank you for that

The location was alright<br/><br/>The place is dingy with old carpets that seems to be filled with dust, I was travelling with my toddler who got dust allergy and we had to leave early because the place was very dirty.

Everything you could possibly need during your stay was provided. Despite comments that others have made, the balcony was spotlessly clean.......although the wrong time of year to use it! Its basic accommodation, but as long as your expectations are realistic, then it wont disappoint.<br/><br/>The bathroom certainly needs a bit of TLC, and there is a hole in the kitchen flooring. The other flats are all very close, and overlook the balcony, and window, so it doesn't feel very private.....unless you leave the curtains drawn all day.

The location was very doable for getting into town and the location was next door to a grocery store.<br/><br/>This property needs a complete overhaul. The carpet was so dirty that I was afraid to walk on it barefoot. The furniture needs to cleaned as well. There is a plumbing issue in the flat. When flushing the toilet, sometimes the tank wouldn't fill because of this. There is a major water hammer that sounds like the Titanic coming in. The drain in the tub was not acceptable. When taking a shower the water would collect to about 5 inches deep. The cooker was so old and had cleaned so much that all the lettering for the elements were nonexistent. The kitchen lineoleum was buckled in one place and finally cracked and we had to leave the pieces there. The drapes must have been really old and I applaud them for the replacements but they shouldn't have purchased ones that were 12 inches too long.

Location isn't horrible but the flat itself lacked any amount of homeliness. There was minimal supplies. Had to clean the entire place before check in and we ended up having to put up with fleas and check out early. Hosts are slow to respond and don't seem to inspect their properties often so things get left unmanaged. Didn't offer new bedding solutions, didn't respond to most questions asked after check in and took 2 days for a response. Tv remote was dead. Lack of blankets, students live in the surrounding apartments so expect late night noise and partying, ect. Only thing this place had to offer was the size and convince in location to the city.

It was a great location close to the town and a nice flat and well hosted thank you.

Nothing<br/><br/>The bathroom was disgusting, feces on tiles which were also cracked. It was definitely a health & safety issue!! Contacted " Blue Fox" sending pics, they were not helpful at all, actually very rude. Will never book through BLUE FOX/booking.com again.

I enjoyed a lot my time in Canterbury. The city is lovely, and this apartment is big and confortable. Everything worked properly: heat, hot water, washing machine…. Great location! I loved the way to the city centre going through the Westgate Gardens by the river. Thank you !

Basic, but comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you would need.<br/><br/>Overlooked by balcony's opposite and adjacent. Had to keep the curtains closed to provide any privacy. <br/>Although not directly the responsibility of the owners of the flat, the communal bin storage area was overflowing, and rat infested. Avoid it if you can!

Excellent value for money. You get a spacious flat in a great area. Easy short walk to park, city centre, train station and bus stops. Plus a big supermarket across the road. <br/>The flat itself is set out nicely. Large TV, clean and tidy lounge, modern kitchen with the essential/basic kitchen utensils etc available for use. The rooms were all very clean. The bathroom was also decent (the stain mentioned in previous reviews is gone..has been redone). And I must say, the hosts are excellent. Very communicative and helpful from start to finish. Overall would highly recommend!!<br/><br/>The outdoor balcony area had to be cleaned before use - we found it a bit grubby on arrival - but once wiped up was a nice place to use in summer.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with great access for using a wheelchair / pushchair, free parking on site, supermarket (Aldi) on your doorstep and city centre only a 5-10 minute walk away. Good communication from the host too.<br/>A few niggles - only one teaspoon, one kitchen towel, nowhere to dry your bathroom towels and a stained/cracked bath and the balcony was dirty. There also wasn't a hairdryer when we arrived but the host dropped one off for us. Hence why not 5 stars from us.<br/>But overall we enjoyed it. Canterbury is a lovely city too.

Very spacious, facilities were good in the apartment, security was good. Ideal situation for visiting Canterbury.Only a short walk to the train station which has good links to London. Supermarket right on the doorstep.<br/><br/>The bathroom needs a bit of attention, bath panel cracked, mould in the grouting on the tiles and bath was badly marked. Cooker hob was greasy. Could of done with a dustpan and brush to hand aswell.

Good comms from management company. Good location for exploring Canterbury on foot.<br/><br/>Terrible smell on entering apartment, old damp issue in bathroom to blame, it was horrendous, you couldn't spend any longer than necessary in the bathroom. Relaxing bath completely out of the question. Crockery and glasses were not clean had to wash before using. Cookware old and dirty. The flat was and furnishings were tired and badly in need of refurbishment. Balcony disgusting covered in pigeon poo and fag ends. The standard of the flat was student accommodation at best. Expected alot better for £700 a week. The area was not very nice and we didn't feel particularly safe leaving the car. The car park and surroundings were littered with dumped rubbish and a shopping trolley.

Great value, great location, just a pleasant amble from the town centre, and a two minute walk to the supermarket for all the essentials. Blue fox are very considerate and thoughtful hosts, and I cannot fault this stay. <br/>Thanks.

Great communication and easy to follow instructions, lots of kitchen utensils and wonderful Tv. However felt a little mislead by the late notice of the red stained bath (even if it is bleach is still very offputting), this in addition to a few stains on the floor and bird poo on the balcony let the place down a little. There were a few things that if added would make a huge difference to comfort like hooks in the bathroom, bins in the bedroom and a regular hairdryer. Overall a decent place to stay that with a few tweaks could be a real star.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the high street. Unfortunately some of the cutlery and cooking equipment was dirty, so I had to clean it before use. A strong smell of stale smoke in the apartment that we noticed as we arrived. The balcony had a lot of bird's mess on the floor and unfortunately when leaving the doors/windows open there was a regular and strong smell of cannabis. The communication with the Blue fox team was faultless and the check in process was very clear and straight forward.

Ideal location to explore this historical and beautiful city. Everything is within walking distance. Local supermarket nearby to stock up on essentials if self catering but also nearby restaurants and pubs for drinking and dining out. <br/>The apartment itself is well equipped for a very comfortable stay and communication with the host is smooth and easy. <br/>Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Good location to walk into centre, good check in and parking. Had issues with cleanliness and damp smell, stained bath, mouldy shower curtain, non-blackout curtains, no mattress or pillow protectors, no fire extinguisher or fire blanket, unkempt balcony and warnings of drug users in hallways. Fabulous TV, good kitchen facilities, warm. With some TLC it would have been better

This is a really nice place to stay in Canterbury. My partner and I stayed for 2 months. Very clean, quiet, lovely nature walks close by, a short walk to the City centre, a very large bedroom and comfortable living room. We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is basic but does the job. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment. A little noisy at night and a few features could do with an update but overall it was nice for a couple of days visiting Canterbury.

A spacious and convenient space situated handily next to an Aldi. Enjoyed our stay here :-).

The flat is spacious and well equipped. Both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The location of the flat is very convenient as the city centre is only a short walk away. It is also a very convenient location if you are keen to explore the coast from Whitstable to Dover. We had a great stay and recommend this flat.

Barbara's place was very spacious, tidy and clean. It had all the usual appliances and kitchen items you would expect to find. The self check-in instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The location of the apartment is a short walk away from the main town centre but this is clearly stated in the listing and expected. No complaints, highly recommend!
