Was a bit hard to find to start with the sat nav took us down the back street.
There was a funny smell once you arrived in the front door but went away once upstairs.
The bathroom had mold on the silicon sealant.
Beds was comfy.
Even tho the shower was a tad small it was nice pressure.
The quality of the finish of the apartment was poor.
The photos definitely made the place look better then it is.

The apartment was clean and cosy, well equipped and decorated.

The front room had a macerator toilet and was noisy when using the shower also.
I didn't like having a separate insurance charge.
I paid the non refundable £30 because I didn't want to hand over hundreds to a company I had not heard of or dealt with before

Lovely flat, much bigger than the outside implies. Plenty of space for family of four with X2 big teenagers. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay while visiting family. Didn't have any trouble parking on the road outside when we needed to. Lots of mirrors, lamps, bins, storage etc.
We had to call on arrival for the check in details as even though it was an hour past the earliest check in time, we'd not had the key code number. When this came through there was more detail about how to find the house - we'd found it tricky based on postcode alone (kept going up the 'Road' with the same name instead of the 'Crescent'). This is not to put you off just to make sure you have the check in details email/message before you arrive.
Also note the mandatory insurance fee, we missed this info in the initial listing when we booked so was a surprise to receive the request to pay.

Overall it was comfortable, we stayed for a month and we had everythint we needed for a long stay. Beds comfortable, kitchen has what you need and the shower is good. There were some maintenance issues; the door of the master bedroom was off its frame and it took then a few days to come sort it, but the issue was the comminication, they would say ‘today’ and then not update you that no one was coming, you had to chase the host company. The TV is okay for freeview but dont expect netflix etc to work. The area is quiet and residential with a good sized Aldi just a 5 min walk away and a nice park for kids to play.

We had a little trouble finding the place as there is a Millbank Crescent, Millbank Road and Millbank Terrace all close together, G00gle Maps would only take us to Millbank Road. We had a walk around to find the place, it helped having a picture of the front door. I wonder if something very specific like What3Words would help locate it more quickly for guests?
The flat was beautifully clean and fairly well equipped, plenty of crockery and cutlery so that it was worth making use of the dishwasher. Although, you could do with a bigger cafetiere, one cup was not enough.
The furniture and beds were comfortable and all of the linen and towels clean and fresh.
We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again if we were in the area.
Thank you.
