Immaculate, central and comfy.....

The flat was spotless, very well presented and very comfortable (all beds and seating). Perfect temperature throughout, and very quiet area. Nothing.

Having property name or number on key box would have been easier, rather than us having to use a process of elimination but understand if this is omitted for security reasons. Maybe a coloured sticker and then provide that via email/app.

The size, location and furnishing were all perfect. The heating system was temperamental, so hot water not always available and quite cold. Heater in triple bedroom not working either.

Well equipped. Accessible. Clean. Close enough to town centre. Took a while to understand controls for hot water etc.

LOCATION VERY GOOD FREE PARKING EXCELLENT AND THE VIEW BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT BIG ENOUGHT AND VERY COMFORTABLE. tEA COFFEE AND SUGAR WAS THERE FOR US. PLEANTY OF TOWELS AND BLANKETS ETC COMPFY BEDS AND ENOUGH SPACE TV A LITTLE SMALL LOTS OF BATHROOM LITTLE BOTTLES FOR US TO USE IF WE WANTED PROBLEM WITH GETTING KEYS FROM THE KEY BOX AS THERE WERE 6 OR 8 KEY BOXES AND NONE OF THEM WERE NUMBERED. THE APARTMENT WAS LOVLEY HOWEVER THERE WAS A MUCKY RIM ON THE OUSIDE OF THE TOILET SEAT UNDER NEATH. THERE WAS LOTS OF TOWLES AND BLANKETS IN THE WARDROBE AND THIS MADE IT AWKWARD TO PUT OUR CLOTHES AND COATS ON HANGERS. TV A LITTLE SMALL THE EMERSION HEATER WAS TURNED OFF AND WE RUN OUT OF WATER TWO DAYS BEFORE LEAVING AND IT WASNT VERY CLEAR WHERE WE HAD TO TURN ON THE WATER, A SIMPLE LIST WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD INSTEAD WE HAD TO TRAWL THRUGH THE BOOK WITH ALL THE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAD BEEN PUT IN THE APARTMENT. THE TORCH IN THE BOILER CUPBOARD WAS NOT WORKING AND THE MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM DID NOT WORK (AGAIN ) TRIED TO FIND INSTRUCTIONS BUT COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. THE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS AND DRAWS WERE NOT REALLY ORGANISED WELLNEEDS A GOOD SORT AND PAPER NOTES INSIDE THEM SAYING WHAT WAS IN THEM BUT THEY WERE A LITTLE MIXED UP . NO CUPBOARD FOR US TO PUT OUR OWN DRY FOOD IN, CERIAL , BISCUITS CAKE ETC .SINK DRAINER LOOKED GROTTY . FELT LIKE IT NEEDED A DEEP CLEAN END OF YEAR POSSIBLY.

We loved our stay! Great location (we even saw a seal from our window!), spacious and well equipped. We will definitely be back

Very cute flat, perfect for a romantic getaway. The living room with TV and cozy couch was a great feature for snuggling up as nights get darker. The kitchen provided all the cooking utensils and pans we needed to cook meals. Warm throughout flat and clean. The beds could have been more comfy with thicker mattress toppers.

Lovely property in a brilliant location, great views across the river Esk and to the Abbey. 15 minute walk on the flat to the centre of Whitby. Clear instructions for arrival and key location. Cleanliness of the apartment could have been better in particular the mirrors and kitchen equipment. Definitely needs a "clutter" clear out as mentioned in a previous review, there's simply too much stuff which isn't required. A smart tv wouldn't be asking too much in this day and age surely. Well they did ask what we didn't like.

Location facing the river. Comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with crockery, glasses & utensils, plus large electrical goods. Hot water in the shower. No tumble drier - the list said there was one. Another toilet would have been good.

Good location, away from the crowds and it’s own parking space. Less clutter of “stuff” in the apartment

Clean large apartment. Great location close to Whitby centre but still nice and peaceful. Lovely views of the estuary and the steam train passing. Easy enough with the dogs. Would return again. Would of liked a clearer note about how to get the hot water on in the property. Maybe a more modern bigger TV. But I'm probably being picky.

It was perfect for our needs. Lovely and cosy. We enjoyed it that much we wanted to stay longer but couldn't book an extra night due to it being fully booked

Fantastic location view from the window . The apartment is very nice and easy to find Cleanliness was bad. Dirty towels left on the bathroom floor Dirty towel left on the bedroom door. Plates and cutlery were still on the side of the sink they had not been put into their drawers etc. very little storage space in the double bedroom as the wardrobe was over half full of trunk, bedlinen and wash basket

We enjoyed having a view of the river. A quiet location. About 10 minutes walk to the old cobbled streets. A well equipped apartment. Check-in could only be arranged after registering with a third party website for a refundable deposit plus a non-refundable £10. This was not made clear in the original Booking.com information. There were a few anxious phone calls at the last minute when we hadn't received check-in information.

Excellent apartment, great location and facilities. Very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay. There was just one heater in the 2nd bedroom that was not working properly.

Riverrun is in an ideal location 5 minute walk to the main harbour bars and restaurants. The property has everything you need for your stay and the rooms are nice and large. Nothing

Overall the accommodation was really nice. The apartment had fabulous views of the river and harbour. Unfortunately some of the local children were vandalising boats and setting fires to areas of the town, which made some people feel a bit uneasy about leaving their cars in the vicinity.

Apartment was very well furnished, clean and tidy and the facilities were good. No problems accommodating our cocker spaniel. Short walk to the centre of Whitby. Lovely views over the marina. The king-sized bed was too firm for us, but that's personal preference. The lock box outside wasn't marked with the flat number and neither were the other seven lock boxes, so finding the right one was ?rial and error.
