Property Details

The Space
Greenfinch Road is a luxurious property with a grand and homely look. Head to the living room and you’ll find a chesterfield style sofa and armchair, and a 55" smart TV. Perfect for relaxing, you can retreat here after a busy day in Coventry and enjoy a night in front of the TV with your loved ones.

The designer kitchen is modern with a trendy look and Smeg appliances. You can make use of the oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave during your stay. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher adding little luxuries to your self-catering stay.

The property boasts three bedrooms. With a four-poster bed, a full length mirror and an ensuite, the master bedroom has a relaxing feel. There is ample storage space as there are wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom is home to a small double bed, as well as a desk with a lamp. The room also boasts great storage space in the form of a wardrobe and drawers.

In Greenfinch Road’s third bedroom you’ll find a single bed. Once again, excellent storage space is on offer here.

Head to the modern family bathroom and you’ll find a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Outside you will find a large garden and private patio area. This is the perfect spot for entertaining with an outdoor dining set and a coal BBQ.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Advertised lovely outdoor entertaining area, was unusable, completely spiderweb infested, weeds were well established, lawn area well neglected. Main bed mattress unusable, as well as second mattress.

The size and space and that there was tea and coffee!<br/><br/>The bed was a little uncomfortable and the fridge was in a weird position as the table blocked it if someone was sitting down. The front room felt a bit brothel bedroom ?

nothing<br/><br/>I don't recommend this property to anyone. <br/>I was completely disappointed: the windows in the house are dirty, the floor in the kitchen is sticky, all the mugs are dirty with sticky black hair (as if they drank milk from them and put them in the closet without washing), the chairs in the kitchen are all stained (it’s scary to sit on them), everything the handles of the cabinets in the kitchen are dirty, inside the cabinets there are the remains of someone's food (old bread, cakes, bags, crumbs, dirt, etc.; everything is very dirty and disgusting), a very dirty refrigerator (there is dirt and mold), the vase on the table is terribly dirty and in smudges, packages of condoms lie under the bed. The beds are made with synthetic dirty linens, there are hairs (I'm not sure that no one has slept on them before me). <br/>I asked for a late check-out, but I was denied this even for money, although in the next three days after my departure the house was not booked by anyone. This was explained by the fact that they have VERY HIGH CLEANING STANDARDS and they will start cleaning the house immediately after I leave. I wonder why then it was not removed for my arrival??? <br/>I asked for my money back for cleaning. I was told that they would return them in 16 working days, but this period had long passed and the money was not returned to me.

Good location for Warwick university<br/><br/>Unable to control heating ,unable to open bathroom window. One real negative, check out time was 10am BUT WiFi was switched off remotely on last day, luckily I had mobile WiFi. For my son to check on his flight back to Dubai. Not good we paid for the house ,we should have had ALL amenities until check out.
