Very modern and simple. Ideal for a few days away. Car park included. Easy access and good details for collection of keys etc. plenty of communication and good information for your stay. In a block with other apartments and some of those weren’t great. Rubbish in corridors and lift wasn’t clean. Obviously they were short/long term rented residents. Big skip bins overflowing.

Good location, clean ,great facilities The water temperature in the on suite shower was far to hot ,could not regulate it.

Great location very close to L1, lovely breakfast restaurant just around the corner, The brunch club. Very clean, trendy accommodation, easy parking in the garage. Communication throughout booking and arrival was perfect. We would recommend this property, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away not to hear any noise from bars etc. Great stay, thanks :) All great, we had no issues!

Great location - walking distance to Albert dock and city centre but in quiet street. Free secure parking a great plus. Clean, modern and well equipped appt, 2 beds, 2 baths perfect for 2 couples sharing. Only small downside was there was a damage waiver to pay when checking in on line. Don’t have issue with paying damage waiver in principle but wish this was included upfront in total cost so there are no unexpected extra charges

Key collection is from a nearby retail business but very efficient . Location of the apartment is great - very close to some busy nightlife and eateries but not noisy at all. A five minute walk into the city centre too. We ate at Kassap and Bistro Franc (both five minutes walk) and loved them. Not much. The apartment block is a bit tired but has all you need.

Spacious Customer service, garbage overflowing and clearly had not been emptied for a long time, garage not secure as advertised. Dirty cutlery in the dishwasher, and I needed to repair the front door lock from the inside. No access from garage to building.

Es war eine Fußballtour mit 5 Jungs. Brauchten die Unterkunft nur zur Übernachtung und nicht für längere Verweilzeiten. Von daher OK, aber die Schlafcouch hat Ihren Namen nicht verdient. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schon ein bisschen verwohnt. Wasserschaden im Schlafzimmer, Licht funktioniert nicht im Flur, kein Salz und Pfeffer (ja, wir haben uns selbst Frühstück gemacht) und keine Spülmaschinen-Tabs. Der gesamte Komplex ist auch ziemlich verwohnt (schmutziger Teppich auf den Gängen). Wie gesagt, wir haben keinen Luxus erwartet und war für 2 Nächte in Ordnung, außer für denjenigen, der auch der Couch schlafen musste. Meine Mitreisenden haben sich noch an der härte der Matratzen gestört. Perfekt war für uns die Nähe zum Pub-Viertel und zum Bahnhof. Sehr positiv fand ich die äußerst kurzen Reaktionszeiten der Vermieter. Fazit: Preis-Leistung passt gerade noch. Nochmal buchen würden wir die Wohnung allerdings nicht, eben wegen der Couch und zu viert würde Preis-Leistung nicht mehr passen.

Lovely apartment close to all attractions. Nice spacious rooms and had everything we needed for our stay I would definitely book again! got a message week before to pay a damage waiver, would have been good if we were advised prior to booking or if it was included in the price.

Great apartment, well appointed in great location. Fab that it comes with a free parking space although one of us got locked inside the garage as we couldn’t work out how to open the shutters from inside. She got out so all ok. ? Major issue was only having one set of keys, we could have done with 3 in order for us all to be free to come and go individually, instead of having to go and find the person with the key all the time. Also I reported that the en-suite toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower run too hot to use and couldn’t adjust the temp which was the case for the 4 day stay so en-suite was basically unusable. They said they would send maintenance the day after I reported it but no one showed up before we left. I know it was a short stay but for such a big letting co like Host & Stay, who aren’t just a one property biz that they would have maintenance people on stand by with someone there next day. We have booked to return as it’s a great flat so hopefully it will be fixed ?

Had a lovely stay! Super close to Liverpool town centre so we were able to do everything we wanted by foot. Spacious enough for 6 of us! I would definitely stay here again if coming again in a group. Thank you!

The property was in a good location, walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Liverpool city centre. Student city Modern furnishings, sofa had a stain on it which let it down, bin wasn’t cleaned as small brown flys came from the bin when opened. Toilet s wasn’t working well slow water filling needs attention.

Logement pas très propre et assez mal équipé (pas de savon, peu de vaisselle). Bien placé dans Liverpool, nous avons tout visité à pied. On s'attendait à un meilleur standing vu le tarif. Il est nécessaire de prendre une assurance complémentaire mais vu ce qu'il y a dans l'appartement cela semble abusif.

Location, facilities, space and cleanliness Bit of confusion on leaving, the emailed booklet said to leave key in key safe in building but the link on booking.com said to post on shop floor. It caused confusion as we left early morning and could’ve been smoother communication

The location is good, though initially hard to find it is in close proximity to Chinatown, Bold Street and the centre of town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. As others have said the key collection is quite unnecessarily complicated, the shop isn’t particularly close to the accommodation or convenient. Parking was an issue for us, we were told we had an allocated space but when we arrived the carpark was full. We’d travelled quite far and had a baby with us, but had to wait outside for 90 mins while a member of staff from the accommodation next door (who was nothing to do with this one) went above and beyond to try and move cars around to make sure we could park. I sent messages about it which went unanswered despite all the other messages (mostly about payment) being answered very efficiently. Eventually thanks to this boy we managed to park but the accommodation themselves did absolutely nothing to rectify it or even offer an apology and my message wasn’t acknowledged despite the fact the toilet also stopped flushing and messages about that were answered quickly. Finally the damages waiver and pre-payment were both taken out without warning and the waiver took a long time to come back into my account.

It's a nice place, and I do recommend it. Usually, I judge a place by asking whether I will book it again, and my answer is definitely yes. One point to improve is to change the checkout time from 10:00 am to 11:00.

Size & location Don’t agree with last minute (2 days before arrival) ‘damage waiver’ charge £25 or £250 and only get £240 back due to admin charge! If not paid you can’t get check in details! Kept getting messages about paying and had issues getting links opened on booking.com to actually pay this - it appeared as [link removed] - kept replying stating I can’t open link and same message was sent repeatedly! Eventually got emailed to personal email but it was bit of a hassle and frustrating! Didn’t like having to collect and return keys from a separate location prior and end of stay - this is just inconvenient! There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom which never went away! The fan did not work so bathroom stayed damp and full of steam for ages after shower! The toilet stopped flushing in en-suite end of first day. I reported it (Friday morning) and got a prompt response from Charlie apologising for inconvenience and asking was it ok for maintenance to attend which I agreed to but no one ever showed up! Thankfully only there for 2 nights! Used oven once which had not been cleaned properly and smoked out kitchen! Bath towels had a fusty smell off them but looked clean! Good showers! Stains on sofa. Bed had good mattress topper on it but there was a huge dip over to knee side!

Spacious Check process was horrendous. Keys had to be lifted in a random mini mart which was ten mins away. No explanation about this was given before hand. Was not even told what room number we were and the shop keeper we lifted keys from didn’t know. only that a cleaner knew what apartment the keys belonged to we would have never found it. Charged to have bags kept in a separate office also ten mins away. Charged a deposit the day before of 250 pounds that isn’t returned for 14 days potentially. Billed without any warning as to when to expect the money to come out also. Hallways were dirty - carpets all stained. Sofa in the apartment was also very stained and dirty looking.

The double bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Bathrooms were clean, and the location was great. Given we were a group of 5 we had to use the sofa bed which was not comfortable and sheets and pillows weren't made ready available for it. Check-in was stressful and disappointing. Even though I had informed them multiple times we were arriving quite late during the night, we still weren't given the right information about the location of our key pick-up. After being given the right address on the phone, we had to run around quite a busy clubbing area, trying to look for the key. As you can imagine this was not only stressful but also costly- the taxi fare doubled!

The flat was beautiful and very clean. There was everything we needed and it was central to where we were looking to go for dinner/drinks. Would definitely book again if going back to Liverpool x

Location and apartment Checking in process. I didn't receive the checking in email until 5 hours after my check on time therefore had to make 3 phone calls

Clean modern flat. Close to city center...free parking. ..nice cooperative team.. TV screen in the living and in every bedroom (total 3). No available reception desk so you need to go to the nearby shop to get and deliver the key.. The view of the flat was not nice (side road ) The price of a previous cancelled reservation was taken even during the free cancellation period and it took more than a weak to refund.

Nothing It was very difficult to contact the host for the collection of the keys. Also, the hot water was turned off all of a sudden, and contacted the host&stay and they sent me the instructions on how to operate a boiler of different types which were not comparable with the one inside the flat. tried contacting the host but they did not bother to reply or help with this. Better avoid this apartment

Any questions were responded to straight away by Charlie which reassured us that if we had any problems they would be dealt with.

Very modern apartment, located right in the heart of the city! Walking distance to pubs, restaurants and of course shopping. I had to contact the host with reference to parking, and they got back to me straight away! Everything worked fine, with no issues with regards to fridge or cooker. If I had to be really picky, the sofa could do with a clean, and we struggled to find extra bedding for the sofa bed. Having said that, we had a great weekend! And we would stay again.

The location and Liverpool was great. Sadly would have been more enjoyable if staying in a habitable apartment that wasnt filthy, didn’t have a blocked toilet and sink and who’s customer service answered the phone for the entire 48 hours of our stay. Not to mention the damp within the apartment. I was offered a £35 refund for over a £500 stay.

The apartment was in a great location and within walking distance of everything we needed. Unfortunately however the flat wasn’t as polished as pictured and definitely needed some TLC. We also experienced plumbing issues in the en suite bathroom and the sink was blocked for the duration of our stay which was very disappointing. There’s also a £250 safety deposit you have to pay (or a non refundable £25 waiver fee which is what we opted for) and this isn’t made clear in the listing so something to bear in mind when booking. Despite following the check out instructions and leaving the key in the lockbox, we were later contacted to say that the key has been ‘lost’ and the hosts have tried to charge me an additional £38, despite already paying a £25 safety deposit waiver - as such, beware of any additional hidden payments this host will try and charge you!

Great spot in nice safe part of the city where we could walk to all the sights, restaurants etc within a couple of minutes. Nice and clean, flat also had great amenities.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. I booked this property because of the car parking as I had my elderly mother with me. On one of the nights there was no space available thought I could have parked elsewhere and be reimbursed the cost it was an inconvenience. I think it would be beneficial to allocate an exact space to each apartment to possibly prevent others using it.

Superb apartment in a great location. Super clear instructions and a really responsive and helpful team. We had a fabulous stay and would 100% book again for our next trip to Liverpool! ??????????

The apartment is in a super location. All the landmarks are easily walkable. It was clean and as described. During our stay we had some plumbing problems and problems with the entry system. The team replied promptly and did what was possible at the time. Whilst it spoilt the experience slightly, we still had a nice stay.

Close to major attractions in a quiet area of Liverpool The two main doors to building had glass smashed which didnt give a good first impression. The apartment was clean and high spec appliances and dishes. We couldn't get our bedroom window open but only told them on night before going home as we were told maintenance were coming to clean up marks on carpet and door into one of the bedrooms (this happened before we arrived )on our first day but this never materialised. The key had to be picked up and dropped off from a shop some distance away. It would be much easier to have a keysafe in building as others had.

We, as a family of five, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment perfectly matched its description, exhibiting cleanliness, tidiness, and thoughtful extras such as dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet rolls. superb location. However, the sole issue we encountered was the unavailability of the parking permit, despite my prior inquiry. The customer representative, acting as the emergency contact, insisted that the permit was present in the flat and engaged in a debate with me. Despite my hour-long search, I was unable to locate it. Around 21:30 on the same night, I received an email indicating that I would be contacted within 24 hours during my two-day stay. Additionally, the email reminded me that vehicles without permits would be subject to fines and suggested seeking alternative parking options. This proved to be quite frustrating. The following day, at approximately 10 am, the permit was discreetly slipped under the door with a follow-up call apoligizin

We had two issues here- - First day there was no hot water, after complaint maintenance person came after around 4 hours.. we had to come back from the city to attend the maintenance person as he was working till 6pm. So personal time wasted. Note with some r&d managed to get Luke warm water not enough for 2nd & 3rd person take shower with very low pressure.. 1 person had already took cold water shower. - Second day water was extremely hot & had to live with kind of no shower. Parking permit paper wasn't clear. In terms of parking bay, Had to park in non designated area with call to helpline around midnight to check if space unavailable on marked designated parking.. here as well call from helpline didn't come until midday where as we're promised to get call at around 9am to ensure we don't end up paying penalties for incorrect parking. I got reply for all messages promptly before check-in, but during the required time it wasn't. 3 times costly stay with such issues is waste.

Lovely place- exactly as advertised. We were 4 adults (2 couples) and a toddler. Travel cot and high chair were in the flat as requested and the main bedroom had plenty of space for the travel cot without crowding the room.

Esta en una zona céntrica, porque puedes ir andando a muchas partes pero a la vez es una zona muy tranquila. Ademas el personal era muy atento y amable, respondían muy rápido y te ayudaban a resolver los problemas necesario El que no pudieras recoger o dejar las llaves en la recepcion del edificio y que el Check-out fuera tan temprano, a las 10h

Great apartment, greatocation. Would happily use this place again. Really handy for exploring Liverpool but loads of room in the apartment to relax. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room. Having the car park was a big bonus and made things a lot easier although it wasn't easy to work out which bay to use as they were lablleed differently. I would suggest adding the detail of which bays you can use as come were blocked off.

Wow! Wow! Wowzer! Is how I would describe Katy & Joe’s apartment. 1st class spacious apartment with everything needed when away from home. Felt so cosy, warm and inviting; spotlessly clean too with great sized rooms. Could easily have moved in! I must say it’s by far THE BEST serviced accommodation that I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Also in walking distance to the City centre and Albert Docks. This apartment and also the service received exceeded expectations by far! I had no plans to visit Liverpool again this year but plan to do so JUST to stay in this beautiful apartment. I would HIGHLY recommend. Fantastic value for money also. Well done Katy, Joe & Team. I can’t speak highly enough of your place. See you again soon.

the apartment is in an amazing location and the apartment is very stylish and lovely cleaning needs to be looked at we had old towels with holes in and plates had been put away which were not clean and the cooker was dirty the rest of the apartment was lovely and quiet if the house keeping was done properly would be wort the money also no coffee pods for the machine.

Great central location. Spacious and 2 bathrooms are great. Nice powerful hot showers in clean and modern bathrooms. Communal entrance and hallways were rather uninviting. A bit more dusting required in a couple of areas! Overall a good find...

central to we’re we wanted to go and visit and as there was 6 of us the apartment was ideal and enough room for all of us.

the customer service was excellent and so were the instructions. the apartment was central and well equipped and very nice. We had a few issues with the electrics tripping so the fridge wasn’t working in the kitchen, the dishwasher wasn’t working which should have been picked up on change over. it didn’t get sorted whilst we were there although eventually we found away to get the fridge to stay but ended up having to go and buy washing up liquid and washing everything up by hand which was fine but no compensation offered which I would have expected as we spent a lot of money for our stay.

We loved the location of the flat,we could walk everywhere. The flat was so comfortable and so lovely and clean, everything we wanted. We so enjoyed our Liverpool stay! There was nothing we didn't like.

Location, friendly staff, very spacious. Check in procedure, having to pay £250 bond. Then having to take photos of the slightest thing to avoid being blamed for. Sofa bed not clean. Several stains on carpets and sofa. Running out of hot water to get more than 3 showers when there were 6 adults staying there. Corridor to flat smelt of damp.

The team are incredibly responsive and friendly and will go out of their way to help with whatever you need. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good location and nice & quiet.

This was a great place: comfortable, clean, central and good value. We had a problem with noise from a neighbouring flat during part of our stay. Katy, Joe & Team did their best to help, but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do. Luckily, the noisy neighbours left, and the rest of our stay was very peaceful.

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed on our 15-days trip. Great location, it's close to the train station and restaurants. It's very clean and the facility is great. However, the water boiler didn't work well. As a result, we could not take shower at the first night. As compensation, we are afforded free luggage storage service. If the water boiler issue has beed resolve, I really recommend this apartment.

the location was excellent walking distance to all the local sights. free parking the apartment was very comfortable with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms there was a strong (smoke?) smell in the apartment it would have been nice to have a small carton of milk on arrival

The apartment is ok, 5 minutes walking distance from the main attractions. However... 1) it was full of dust and I had to clean the wardrobe and the drawers to put our staff in it. I informed the Team in advance that we were a family of 2 adults and 5 children and that my husband was an allergic person but they probably underestimated the problem. I didn't want to complaint as soon as we arrived, so I cleaned it by myself. 2) Be careful if you are a party of 7 because the apartment is for a maximum of 6 people! The chaise long is not an extra bed, it was like sleeping on the floor! Our child couldn't sleep on it and we had her sharing the double bed with us! 3) Communication and services! The day after our arrival, they sent us an email saying "you may have noticed that the dishwasher is flashing an error.."!!! We are very upset about this point, because of the way they handled this issue. They already knew about the problem before our arrival and didn't care to fix it neither to inform us. They fully charged us for the entire stay prior our arrival but they did not inform us about this problem...how does it work?? That's not fair, you should have informed us and offered a discount for a service we wouldn't have got!! All our journey was a back and forth of emails promising an appliance repair which of course never happened in 9 days!! This is unacceptable! You took advantage of persons who didn't want to quarrel, did not have time to answer to your emails neither wanted to get angry with your false promises. At the end, we left with a bitter taste in the mouth..

Really nice apartment. Just as the pictures. Close to city center and restaurants (both in-dining and take-away). Would stay here again if returning to Liverpool.

Property had good facilities and was in a great location for the Liverpool arena. The coffee machine was a good addition. Great parking facility as well. This above average apartment was sort of let down by a couple of things, firstly a strong smell of drugs throughout which must have been coming in from an adjacent flat and house keeping had missed a broken glass which had been left on the floor of the ironing board cupboard.

Brilliant location to sightsee Picking the keys up from the shop was really difficult. No nearby parking. Only one parking space for an apartment that sleeps 6 is not great or ideal.

Toliet room is really good and look lovely there. Even living room is beautiful comfortable there. lots of things in apartment such as Web, sheet is dirty, two glasses cup is damage. Some area unclean such as cutlery and glasses cup, bed mattress because look like someone been used and leave there so I have to clean for them.

It was clean and in a good location. There was no blind in our bedroom and we were talking of it couldn’t be replaced during our stay.

Great location, very close to Liverpool City Centre but on a very quiet street. Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Very clean and very well equipped. No noise at all on both the nights we stayed. Very, very pleased we chose these apartments. When we arrived a car had parked right in the middle of two parking spots. However a very friendly young man, moved all the linen baskets in order to make a space for us. So helpful and friendly.

Easy check-in, superb and strategic place!

The apartment is ideally located for reaching all central places easily on foot. Despite being close to the Centre it is really quiet. The apartment is really well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped if you’re staying in. Parking and access to the apartment works well. Generally a lovely place to stay in Liverpool.

Nicely furnished and the hosting was excellent - the team could not have been more helpful. The location was not the best (slightly set away from the restaurants etc and on the edge of a residential estate) and the apartment block, whilst ok wasn’t luxury - but a nice apartment with good fixtures and fittings.

We stayed for 3 nights - family of 3 - and had a great city break! Location was perfect with bonus of secure parking onsite! The apartment was lovely - clean, spacious and modern with a very functional kitchen - including coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine! The beds and linen were good quality and VERY comfortable! No aircon but two very useful fans as weather was hot during our stay. We would recommend and would stay here again- Comms with team was great! For noting - We were a little shocked to be text at 10.20 pm by the Team to be told we had activated a noise sensor when we were watching tv at a normal volume, relaxing after a long day sightseeing ( we do not have hearing difficulties!) Advised by the team subsequently that the sensor is located under the tv! And that they would consider moving it. Located close to town centre within a 5 min walk but lots unsavoury characters hang around in the evening. The flat not been cleaned prior to our arrival and despite complaining it was not cleaned whilst we were there. Quite dirty and it obviously been left like that for some time. Parking not safe as shutter left up.

I had a terrible experience! First to check in and out I had to walk 10 min and drag my heavy luggage and my 3 years old son to collect the key from a convenient shop and take it back when our stay ended. Everytime I booked there was a problem with the apartment the cooker not working, the blinders falling down and I had to wait for it to get fixed when they wanted to. Even the booking was with the parking,my bf had to park 3 times outside because the parking area in the building was very busy! I hope you can improve your booking system and services so nobody can suffer like I did.

Overall, a good choice among the intown options. The location is central and a free car park space is handy if needed. The apartment is attractive with nice finishes and new appliances. The washer/dryer was appreciated, for example. Plenty of water pressure and hot water for baths and nice towels. The location is handy, including to the party zone if that's your thing. The hosts were responsive to our queries, which were several, since the check-in and access details are a bit confusing at first. You'll need to pick up and drop off the keys at a shop a few blocks away, for example. I'm deducting some points for price, since it seems outrageously expensive, but given the inflated context of Liverpool accommodations at the moment, it is probably a very reasonable choice. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Very nice modern clean apartment with two good size bathrooms. Good location to the centre. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very helpful and always answered any questions I had. Picking the key up was no bother from the shop.

Great location, disappointed that we had to park in town due to no permit for the first day. Whilst it is appreciated this was due to previous occupants having to chase this ourselves, and taking time out of our day to move the car was not ideal.

The apartment is in a great location . The place could have been cleaner . We found dirty pants and trousers in a draw . They complained about noise when we just had the TV on this also was early evening around 8ish. The kitchen is well stocked and the size or the apartment is good. Be aware also by mistake we took took the parking permit back with us which is a lamented A4 sheet of paper yet they have tried to bill us for 20 pound ??? Shame this place had potential to be 5 stars

An excellently located, clean and modern apartment. This place was perfect for myself and a few friends when we visited Liverpool for the weekend. We were within walking distance from all the hotspots, and far enough away for a quiet night! Would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is ideal if you want to be central in Liverpool, only a short walk from Albert Dock and all the things you could need. The beds are comfy, and in general it is a nice place to stay. The hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly, and we found the guidebook very useful. I would recommend this apartment and intend to be back!

The apartment was great! Really modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay! The location is also perfect and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Communication with the team was great and they kept us informed from as soon as we booked to when we were checking out. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Liverpool.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to walk around the city with ease, free parking, beautiful accommodation, so lovely you want to the same style at home and was very comfortable for 4 adults. Would defintely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is amazing (5/10 minute walk to the city centre and docks) and the apartment is very lovely and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms. We could always contact the hosts and they were very responsive. Great way to see Liverpool and spend time with friends. Sry for the late comment due to schedule. It is such a nice home located in the center of Liverpool but quite enough to rest. The parking offered inside the apartment is our favorite. Great location for getting into the city by foot - would definitely recommend more for young adults as there were quite a few groups of this age staying in the block/area. The sheltered secure parking was a real plus and was super easy to get to the car if needs be. The beds are very comfy and bedding was clean also - the coffee machine was a nice touch!

When I first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true (location, price, and layout) - but everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Overall, the apartment was modern and very comfortable.

This clean and comfortable apartment is the perfect base for exploring Liverpool. It is within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. Check in and check out was very easy and nothing was too much trouble for the team. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing location, short walk to L1, Albert dock, Tesco etc. Quick and easy check in and check out. Really nicely decorated and modern, amazing amenities such as TV’s in every room, multiple Alexa’s (unexpected surprise), coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, mashing machine and WiFi was fast! Loads of storage space was was an added bonus! Bedrooms were nice and spacious and both bathrooms were lovely, shower in the en suite was amazing! Overall really nice apartment and very well kitted out with everything you need x

The apartment is in a great location, if we weren’t in lockdown! It’s very clean with great facilities and quick communication with hosts to sort out some check in issues. The only downside was there were multiple parties going on through the night which meant a significant lack of sleep, not good when staying with children!

This airbnb is in an excellent location, is well-fitted with a great range of modern furniture, decor and appliances. However, I found that the noise from surrounding apartments was often audible from all rooms in the apartment, on one occasion, beyond midnight. Small touches such as the bed being properly made, toiletries being provided in the bathroom and a more formalised approach to the management of the property would have given a much better impression of the place, but as such I unfortunately struggle to identify the apartment with the term, 'luxury'.

Flat is very clean and modern. Good location and easy to find. Host let the listing down after failing to check us in efficiently, sending us to a key lockbox which was empty and then turning up late to give us our set of keys. Same thing on checkout, turned up at 10am to give the keys back and the hosts were nowhere to be found. We then had to inconvinience ourselves to give back the keys at a second location.

A really well laid out/designed apartment. Looks like it does in the pictures. The building itself is part of a hotel/apartment complex, can be a little noisy on the weekends but we enjoyed the place in general. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay but the hosts were very quick to respond and send somebody out to fix it. The car park can be very busy and spaces don't seem to be guaranteed, this seems to be a building management issue and not to do with the host but it's best to talk directly to the management when you arrive in order to guarantee that you will have a space available for you during your stay. The apartment is in a great central location, all the mod con's and a very good responsive management team.

This place is very nice, very new, on a quite street, there is nothing bad to say about it, its stylish, the kitchen is well done ( we cooked every night), the washing machine is great if needed ( but no dryer, they do have a rack), its easy to walk around, we did drive there, but ended up walking around most of the time. the only con is that you have to pick up and drop off the keys at their office, sure its a short walk (or drive) but still .......... overall it was lovely place to stay, could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable, great location, great to have parking space, if a little snug for our car. Technology and quality of appliances, etc. was really good. Level of personal information that I was asked for at the booking stage was unwarranted and intrusive. When we arrived the bathroom floor and dining table both needed cleaning. Generally very good and the problems will be easy for the owners to rectify.

The unit was well-represented with photographs and had exceptional amenities. If you've never been to Liverpool, it was within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The response time was immediate for inquiries. The covered parking was also nice. Only negative was having to pick-up and drop-off key off-site. Would definitely stay again.

Flat itself is great, espresso machine with pods is a nice touch. Well located, but key pick up and drop off is a few mins walk away as it’s managed by an agency. The plus side to that is that the communication is very prompt should any issue arise.

Really lovely apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is new looking and clean. The beds are so comfy with lovely bedding and lots of pillows. The kitchen is stocked with lots of crockery cutlery and glasses of a good quality. A real bonus is the extras that are supplied, Coffee, sugar, and lots more in the cupboard. Also we took teatowels etc. but they weren’t needed as that is all supplied, washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, tea towels. You won’t need to buy anything. A first class apartment. Highly recommend.

Booking, confirmation and instructions for checki-in were really great. Apartment was spotless upon arrival and a very nice modern apartment. TV in all 3 main rooms. The pull out bed did not work and if you are intending to have more than 4/5 people need to ensure that it works. Could have done with more towels. Tv wires are hanging Behind the TV’s. Fix the small things and would be a 10/10 rather than an 8/10 .

We loved our stay in Liverpool! The location of the flat is perfect and very central. The flat was clean and modern and had space for secure parking. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided quick and clear responses. We would definitely recommend this place!

Can not fault this apartment. Perfect location... everywhere we wanted to visit and see was well within walking distance. Clean and well equipped. We didn’t need to contact hosts for anything but I know for a fact they would have responded rapidly if we did need anything. We will be staying again :)
