The proximity of the flat to the shops and transport links was great. The flat was very comfortable and having outside space if the weather was good was a bonus. It was kitted out with all you would need all in all a great flat for a short stay.<br/><br/>The entrance way to the flat could have been doing with a sweep to clear away leaves.

Very pleased with my stay at The Regency apartment. Exactly as photos. Very clean & modern. Bigger that originally thought. Lovely space for long or short stay. FANTASTIC location for wanting to visit Harrogate & surrounding areas. <br/>Only critique would be heating is difficult to work out & also controls for both bedroom tvs didn’t work but other than that highly recommend.

The apartment was brilliant lovely and well presented everything you need for stay away from home.<br/>Brilliant location walking distance into the heart of Harrogate.<br/>The only thing that could be improve was the mattresses were slightly uncomfortable but we managed to sleep so if they were improved the apartment would be perfect.<br/>We had a lovely stay and the hosts were second to none.<br/>We will revisit soon as we love Harrogate and the apartment is perfect for visiting the area.

Would totally recommend staying in the garden flat …. The location was amazing and we walked every day into Harrogate and wandered around. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and can not fault anything.

The location of the flat including parking were excellent along with the kitchen which had loads of equipment. Heated under floors in lovely bathrooms. Spacious flat particularly the main bedroom . Comfortable lounge with plenty of seating..<br/><br/>No TV reception in any room which was good enough to watch live TV but could watch Netflix etc. some damage on walls in places which was a shame as generally in good condition. The biggest negative was the uncomfortable mattresses on both beds particularly in main bedroom sagging mattress let it down. Watch out for lips on doorways tripped up at first. Did not like having to pay £10 fee to pay the deposit

Very tidy, clean, good location, easy instructions for check in / check out. Convenient parking.<br/><br/>Couldn’t figure out the heating. Also found it a little irritating with the lead up constantly asking about what time we were checking out when there really wasn’t any flexibility about this unless you wanted to leave early! Check out was at 10am which we fully were on board with and when I input 10-11am in the options it was rejected. So really could only pick 9-10am so not sure what the point of all that was.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location. Would certainly stay here again. Perhaps a little more flexibility with the check-out time would be better…say 11am rather than 10am which would still leave a 5 hour window for cleaning. Other than that no complaints whatsoever, a lovely property.

This apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. So clean that I searched for something that wasn't up to scratch. I did find a finger print on the extractor fan, which made us laugh. The beds were extremely comfortable, we slept soundly with no outside noises. Everything in the apartment was to a very high standard - even the toilet roll and kitchen roll were top end. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the town centre which was ideal. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apartment. THANK YOU!

Lovely spacious well equipped apartment but some issues with communication with Host and Stay which would have been a significant issue if we had been staying for a shorter time -apartment booked specifically for use of outside space which had issues which took more than 24 hours to fully resolve

We loved this beautiful garden apartment. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need for a very enjoyable stay. We felt immediately at home. Host and Stay are so good to deal with. All messages were responded to straight away, they couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are coming to Harrogate.

This is a lovely apartment, in a very good location. It has all you need for staying in too with fast Wi-Fi and smart tv. It’s 5 mins walk to central Harrogate and from there you can get a train to other parts of Yorkshire so no need to drive.<br/><br/>Parking is v good and plenty of room for 2 cars.<br/><br/>It’s a basement flat so not tons of natural light but it’s warm, super clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms are excellent and roomy. Perfect for 4 people.

The Garden Apartment is perfect for a few days in Harrogate . Excellent location , very comortable , well equiped and warm . Parking for 2 cars is great . Outside space with bbq is a bonus for the warmer months . Would definitely stsy again .

We had an amazing stay ! <br/>The flat was very clean and comfortable (beds and bed linen). Also all the kitchen appliances and cleaning products were of very good quality. <br/>Location is also excellent. Walking distance from the city center and main attractions. <br/>All very professional. So much so we extended our stay.

Amazing stay! We came with our infant daughter, another couple and their infant. This place had everything we needed and more. Walking distance to amenities in Harrogate, super clean and beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds and some amenities for the babies as well (high chair and utensils/plates). Can’t fault a thing!

The property & location were great & it was easy to walk into the town centre from where we were. The apartment was a good size, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you could possibly need & 2 great sized bedrooms.<br/><br/>The directions are to Stanley Mansions on East Parade which isn't where this property is!! We spent 20mins trying to find the right house which turned out to be next door on Bower Road. People must get confused a lot as there's a rather grumpy notice on the Stanley Mansion house so this is something you really need to sort out.

I would really recommend this apartment 10/10 Lovely and clean fresh and very modern with a private garden and your own parking space.<br/>They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect and i will be passing this property on to my friend for them to enjoy the delights of Harrogate.<br/>ps. The cinema in the town was lovely, a film sat on a sofa with a glass of wine or anything you fancy on your coffee table was really relaxing .(everyman theatre)

A lovely apartment is a great location

Overall this accommodation was brilliant. I visited with my mum for the weekend and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was fab. The rest of the property is very nicely finished and a great space. Having parking on the driveway adjacent to the entrance stairs was super. We loved the location - within easy walking distance from town. Also not far from Bettys Tea Shop - a must to visit! The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again.<br/><br/>I guess the only improvements was that a few of the side tables were a little dusty. The beds were a little 'springy' but were still pretty comfortable to sleep on.

The cleanliness and decor of the apartment and how well equipped it was. <br/>The bathrooms were amazing wonderful showers. <br/>It wasn’t warm enough to use the outside area but was a lovely spot for summer months<br/><br/>Pillows were a bit hard for my taste. <br/>Not much view indoors as it is a basement apartment, but there is an outdoor area which so close to the town centre is a great bonus

The Accommodation looks great if you can find it we followed exact instructions and ended up round the corner with a notice saying this is not a holiday let

This is the very best accommodation we have stayed in. A lovely use of space and a light and airy feel about it, beautifully furnished and accessorised and providing everything you could possibly need as well as having great hosts. The location is perfect for exploring Harrogate and driving to the attractions further afield. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and would love to return again one day. A real bonus to have off road parking too.

The flat is lovely and in great location for Harrogate. However if you have a baby then I would not recommend staying here unless you bring your own cot, they advertise they have a cot but they don't have a mattress or bedding for it. Also the bathroom was not very clean on arrival. Communication in resolving issues was also poor.

It’s a great flat in a perfect location close to all the attractions of Harrogate. It has everything we needed for our stay with a 10 month old. The check in and check out process went smoothly (even with a late arrival) and communication was easy with very quick responses.

Absolutely 5 star! Stunning and comfortable! Everything you would need for your stay no matter the reason for staying in Harrogate. Location was perfect as it’s in a quiet spot but only a 5 minute walk from the convention centre and the main town! Can’t wait to stay with you again!

What an amazing apartment in the heart of Harrogate. We loved our stay here. Everything we needed was there.

The apartment was furnished to a very good standard and had everything we needed. The rooms were bright and airy and very clean. The location was great, just a short stroll into town.<br/><br/>There was nothing we didn't like.

Very stylish and comfortable new apartment situated a very short walk from. Harrogate town centre and train station. It has everything needed for a weekend or longer in and around Harrogate. There is safe, off road parking for two large cars and a lovely outside terrace accessed either from the main bedroom or the entrance. Both bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed and stocked. Despite being very close to a main road junction, the apartment was very quiet and, especially with the bedrooms being at the back we had two very good nights’ sleep.<br/><br/>Just a note re access considering other comments. This is a basement apartment so there are steps to get to the front door and there are some level change steps in the apartment itself but nothing we had any issues with.

The property was modern, spacious.<br/><br/>I choose this property believing it was on the ground floor where it was actually basement level which meant steps down, which is what I didn’t want as we were with my 85yo father. This was mentioned nor pictured There was no mention either that the lounge area has a step down and the main bathroom a step up. this should be disclosed my father hurt his leg after falling down the step when we first arrived. Not sure why a rental would have a Samsung TV what a pain that was, plus the guide was out of date so no instructions on how to navigate this TV even the control worked differently to any other TV I have used! We were bemused to be asked to put our rubbish out before leaving, stayed in many rentals during COVID time and never been asked to do this! The flat was nice but it wasn’t the right side of the train tracks for us and if we went back we would look to stay closer into town.

Fabulous apartment, top quality decor, TV/wifi equipment, fixtures/fittings. Perfect location for walking into Harrogate centre to bars & restaurants, quiet considering it is on a main road, added bonus of private driveway for parking 2 cars. Easy to get out to nearby attractions such as Knaresborough. You will struggle to find anywhere better.

No: 7 is my lucky number. And this apartment did not prove me wrong. It was all that the pictures conjure up in your minds eye. Fully, met our needs for facilities comfort, cleanliness, facilities and location. Never had time to try the BBQ or patio - not the weather - unfortunately it rained most of our stay. Will most definitely be booking the place again. Parking suitable for two 4x4 vehicles - would recommend you reverse into the spaces as it makes exiting the drive much safer for you and any pedestrians and vehicles that might be passing. Highly recommended - Robert

Had a very pleasant Bank Holiday Stay at the apartment, Great Location parked the car and it never moved until we were coming home, The apartment was clean and modern they had thought of everything, we were greeted with two bottles of complimentary wine really nice touch, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would rebook and recommend.

There was just hand wash available.<br/><br/>Location is excellent...quiet...5 minutes walk from the station and the shopping area 9f Harrogate.<br/><br/>Harrogate is a wonderful town with lots of activities, amazing gardens and plenty of coffee shops and good restaurants.

Lovely modern basement flat in a central Harrogate location. We didn’t really use the kitchen but there was an abundance of utensils etc. Very well thought out. Very clean with attractive touches. Great for parking, off road with a gate is rare in central Harrogate. One thing to be aware of are the small steps, one from the hall down to the kitchen/living room and one from the master bedroom into the en-suite, because they are so small you may not be aware of them! I would definitely stay here again. The beds were super comfortable. We really appreciated having a lovely place to stay.
