Loved our time at this air b&b, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the extra effort you went to like adding foil onto the oven tray, the folder that you provided listing any helpful information about the place, and around the area. Not to mention the little key tags around the place with the wifi code on dotted around. It’s the little things. An added bonus was definitely the 2 chairs and table on the patch of grass directly as you come out of the patio doors. Thank you for your accommodating services.

Nice, quiet and private. The property is near the top of a very steep hill around a 10 min walk from most of the restaurants, sights and the beach in Whitby. It was quite clean, very tidy and had all the essentials. The bed was comfy too.

Very good location, though road on a slight hill if any one has mobility issues. Property had everything you could want for a pleasant stay.

I was very disappointed with the Den at Whitby. From dirty sofas and carpets to filthy cutlery and glasses. Every door handle was broken. The green is not secure. The kitchen frying pans and pots are in a terrible state. The bathroom sink was blocked. There are many steps upto the property. The garden is not secure. The worst part is the fire alarm for the whole building goes off in the microwave of the night- for half an hour. I have formally complained and included photos- but no reply.
