Grafton Suite

Very easy to check into, clear instructions. We needed no contact from the host, but we received useful prompts if ever we needed help. The place itself is situated in a quiet spot, with a nice view of the sea. And in relatively close proximity to the centre. Well refurbished, clean and lets in a good amount of light. It has a mini fridge and coffe machine, but bring your own coffee pods. And best to eat out for majority of the stay. Overall, very impressed and would recommend.

good location for exploring Brighton

really nice property - spacious and perfect for 2. close to the see and a short walk to town. the bed sheets had a bit of a damp smell and there was a broken glass under one of the sinks.

Dale's place was great. Arguably better than the photos and I loved the bathroom! the location was great with some fun pubs around the area. I would note that there's no soap or shampoo in the shower (I think I just missed this in the details).

Great place local to the pier. Peaceful in the evenings. Comfortable setting.

Nice quiet location that isn’t too far from all the fun stuff to do in Brighton. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed.

The apartment was nice and spacious, the bed is really comfy and the bathroom was nice and big, really enjoyed the bath in particular. It’s not far from the Brighton pier, and there’s a few good takeaway places not too far away.

We will definitely book this for our next trip to Brighton. Huge, comfortable bed, sea view, amazing bathroom! Fabulous weekend! Thank you xxxxx

We really enjoyed our stay - Brighton has a lot to offer. Room is on the large side for a studio. Note it’s 2 story walk up . Only down side is be careful of the shower floor as it’s slippery

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Meerblick, nahe einer Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Restaurants, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Großzügiges Badezimmer und ein bequemes Bett.

Absolutely amazing stay, bed was so so comfortable !! Having toiletries and towels was a huge help as we didnt want to use the towels we brought with us for both the beach and the shower !

Excellent apartment with plenty of space and a beautiful bathroom. Bed was fantastically comfy and we particularly liked being able to see the sea from the window! Would definitely book again.

This works great for a few nights as the equivalent of a hotel room - the bed is huge and really comfortable with nice bedding and the bathroom is lovely. Kitchen corner is very basic. Brilliant location with good restaurants such as Kusikuy and Bayleaf nearby. We really appreciated the friendliness and flexibility of the office staff as well as the convenience of being able to store luggage before and after.

Had a lovely few days in Brighton staying at 7 Grafton Street. The place was immaculate and the best was very comfy. Loved the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. Dropped our luggage off at a complimentary luggage service and all the staff in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Lush stay for pride

Nice, clean Air B&B(Exactly as shown in pictures) in a good place to explore Brightons offerings. The hosts were helpful & quick to respond with any queries.

Great location, stones throw from the beach. Spacious bed sit, light and airy. Bathroom felt quite luxurious and very clean. The king size bed was so comfortable, slept well.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was clean, close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants as well as coffee shops nearby. The walls are thin and not soundproof, you can hear the noise and steps from the neighbours, but overall we would definitely choose this airbnb again.

Great location a stones through from the beach and short walk to nearby sites. The apartment was spacious and clean and great base for our short stay. Whilst there's no parking at the property, the host gave us plenty of options nearby which worked out brilliantly. The host was helpful, responsive and provided some local recommendations to get us started. Great stay, highly recommend.

Very nice place and nice host. Seagulls could be little loud, but that never is the property's responsibility. Bringing earplugs would be a clever idea if you are sensitive.(I slept well though!) Lots of great pubs just a moment away so you can enjoy your casual night out to unwind. I personally loved that so much.

Great room for the weekend. Had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Nice location with a 20 minute walk to wherever you could possibly want to go. Very quiet didn’t hear anyone else while we were there. Can see the sea from the room too which is lovely! Will be returning.

Great little space for a weekend get away

Great location, clean and simple suite. A few things could have gone a long way like coffee pods for the machine. Still slight confusion surrounding keys and accessibility as the key that unlocked our suite also unlocked the front door which was the entrance for others also, this was never properly cleared up with the host. So I’d say be careful leaving valuables

Great place to stay, lovely bed and a great spot in Brighton. Not too close to the noise, but not too far if you want to walk into town. We had a great stay. We’re very grateful.

A beautiful place to stay that is beautifully taken care of. The place is in a great location, right by the sea and still well within walking distance of the lanes etc. We had an initial problem getting in as the cleaner was still inside with the key. The host, however, was immediately on the case to help us and the problem was solved almost instantly. Lovely host company and would definitely stay again. They also let us keep our luggage at the office on the final day which is a lovely perk ? thank you AirHost!

Beautiful flat - exactly as described. The bed was huge and comfy, apartment close to the centre and the seafront. We had a lovely stay. Only thing for improvement could be having a small bin in the bathroom for sanitary products!

Incredibly comfortable, immaculately clean, excellent communication, great location -- nothing else to ask for! Bed was a dream, bath and shower were super luxurious. Host was incredibly communicative and accommodating of all requests!

Amazing place

It's a well appointed room with a very nice bathroom but is basically a hotel room (or smart bedsit) as there is no living area. More fool us for not checking this properly but if we had no need of a living room, or a kitchen, we could have stayed at the Grand for the same price (yes, really, we checked!) The bed is lovely and large which was a delight but we brought a takeaway back to our 'luxury flat' to find there were no plates or cutlery. It's an odd oversight for something billed as 'luxury'. I wouldn't normally bother to mention this but for the high cost. We had a nice time and the area is fun but I would have preferred that my husband had done better research and booked us for the Grand for the same price.

Great little place for a long weekend in Brighton. It was exactly as described and looked like pictures and very easy to walk to centre. I would definitely recommend!

Really beautiful place right by the sea. The bed was super big and comfy and the tv was great too. Bathroom was amazing, slight issue with the shower but the bath was still great. Definitely worth the price which is also amazing.

We had a lovely stay in Brighton and the flat was gorgeous. Great location and really nicely decorated. There was a little bit of noise from upstairs but this is probably to be expected in an older building! All in all a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Everything perfect apart from the check in time. I think 4pm is too late, I think it should be 3pm. Apart from that it was perfect. It was the cleanest air b n b I’ve ever stayed in. And communication was excellent. And the most comfortable bed. Thank you ?

Tea coffee provided which was nice. And the bed and bath were great. Unfortunately No spoons for tea / coffee or anything else required. and dirty sheets ruined our stay. Although they were changed after messaging. An Aldi banana food bag round the smoke alarm says how good the cleaner is. Shame as could have been lovely

A really beautiful Airbnb. You can get anywhere on foot or there are bus stops nearby. We had a really pleasant stay.

I've stopped in Brighton several times and this place didn't disappoint. location is ideal for the beach front, shops and pier. beautifully decorated inside with a lovely rustic look. TV has sky glass with all the channels and Netflix if you don't manage to venture far. bathroom is lovely and plenty of room. parking isn't available outside with it being resident parking but there's parking around. I parked in Chapel Street underground carpark which is secure. no big cars though its very tight and only 3 min walk. Price is great again compared to others of similar. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Amazing location at the end of the bustling Kempton area. Lots to see and do within walking distance. The room was quintessentially English...charming older building with modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place in a great location for a very fair price

This is an absolutely lovely studio apartment. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge and cozy, and it's an overall excellent place to stay. As is clearly stated, the studio doesn't have a kitchen, which makes cooking a bit difficult. If you're in for a longer stay, a microwave could be nice as it gives guests more food options apart from instant noodles and pizza. The walls and ceilings are a bit on the thin side, and if there are neighbours walking around in the middle of the night, you will likely hear them. Also, seagulls do very much enjoy singing the song of their people early in the morning, and you will definitely enjoy this aspect of being in a coastal town. I'm not complaining though - neither of those things really ruined the stay for us.

Great stay

exactly as described, great location close to town but not so close that it was noisy, close to the beach, parking is difficult but that’s true all over Brighton especially in a great location like this.

A lovely decorated space with a comfy bed and 30 seconds from the seafront! Good communication from host. A few downsides to consider no hair dryer (as stated), needed a hoover (lot of hair on floor and sheets on arrival), very noisy floorboards from the flat upstairs and blind broke upon first use. Overall would recommend for couples/ friends for a few nights.

The flat is very well laid out and very spacious. It’s easy to find and easy to get into without any hassle. If you do have a problem or a question it’s very easy to message the host and get a quick reply, this was very helpful. The bed was huge and comfy as we expected, had a very good night sleep. The bathroom was perfect with a big bath tub and a nice shower with very good pressure. The only thing about the bathroom that was unexpected was it took a long time for the hot water to come through but other than that it was perfect.

Very good and clean

Spacious studio apartment with large comfortable bed and superb bathroom. Well-maintained and very clean. Barely a minute's walk from Brighton beach and not far from bars, restaurants and other main attractions. In a generally quiet neighbourhood that felt safe. Proactive communication from host providing clear information just when it was needed. Will certainly consider staying at the same property or at another available through the host.

Lovely stay for a birthday weekend. The location is perfect and right by the beach and only a short walk to the centre. Lovely bath and comfy bed, though no pillow covers on bed cushions, which bothered us. we hoped they just forgot the one time, but if they leave it like that the whole time the pillows aren’t getting washed between each guest staying meaning not clean pillows. Neighbours above, very loud and heavy footed, only downside to the place I would say.
