Excellent location and very warm and cosy The entrance

Groß Wir haben 2 Tage Liverpool und 2 Tage Manchester gebucht. Ab der Ankunft war diese Unterkunft eine absolute Katastrophe! Auf den Bildern wird eine sehr moderne und (dem Preis nach) saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung präsentiert. Die Wahrheit ist: das ist eine stark vernachlässigte, zum Teil stark verdreckte Unterkunft. Die Bäder sind voller Schimmel bei den Fügen. Sämtliche Teppiche sind schmutzig und voller Flecken, Sofa und Sofakissen haben Flecken, auf jedem der Esstischstühle befanden sich alte, nicht beseitigte Essensreste, der Kühlschrank hat innen einen schwarzen Fleck (vermutlich Schimmel), Kaffeetassen waren sauber, Gläser im Schrank jedoch fettig und dreckig. Die Abtropftasse ist völlig verkalkt, das Backrohr-Rost völlig verkrustet. Wir haben KEINEN Geschirrspülmittel und keinen Schwamm vorgefunden (mussten wir selber kaufen). Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter/Verwalter: Es müsste "basic cleaning" Ausstattung vorhanden sein. Auch zu unserem Hinweis bei der Ankunft, dass die Böden in den Bädern nicht sauber waren (es lagen überall vereinzelt Haare auf dem Boden, die Böden waren eindeutig nicht sauber gemacht worden) und unsere Bitte, jemanden zum reinigen zu schicken, kam der Hinweis er werde mit dem Reinigungspersonal sprechen. Spätestens da war es klar, dass das der Normalzustand ist und die Agentur überhaupt kein Interesse hat, die Zustände zu kommentieren oder zu verbessern. Nachdem wir uns gerade im wunderschönen C... H... Manchester Centre von diesem ersten Apartment-Alptraum in Liverpool erholen, und wir einen direkten Vergleich im gleichen Preissegment haben: Bei der C... H... Manchester Apartmentkette ist wirklich alles wunderbar sauber und die Ausstattung erstklassig. Beim Host & Stay Exchange Liverpool das Gegenteil: Für eine Gruppe, die zum Feiern nach Liverpool kommt und evtl. die meiste Zeit unter Alkoholeinfluss steht, ist die Unterkunft Host & Stay Exchange wohl "ok".

The apartment is Luxury but there are several things that need to be improved: 1 - Mail with the data to for the key never arrived. 2 - The kitchen had coffee inside the machine which was dirty. 3 - Living Room Carpet (Drop/Replace) 4- Sofa were dirty and hairy. 5- Wifi does not work. 6. Response time.

The Lounge area was huge! It was perfect for a group of 7. The location is fab and I would highly recommend. All the beds were comfortable and it was spotless on arrival. Thank you.

Great central location, and with bedrooms on inside of building means it is quiet at night. Huge sitting room. WIFI could not be made to work over 3-day stay, so TVs could not work. Router would not connect to internet - service provider authorisation issue. Agency did their best to try to resolve but wasn't able to fix before I left. If you need internet or like watching Netflix, check if this has been resolved before you book.

Very spacious apartment in excellent location. Instructions/directions weren't straightforward - people handing over the keys had no interest whatsoever in helping us find the place. Two sofa beds are in the large living room which has wall to wall windows. Unfortunately the curtains don't come close to covering the windows so the room was very bright (even at night as there are street lights and neon lights directly outside). Kitchen had only very basic items included, wouldn't really be enough if you wanted to cook a proper meal. Cleanliness was marginal.

Location was great and the shared living space was really big. Dusty lamp shades, showers were too hot and not responding to the controls, not enough chairs for everyone at the table.

Great Space, Great Location Minor detail but poor WIFI meaning unable to stream to the main TV and the TV with no TV signal. This is just for when lounging around rather than in silence.

Getting the keys from the Newsagent in Dale Street was OK but we needed a six digit code, which we had not received, although messages were sent via email, text and Booking.com none contained the code to collect the key. When we arrived at the apartment, we then found that we needed a second code to get into the building, which also had to be texted to us. Lots of messages were sent to us with "link removed" which meant the messages were a bit of a waste of time. Additionally, we were required to put up a £250 "insurance", having to pay another company £10 for the privilege. Tw apartment, however was great. Two bedrooms, two additional double beds in the enormouse living room. Kitchen and dining area was good. The whole place was clean and tidy. Great location. Parking possible outside for short stay (up to 4 hours) or there was an NCP car park not far away for £5 per day. I would recommend it and would go again, now I'm familiar with the protocol of getting in. See above.

Really spacious and in an ideal central location. Facilitate are great and hosts communicate really well.

Overall we had a great experience in Liverpool but did want to mention that we were pretty disappointed with the Internet offered. We all worked remotely on our trip and the wifi didn't connect at all our first day and once it was "fixed" it still was spotty throughout the trip. We attribute it to the services paid (they have DSL) and just couldn't keep up with loading emails / basic apps for all 5 of us. Worth noting that once the issue was brought up, our POC Charlie, was super responsive, proactive and solution-oriented. The problem had less do to with the lack of Wi-Fi and more that the Wi-Fi provided wasn't adequate at all. Again, special shout-out to Charlie who really did their best to help us out. Just a fair warning: if you're expecting decent internet speeds, I'd check in and get a Speed Test from the team before booking. Otherwise, great views and lots of space!

Amazing area, very spacious apartment. My only suggestion would be to look more into the kitchen, dust and mould in the bathrooms cleanliness. Other than that, very friendly and proactive hosts, really enjoyed our stay. Very close to shops, restaurants, clubs, very central.

Check-in was straightforward with lots of communication beforehand. Lovely place. Plenty of space. Beds and sofa beds were great. Plenty to do nearby, so recommend the accommodation.

First, the positives. Location was great for all the main sights, the living area was SPACIOUS. If you are with a family there's plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat together. Couldn't fault the amenities in the kitchen; fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine... all in good order. The let down - you could smell damp in the master bedroom. The carpets definitely need a change and checked for damp. The ensuite in the master bedroom could do with brighter bulbs as it was quite dim. The lamp in the 2nd bedroom doesn't work (I think it's missing the on/off lead). As there were 5 of us, 2 of us slept in the living room on the 2 sofa beds - this was a great space, but with a 4:30am sunrise and no blackout curtains we were all up by 5am everyday. Overall, I was happy with the the place given the price that I paid, but probably wouldn't stay again unless some improvements are made to the bedrooms and ensuite. The photos were definitely a bit deceiving in that sense.

El piso está ubicado en el centro de Liverpool, prácticamente al lado de Town Hall. Esa ubicación nos permitió conocer la ciudad a pie ya que los lugares de interés estaban muy cerca caminando. Era realmente amplio y luminoso, estuvimos 4 personas cómodamente alojadas. Sin dudar lo recomiendo y volvería al mismo alojamiento. Por poner una sola queja, las ventanas de la habitación principal le costaban abrirse, nada que no tenga una fácil solución.

The flat was perfect for our stay in Liverpool. Perfectly located within walking distance of all the local attractions. Spacious, clean and convenient. The host’s recommendations were great. Absolutely no problems and will stay here again on our return.

The apartment was bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located and check in was very easy. There was good communication from the host before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend. Thanks! There was no kettle when we arrived but this was quickly rectified as a new one was dropped off first thing the next morning.

Amazing spacious apartment plenty of room for two families. kids loved it. clean and comfortable. tea and coffee on arrival .and host only a message away. no on-site parking. and there is a holding fee of £250 incase of damages.

This is a spacious apartment with a great light and airy living area, the kitchen was well equipped and the location is convenient for the docks, Matthew Street and museums and just a short walk to Liverpool one. There are a couple of things that let the property down for us. The en suite bedroom is shown with a sofa in the photos. However, this was not the case when we arrived. We were travelling with two children so had intended to put our youngest on the sofa but he ended up on the floor as we did not want him in the living space in the evening. The second was that the entrance way up to the apartment was less than pleasant with some very questionable people found in the stairwell on a couple of occasions and the doorway smelt of urine when we arrived. The bed was very uncomfortable and the curtains were hanging off in several places making them pretty ineffective. However, all that said, for the price we paid, it was a good location and served the purpose for 3 nights.

The location was great and in easy walking distance for all the places we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and comfortable. One of the bedroom table lamps did not work. Had to move the floor lamp in the sitting room as it was next to plugs that didn't work. An extra lamp in the sitting room would be nice as overhead lights are quite bright! Didn't use the kettle as the inside of it looked a bit grim!

Clean, good location & definitely worth the price. Little issue checking as we had technical issues loading the document but after that everything was perfect and easy

Location was amazing! Close to lots of food drink and shopping options. Great size living room. Plenty of beds and space for guests. Had everything we needed in kitchen. Near a club so quite noisy at night (weekend). Beds were slightly sunken on one side.

We loved our stay at Kath and Joes apartment. The apartment is a really good size and well furnished. The apartment was also really warm and well heated. Although we only stayed one night, we will definitely look to book again. Incredibly spacious, clean and brilliant location.

Second time staying here for Christmas. Brilliant stay in Liverpool! The apartment was located right in the city, meaning everything was within walking distance. Easy to get their, check in quick and easy. The hosts were very responsive, and Reid to any queries or concerns quickly and efficiently. Would happily stay again!

The building is old but the flat is spacious with high ceilings ,no double glazing but when the heating is on is very warm. The location is perfect with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, museums,etc within walking distance. And The host is very approachable. will definitely stay there again in future.

Great location. Liverpool One Bus Station and Queens Square can be reached by a few minutes walk. Also just a short walk to the city center with shops, food etc. Tesco Supermarket nearby. Great location to start sightseeing. Good furnished apartment. Big living room with open kitchen. Very lightly because of the many windows. Two separate bedrooms with bathroom for each. Bed linen and towels were provided. For city stay very good value. Collecting and returning of the key very easy. Great and friendly communication and good support by the hosts! There are just a few small notes: There where some used dishes from the guests before in the dishwasher even though tabs for the dishwasher were provided. Bedrooms are not that lightly but for only sleeping there it is ok. The mattress are very soft and seem to be worn out. It should be rethink if the mattress will be renewed.

My guest and I had a great stay here! Beds are comfortable enough and the amount of space is fantastic! Everything worked as described so no complaints from me.

3 of us stayed and it was perfect for us. It can sleep 8 but that means 4 couples, with 2 couples having to share the living area which isn't ideal.

Beautiful apartment and great location unfortunately there was a rotting smell coming from the kitchen which left an unbearable smell. Fortunately the weather was dry so we could open the windows however that then left us very cold (much better than the rotting smell though) Neighbours are also very noisy both nights there were parties until 5am from the apartment above so couldnt get a good nights sleep.

Great place to stay in Liverpool! The apartment is huge and super comfortable. Charlie was always attentive to our requests. The location can't be beat. I highly recommend it!

This apartment is a perfect place to discover Liverpool. So close to the main atractions such as The Cavern. Also it is a very big place with enough space for large families.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a super location.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious so really nice for groups and well equipped. It is very well located to explore the city center. Some minor comments (not so important to us): - Checkin was fast as it was done online but we didn’t get the keys at the agreed time so we had to wait a bit (45min). - The picture on Booking.com shows a table for 8 people with 8 chairs when the apartment only has a table for 6 and 6 chairs. It’s ok because we were 6 but one of the chairs was broken so we could not eat all at the same time at the table. - Some of the dishes/mugs were dirty so we had to clean them before using them.

Apartment was very spacious, clean, had all the amenities needed and was in a great location with a lot of shops bars and restaurants! Also has parking right outside the apartment which was very convenient if traveling by car.

Its a great size and perfect location the look of everything is very modern and spot on There was a few issues with keeping the beds together in the living room there was also a sticky floor in the living room in a few places the sofa bed in the bedroom was broken so couldnt use if needed even to sit the chairs in the living room need tightening as there was a couple that are very loose also maybe havung 2 keys for the apartment as people may come back at different times ect

The location of the flat is fantastic, near museums, night life, restaurants, and the water. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are nice, and living room is quite large. A few small things to know in advance: 1) the kitchen is nice, but there are not a ton of essentials, not a lot of silverware and utensils, and only a few small pans, so just something to keep in mind if you plan to cook. 2) it can get a bit noise in the living room at night as sound from the street and birds carries (not a problem for the bedrooms as they face the other direction, but could be if people are sleeping in the living room). The flat was clean and the property management company was very helpful in communicating instructions and answering questions. All in all we had a good stay and I would definitely recommend it for the size and location.

Pros: -Very Spacious -Excellent location -Cheap -Big Beautiful Windows -Easy check-in/check-out process -Tastefully decorated Cons: -Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable -Floor was a bit dirty -Little clicking noise coming from the boiler room/hallway closet kept us up at night -Felt like the building the flat is in is kind of falling apart, wires coming from the walls in the public hallways, tiles falling apart, etc. (Not a feature of the flat itself, just the building you walk through to access the flat)

the dinning and lounge is very spacious the linens of the bed was itchy, we noted it was not properly cleaned the fitted sheet was untangled. the glasses was dirty it has lipstick, the spoons has still dried food left. it a bit noisy when someone is walking outside.

Great location and a really good size, but the sofa beds aren't very comfy and there could have been more amenities for a large group e.g. hair towels would have been appreciated, as would of more cooking equipment. That being said, it does the job and is good for a large no. of people and we really enjoyed our stay!

A group of eight of us booked a stay here in August 2020, due to national lockdowns we had to rearrange a couple of times but the team could not have been more helpful. Our stay was great, the living space is absolutely massive. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is in an ideal location right next to the centre. It’s lovely and spacious. Not a single complaint !

We enjoyed our stay here- the apartment is very centrally located and the instructions for check in were clear and detailed. The hosts replied to messages very quickly. Only one door key was provided which could be an issue if you are a group who are coming in / out at different times (perhaps the hosts could add a second key). Overall though would recommend it, it was clean and also bigger than we expected from the photos which was a nice surprise. Thanks!

We loved our stay in the apartment. Its in a perfect location, right on the Beatles Trail. Very accessible to a cash machine, a cafè, Tesco, loads of amazing restaurants. A walking distance to the dock as well as to the shopping/high streets fashion shops. We wven walked to the World museum from the apartment! It was meticulously clean, very specious and the communication with the hosts team was outstanding. They will take good care of your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy your time in lovely Liverpool!

Location could not be better for the centre of Liverpool. Key collection is close by and very easy. Communication was very good right the way up to our stay and they made every effort to make sure everything was how you wanted it.

Massive flat and great location! The shower tap dripped the whole time we were there and we couldn't get it to stop and the second bedroom had no curtains, which made it hard to sleep in there. We only stayed for a few nights though, so it was bearable. We would definitely stay again, but hopefully with the above issues sorted.

This place is gorgeous - honestly my favourite Airbnb so far (and I travel a lot!). The space is fantastic value for money, the location is great, there’s cheap parking right around the back and everything was lovely and tidy when I got there. Their check-in/out process can be a bit of a pain depending on when you do it, as it’s not near the property itself (and their backup drop-off is quite far away), but that shouldn’t be any reason to not take advantage of this amazing listing! Would happily not just stay here again but I could easily live there. Thanks!

Great location, apartment was clean, great open space with lounge, kitchen and dining together. Everything nearby, all walking distance. Great bars and restaurants, very lively area. On first day we bought some wine to drink in the evening, then realised there were no wine glasses in the apartment, contacted the host who promptly arranged for some wine glasses to be dropped off in the morning. Team who look after the apartment were attentive and very helpful. Fantastic place to stay, would definitely come back again.

This is a fantastically located apartment, you are just 5 minutes from the water front and the main shopping/ eating out area but at night it’s really peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of space to eat and relax together. It’s great value for money for such a big and centrally located place. The communication from the team was outstanding and the apartment was really clean. One of the showers was broken and wasn’t fixable during our stay but hopefully will be fixed before the next tenants. The sofa bed sleepers need to bring eye masks as the curtains don’t really keep any light out come the early morning.

We had a great week away in Katy & Joe's apartment in Liverpool! The living space is huge which is great for activities and eating in (which we had to do mostly this week). The sofa bed in the main bedroom was broken but with the pull-out beds in the living room there was still more than enough space for six of us. Would come back here again, thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Katy and Joe’s place is spacious, clean and very comfortable for groups. The location is also perfect for exploring Liverpool. Katy, Joe and the Team are great with communication and make check-in, your stay and checkout very simple.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Check in was so easy, with easy to follow instructions sent through. The location itself was walking distance to everywhere which saved money on taxis! The living room area was so light and spacious it was lovely. The building is very old since many decades, lift is not working, many high stairs to reach to the first floor, beds are amazing and mattress are so comfort.

A very nice apartment in the centre of Liverpool. The apartment was clean, the hosts are quick to respond to questions and the check-in instructions were fine. There were a couple of minor things to note, the curtain poles are poorly fitted and therefore the curtains don't fully cover the large windows in the living room, meaning you don't get full privacy, and the coffee machine was faulty. I haven't marked this visit down for these reasons as they are only minor and it really is a very nice large open space, I enjoyed it very much.

A lovely city centre apartment with good access to all parts of the city. Some issues around lack of bedding and towels for guests however all-in all a good stay.

Thank you for great apartment. The location is great, short walks to all things we wanted to see and bus station not far from us. We will most definitely come back.

The apartment was the perfect space for our small group of girls away on a weekend. We were kept up to date regularly with instructions regarding key collection, check in etc and the apartment was very clean. It was a very easy process and the location was fantastic. We’d love to visit Liverpool again and would definitely stay here in the future.

Fabulous location, and a lovely apartment with lots of space for our family to spend a few days. Some minor teething issues were beautifully handled by the team who own the property, with first rate communication from them throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location to get out and about in Liverpool with plenty of space in the lounge area for resting when you get back! A bit on the noisy side one night due to a large event in Liverpool but otherwise great.

The flat itself is lovely; beautifully decorated and very clean and it’s in a great location within walking distance to Mathew Street and the waterfront. My family and myself had a wonderful time.

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location, it looks just like the photos. It is close to loads of great cafes, restaurants and bars. The hosts are really good and responsive. They provide a great guide on things to do and places to see in Liverpool. Liverpool is a fabulous city to visit and this is an ideal apartment.

Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt in Liverpool. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Kindern um die Stadt zu entdecken. Zentraler kann man nicht wohnen...und als kleiner Tip. Direkt hinter dem Apartment gibt es einen bewachten Parkplatz. Die Beschreibung hat perfekt gepasst, easy Kommunikation und sehr einfacher Zugang zur Wohnung...Profis! Wir kommen wieder in diese tolle Stadt und werden wieder bei Euch wohnen. Cheers Familie Wolf

The place is absolutely amazing, spotless and well located in the heart of Liverpool. It wasn’t possible an earlier check in but it was offered a storage for our luggage(€5 for +3 hours). I definitely recommend this place. Glicya

Apartamento bem localizado. Sala ampla e arejada. As chaves poderiam estar em um cofre no próprio prédio, sem necessidade de caminhar quatro quarteirões. O elevador não estava funcionando.

Awesome apartment in a fantastic location. Perfect for visiting the city, very comfortable space with a massive living room too & very comfy beds. Communication was so easy and some very useful info provided too. Great stay!

Best place to stay if you thinking of traveling To Liverpool

Great location for central Liverpool, the building is not far from a main roadway, but is very quiet. Lots of towels, everything functioned properly, and a perfect flat for a group, we were 6 and had lots of room. Would definitely recommend and we will look to return.

.Who is traveling don't wanna look for everything ! Unfortunately my flight arrived late in the city, so I arrived late in the apartment.The weather was so cold and I had to look for key's apartement after midnight in a middle of a far street! It was terrible! After that I had many problems with heating. Many many instructions to just take a shower! And finally it was broken! I just needed to clean my baby and was so dificult cause the showe was broken! I can't recommend it!

This apartment is very spacious and bright and well located in walking distance to everywhere. Communication with the hosts was excellent - always very quick to reply. There was a problem with the ensuite shower and heater in ensuite while we were there and could not use them but have been offered compensation which is appreciated. For anyone sleeping on the sofa beds it can get a little noisy on weekend nights at closing time due to a club across the way but otherwise a modern spacious apartment in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay here. Location was super and amenities were also great. The 2 bedrooms both had big wardrobes and plenty of space to get ready. The 2 big full length mirrors as well as another mirror in the hall were also useful with the 7 guests we had. The living room was huge and allowed plenty of space even when using the sofas as beds. Check in was easy and communication was absolutely fantastic - there were a few issues we needed resolving and communication was fast and helpful and in every case. Added touches like tea and coffee were also very much appreciated as well as the shampoo and shower gel. The dishwasher was also a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. Its location is perfectly located to explore the city, the team was quick to respond to any questions me and my friends had and check-in was very easy. The flat itself is very spacious and perfect for groups. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Really nice apartment. We stayed there for a long weekend. We were seven and we were far from being packed. The living room is very pleasant and big. Everything is as clean as can be and the location is perfect to enjoy Liverpool.

Very spacious and well kept apartment in city centre! Remember to pick up key before checking in since it’s a 6 min walk away. Can be annoying in the rain. Would very much recommend this apt and it’s great value for money
