We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable and a great location for us. Check in / out was also very simple. <br/>It would be helpful for some manuals / instructions to be left for the appliances around the house.<br/>I also think it is a bit much to ask for a non refundable £25 damage deposit before a key code would be issued. I’ve never come across this on Air BnB before and it seems like an easy way to get an extra bit of money off guests. The alternative was a £250 refundable deposit minus £15 admin fee! So either way extra money is made off of the person booking the property in addition to the cost per night.

Everything is great in this excellent property. We have had a great week here.

Stay was amazing for me and my other half, was very clean and smelt amazing, not a single problem inside the property heating was easily adjustable to our liking and just a very cozy setting will 100% return in the future.

Aidan Gardens is a very comfortable home with many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Our contact person, Charlie, was very responsive, made us feel welcome, and immediately responded to questions. The location of this house was ideal for us, with only a 3 minute walk to our family's home.

A lovely house with everything well catered for. Very spacious in a convenient location. There is only space for one car on the drive but there is space for another in the close. Beds are double, rather than king as per description, otherwise it was perfect and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Amazing stay throughout. Looks exactly like the pictures but even better in real life. Really grateful to have stayed at such a beautiful home.

Stayed here for a weekend in Durham, the accommodation was spotless and we had all we need.

The check-in was easy and the location is near to downtown.

Property was lovely-clean and tidy. Comfy beds. <br/>Hand towels in bathrooms would be good and a bin in the top floor bathroom. <br/>Outside of property could do with a tidy up- weeds/leaves on patio. And leaves on terrace from lounge could have been tidied prior to our arrival.

Excellent house, clean and spacious. Great host, and recommendations to where to eat. <br/>Uber £10 to city centre, not really walking distance, so that was easy. <br/>Would highly recommend as it’s not easy to find places with parking, so this ticked a lot of boxes. Would stay again.

The location is convenient<br/><br/>The service is awful. There are items damage and some electrical appliances out of order when getting into the house. I reported immediately and asked for fixing. The maintenance team committed to get them fixed the next day, but they only show up on my check out day. If you don't check carefully everything, you may have to bear the responsibility of those faulty items which are already existed before checking in.

on first arrival it looked amazing -immaculately clean, beautifully furnished but we had a serious problem which will probably only affect a small number of people -there was not, as stated, a dedicated workspace. We had checked this before booking & was assured that although there were no photos this did exist. We think what they referred to was a dressing room -it had a very narrow bench with a huge mirror with huge lights - not at all suitable for working. There was a small stool - you couldn't possibly sit on this to work. we had to carry upstairs a dinning room chair! This was reported along with bin outside overflowing, shortage of wine glasses & small plates, only 1 bulb out of 3 worked in dining area - sadly nothing was done about anything. Add to that the fuses blew if you used the toaster, iron so marked you couldn't use.

Beautiful, very comfortable well equipped & clean property . Quiet location close to Durham attractions.<br/><br/>Host and Stay seems very controlling company. We received about 10 messages & emails during 2 nights stay. It really put us off. We definitely won't be booking with Host & Stay again. We had not even started enjoying our stay yet when received reminder already what we have to do before checking out ( including taking all bin bags outside although we paid a lot for 2 nights stay).

Mooi huisje, <br/>Alleen niet king size bedden. Het waren twijfelaars. Te klein om te delen met vrienden. Van te voren was er geen goede communicatie over de bedden mogelijkheden. (Of ze uit elkaar geschoven konden worden) vervolgens beddengoed voor de bank gevraagd en dat zelf moeten kopen omdat er niets geregeld werd
