My partner and I stayed for a long weekend with our dog and we absolutely loved the cottage. The decoration is so lovely and it’s inspired us to redecorate our own home with the same colours.
We had slight delay with receiving our check in information on time but the support team were fantastic and got it sorted very quickly for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was perfect.

The tub filled with dirt from the plug hole when showering. When I reported the issue- we didn't hear back! Also, on booking.com this property has the 'P' icon for parking. However, there is not parking at the property. One has to search locally for a space. Not the same. Not at all.
Also, the photos of the property must have been taken some time ago or edited heavily as it doesn't have the same finish in person.

Also, there was only one spare toilet roll for a family of three staying for two nights so we had to pop out and buy more.

Overall, this just was underwhelming considering the price and what was promised.

The property was ideal for our Christmas holiday as a family. Very warm and comfortable house in a quiet area with easy access to Didsbury village.
I have to say that I wasn't entirely comfortable paying Host & Stay €30 for the damage waiver and having to agree to additional T&Cs on top of the typical AirBnb ones. Having paid this additional fee, I was disappointed to find several small maintenance issues that were unaddressed. There were no working light bulbs on the upstairs landing and all three bulbs in the bathroom had blown which meant that upstairs was always very dark. Additionally the bath tap did not work (we had to fill it slowly from the shower) and the toilet did not flush very easily. It felt like the management company is not using this fee to keep the property appropriately maintained. One other small comment is that there was no vacuum cleaner and with two young children, it made it difficult to clean during a week long stay.

We had a great time staying at Tripps Mews. The place is warm and thoughtfully decorated. Great location with Burton Road and West Didsbury tram stops in walking distance. Also very close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Parking is on local streets but no issues.
Would definitely stay again!

The central heating wasn’t working. We arrived at five in the afternoon and we left at 8 o’clock because there was no response regarding the heating. We had to book ourselves into a hotel at the last minute.

Great location, quirky house, had everything we needed. A larger bed in the main bedroom would have been great. All in all very good place.

The house was beautifully decorated and very easy to access but we did have a few issues/ things that needed to be fixed. For eg. A tap in the bath so you couldn’t turn it from shower to running a bath, hall light missing, the toilet seat was broken and the heating wasn’t working & instructions unclear (though the maintenance man kindly brought us some portable heaters). Well stocked kitchen equipment wise. For taller people the bed in the main bedroom feels quite small. A great area, walking distance to nice rows of shops / cafes & worked well for our weekend in Manchester. I think I prefer dealing with the host personally/ having a direct line of communication rather than a company, but that’s just personal preference.

Area is noisy. Very noisy. Do t have your windows open at night

The amount of messages from host and stay was abit borderline harassment. No need for twenty emails. And texts. Over communication is a problem. I don't know if they are used to dealing with incredibly thick people. But it got a bit much. Kinda don't wanna use them again.

Nice place, well located, parking isn't easy near the house, but lovely all the same

3 tripps mews was lovely! The space was beautiful and well stocked. They even left fresh cut flowers, which was so nice. We loved the neighborhood with close access to public transport and great food (especially Durbar Indian which was steps from the place and amazing!). The place was squeaky clean and very comfortable for me and my parents. Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent. Very good value for the money.
The only drawbacks were; no Wi-Fi (which they advertised-but I missed) and definitely far more than 10 minutes from central Manchester (it was no less than 23 minutes drive without traffic).
Would definitely stay there again.
