Location good for beach<br/><br/>Really dirty, no attention to detail an apology that ot was dirty no compensation that I went to shop to buy cleaning products even mugs had tea stains, dirty rugs and sofa rusty windows blinds falling to bits in bathroom bath dirty and mouldy shower curtain

Great location, really straight forward to find and access the apartment and very easy to find parking close by. Apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, and quiet in the evenings.<br/><br/>Not a dislike - but a toaster in the kitchen would have made the stay even better!

Location, close to the seaside and a short walk to the town centre<br/><br/>Television very difficult to operate with no instructions available. Practically impossible to switch off!<br/>Similarly the oven could not be operated as there were no instructions available and the symbols on the cooker were worn out.<br/>Also found a dirty shower curtain in the washing machine so we were reluctant to use the machine after that.

Very good location, close to town & nice area, easy parking & a lovely walk to Broadstairs. Tunnels are well worth a visit & the Pugin architecture is amazing.<br/><br/>Struggled to get a good signal for the TV but not a big issue

It was a quiet location<br/><br/>That I was told it was a ground floor apartment, but it was a basement, down 8 Steps. There was no welcome/kindness as we in London call it on arrival (no milk, or water in fridge). Pillows on both beds were stained and discustingly flat. This apartment is not opposite the sea as advertised and I will be taking this up with booking.com as It’s false advertising, you can sea the sea from the top of the basement stairs if you go outside the flat and walk to the end of the road, certainly not a sea view as advertised. If you go in the back yard and up the steps you can see the sea over the top of the railings, but you’re impinging on next doors garden, not what I d call a sea view apartment.

The location and comfortability and well equipped<br/><br/>The sink to one of the bedrooms needs unblocking.<br/><br/>We checked out a little late and whilst waiting the cleaner arrived. I noticed the cleaner did not change the bedding to one of the bedrooms and simply refreshed it. It made me wonder if our beds were clean.

We enjoyed our short stay at the flat during the Coronation weekend. The location was amazing- second from the water front, but still quiet. We always found parking right in front of the building. The flat was very clean and as others have said, the electric heaters worked very well to heat the place up, though we did not need it much. Yes, it’s in the basement but the value for money is excellent.

Bright and clean and good size accommodation. Both rooms were comfortable and the lounge and kitchen area were well designed. Good location near the sea and walking distance to Ramsgate and Broadstairs along the coast.

The place was really nice and as in the photos. Well Equipped kitchen and heating worked great, place got warm quickly.<br/>There is only one sofa though, a not so comfy chair and a beanbag, which meant 2 people did not have comfortable places to sit.

Purtroppo non posso lasciare una recensione positiva, vista la spiacevole esperienza che abbiamo avuto io e la mia famiglia ( mia moglie e due bambini di 2 e 4 anni ) <br/>Una volta concordata la possibilità d i fare il check in sul posto tramite loro applicazione, con relativo codice, ci siamo trovati di fronte ad una cassetta malfunzionante, infatti il codice era giusto ma il tasto per aprire ( anche se arrivava in fondo ) non apriva nessun meccanismo .<br/>siamo arrivati di fronte all' appartamento intorno alle 18,30 e riscontrato il problema abbiamo provato a scrivere alla nostra referente, infatti non parlerete mai con il propietario ma con qualcuno che si occuperà di voi per conto terzi.<br/>aspettati 40 minuti dal messaggio ( mandato sia su Airbnb che per email che per SMS ) proviamo a contattare il numero di riferimento scritto sulla loro app. purtroppo parte un messaggio registrato che ci chiede di lasciare un numero dove poter essere ricontattati.<br/>aspettiamo un altra ora e mezzo tra tentativi varie e infine decidiamo di chiamare l'assistenza di Airbnb. <br/>l'assistente molto gentile e professionale ha provato a contattare la struttura lasciando loro la possibilità di rispondere entro un ora. <br/>al termine anche di questa lunga ed estenuante attesa ( ricordo che avevamo due bimbi piccoli in una città in bassa stagione e con alle spalle una giornata di volo e l'unico pensiero di farsi un bagno caldo ) ci ricontatta l'assistenza che conferma insieme a noi la totale sparizione dell' host .<br/>in totale abbiamo attesto intorno alle 3 ore di che Airbnb non ci ha dato la possibilità di fare un altra prenotazione e cancellare questa.<br/>capisco qualsiasi inconveniente ma sinceramente , viste le premesse di essere gestiti da questa agenzia Blue Fox mi aspettavo un minimo di buon senso e di responsabilità . cosa che purtroppo non ho riscontrato.<br/>solo intorno a mezzanotte ha chiamato una persona che si é scusata per l'inconveniente , i bambini per fortuna già dormivano a letto

Beautiful flat in a great location and excellent value. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard with lots of facilities. Reported a couple of plumbing issues and these were not addressed whilst we were there. Would stay there there again.

Great location, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of books and board games provided.<br/><br/>The washing machine was mouldy meaning we could not use it, we could not get the cooker hob to work, a manual for the cooker would have been helpful. There was also a dirty baking tray and cutlery upon arrival, these issues were raised with the agency looking after the property and have not been resolved. There were also no oven gloves provided and only one dishwasher tablet.

L'emplacement est très bien.<br/>L'agence qui gère le logement est assez réactive et a su répondre à nos questions.<br/><br/>Le logement est en "sous sol", il faut aérer très souvent, il reste cependant assez lumineux.<br/>Le ménage de la cuisine n'était pas correctement fait...

Proximity to the sea. Quiet. Streaming TV was good once the smart TV did its software upgrade. Loved the short walk into Broadstairs.<br/><br/>Parts of Ramsgate itself were quite run down, but there is clearly a lot of new investment in the lower seafront area, so hope the older buildngs along the upper promenade will get some much needed TLC soon. However the apartment itself was fine.

The location and size of the flat was great<br/><br/>There was a powerful smell of damp, probably a plumbing issue. <br/>The fridge seemed to be set to freeze so fresh food was ruined. No instructions for TV or microwave which were complicated to use and the induction hob didn't work at all.

Very modern appartment ideally located close to the seafront and just a short walk to town to the numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Tastefully decorated and furnished with a very well equipped kitchen.

One of the best places to stay in Ramsgate and is exactly as advertised. Worth a place for staying as a family or a group of friends. Very near to Ramsgate beach and suitable for walks all over.<br/>Wifi was a bit slow but did its job. TV with internet connection and board games to satisfy young adults were also well thought of. Overall a winner!!!

Its a graet apartment ina great location. My little complaint is that it would have been nice to find a few essentials, like milk, some bread, etc. <br/>Also Blue Fox the company managing the apartment did not respond when I phoned them to say that I had issues with switching on the induction hob.<br/>Otherwise, a really lovely apartment and very well situated. I fully recommend it.

Great seafront location. Comfortable and modern interior.

It was in. a good location and the kitchen was well equipped.

The property was a good size. Parking was easy. It was quiet.<br/><br/>The TV has no Chanells.

Good value for the amount of space you get. Walking access to town centre. Ensuites for both rooms. Good open plan living dining area. Comfy beds with good form mattresses. Communication from owners was very efficient and non-invasive.<br/><br/>Place could benefit from a few more pictures on the walls. Lack of recycling was very strange to us coming from London and made us feel guilty about the environmental impact. Bar next door was very noisy on the last night (Sat) until v. late. I hadn't appreciated that there's no direct access to the beach at the end of the road (it's on top of a cliff) but in hindsight this is clear from the description.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 small children. The space was great, we had plenty of room for everything we needed. Amenities were great and thoughtful. Lots of parking but we didn’t really need to drive as it was walkable into town and the beach. Great communication. We were a bit confused with the bin situation but owners were happy to help!

A lovely place. A large flat, which worked well for us with a small child. Very comfortable. Good location for walking to Broadstairs. The TV has streaming services like iPlayer which is great. We had a couple of small issues but they were dealt with quickly, Be aware that while the flat is very near the sea, it’s on the cliff top so it’s a 10 min walk to the beach. One small thing: we were told there was no recycling option, but other people around were putting out recycling so it would have been good to have had the chance to do that too.

The flat is brilliantly located: right on the sea and a short walk from beach and town centre. V quiet road. Flat is super clean, and bright despite being a basement. No character in the decor but if you like white walls and minimalism you’ll be happy (we missed anywhere to hang clothes in one bedroom; minimal furniture means no wardrobes). Feels spacious for four guests and outdoor area is a bonus. Communication excellent and helpful.

A lovely stay. The flat felt much bigger and airier than it seemed from the photos. The location was absolutely brilliant too, just a few moments from the East Cliff promenade, and a five minute walk to the beach.

Spacious and bright. From just the right angle, you can see the sea from the living room! Having the cliff-top promenade right across the street was really nice for getting some lockdown fresh air :)

You'd be hard pressed to find a better location than this if you are looking for a place close to the see, all you have to do is cross the road and you are on the promenade. Plus it's a very nice place and easy to organise.

The apartment is well located for the quieter bit of the beach and away from the noise but a short walk in to town. The Albion hotel is close by and great for breakfast!

Great location but the apartment needs a little attention.

The location is completely perfect as you can hear the sea from the property which itself is very easy to find and only a short walk from Ramsgate centre and harbour which boasts lots of lovely restaurants such as Townley's and The Greek Arch Restuarant. A short cab journey from the property gets you into Margate which has amazing vibes and is referred to as East London on Sea. There you'll find Angela's of Margate which is a divine fish restaurant that I would recommend booking before your trip. In addition to this, there is a lovely family-run vineyard called Barnsole just a 25-minute drive away. The flat itself is relatively clean with a little outside courtyard we used for some al fresco drinks and dining (when the weather permitted) All in all, a lovely stay and the perfect place for a group of friends to escape the big city of London.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this apartment which is conveniently located to get to the beaches and do some lovely walks.

This is a great flat. Has it’s own separate entrance. The rooms are big, beds comfortable, it was clean. Both bedrooms have en-suite plus a separate WC in the hall. <br/>As other reviewers have said, more crockery and glassware is needed. There are only four of each so we had to hand wash plates etc after each meal, instead of being able to use dishwasher at the end of each day.

I stayed in this great sea-side basement flat for work for 6 weeks. The apartment is very clean and also light, despite being situated in the basement. The location is very nice, with beach access within a few minutes. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the majority of the Ramsgate supermarkets, and a 25 minute walk from the railway station. <br/>I think the apartment is great for a shorter term holiday stay, and easily accommodates 4 people. I would however have liked some more amenities for my longer term stay (storage for clothing, more diverse/quality/quantity kitchen utensils/equipment), but if you're planning to explore the area for a weekend or a week you probably won't be bothered by this at all! <br/>The communication with the host was easy and punctual, and they helped me out a few times on very short notice. All in all I had a great and comfortable stay!

This is a lovely flat, very clean with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Perfectly located for walks along the sea front and a short distance from the marina and amenities in town.

This is a nice stylish flat, very clean and well situated near the sea. It's very nice to have two en-suites when two couples are starting here. The only drawback is that we found it very sparsely equipped as a place for four adults for a week.

This is a very nice and clean apartment and a good location in the South-east of England. Lots of things to see and do within an half hour drive. The communication is very good with this apartment.

We had a bit of trouble with the lock box to get the key but with a little jiggling we were finally successful. The host was very quick to respond to our call for help. The apartment was very clean and in a nice quiet location. A teapot and bedding for the sofa-bed would've been nice but in my books, cleanliness trumps those things so we were quite happy there. I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely place right by Ramsgate seaside. Clean & spacious with great amenities. I stayed with my husband, 6 year old & 3 year old children. Free parking right outside was a bonus. We didn’t venture out to Ramsgate beach as found the town quite run down. This flat was the ideal location for Broadstairs & Margate and we enjoyed our time there. We went to the local cinema in Ramsgate, a very old one, absolutely great value for money (£4 a ticket) great place for a family.

What a brilliant location and amazing space. We were only there for one night but this apartment would be perfect for longer stays too. It felt really homely and lots of personal touches. What a beautiful flat! The place is spotlessly clean, feels relaxed and serene and is in a lovely location, only a short walk down to the beach in Ramsgate off the old Victoria Parade. Broadstairs is really close too and the flat isn't far from the 'loop' bus service between seaside towns. Bernie, our host, was very friendly and welcoming and obviously works hard with little touches to make it feel homely and comfortable. We had a relaxing break, would definitely stay again and highly recommend the place to others. Thanks very much!

Absolutely loved this flat, so bright and clean and much bigger than the pics suggest. No TV just a DVD player but lots of DVDs provided, we didn't care anyway as lots of books to read. Space is very modern and clean and a stones throw to the sea. Great stay and great communication. Will definitely return :-)
