This large, elegant country house is set within its own mature gardens, offering a serene and private setting. The spacious interior boasts numerous rooms with direct access to the gardens, allowing for a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. For added entertainment, there is also a garden studio, providing an additional versatile space including an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area.

Property Details

The Space
The ground floor of the property features multiple living areas, each flooded with natural light and decorated in a modern yet country-style aesthetic.

The separate dining rooms offer a welcoming space for meals and gatherings, while the fully equipped, country-style kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals.

Two downstairs toilets add convenience, and a spacious billiards room provides a great space for entertainment of all ages.

Additionally, there is a well-appointed laundry room, completing the practical yet stylish layout of the ground floor.

An adjoining garden studio is situated on the ground floor, with a private entrance that leads in from outside the main house. The annexe features a kitchen/living area, providing a comfortable, self-contained space, along with a bedroom and a separate bathroom. (Please note that within the bedroom area there are an additional two sofa beds, should these be required for your stay please request and we will ensure that they are made up ready for your arrival.) The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, offering added convenience and privacy.

The first floor of the property features six bedrooms, including three with king-sized beds, one with a super king-sized bed (please note this can be changed into two single beds upon request), one twin room, and a single bedroom. A foldaway bed is also available in the main house upon request. Three of the bedrooms are ensuite, offering added privacy and convenience.

Additionally, there is a family bathroom, which is well-appointed with both a bath and a stand-in shower.

The gardens are expansive, wrapping around the house and creating a peaceful, natural retreat. Two patio and courtyard areas offer perfect spots for outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. For added charm, swings are nestled within the garden, providing a playful touch to the serene outdoor space.
