Knight St Place

This apartment is spacious and has good potential. Absolutely awful stay. Central heating broken. Left us with temporary plug in radiators one of which blew and tripped out all electric so only had two mini heaters to keep us warm in dec. Dirty stained bedding, sofas. A bath with plug doesn't work properly meaning when you shower it doesnt drain. Stained and chipped cups. Unsafe broken chair. Our security exit button didn't work meaning we had to use emergency exit button. Fire hazard. The Sega game console was one reason we booked it for family entertainment. This was broken and found shoved in kitchen cupboard. Fridge shelf collapsed when we put milk in as again broken. Stained walls and sofas. Disused cooker on payment outside. Building site outside both sides. Stained carpets. Leaking bathroom radiator. The list goes on.. I stayed with my family and mother in law for a beatles themed weekend. She had wanted to do this all her life and it was absolutely ruined. Host and stay did not address and of the issues during our stay. I'm now requesting a full refund

Posizione ottimale, si raggiunge il centro il 20 minuti, nella zona si trovano ottimi pub e posticini dove fare colazione Potrebbero migliorare la pulizia e lasciare nei 2 bagni lo scopino del wc (assente), in cucina potrebbero lasciare del sapone per le mani ed anche un po' di detersivo per lavare velocemente qualche tazzina (senza usare le pastiglie fornite per la lavastoviglie). Per il riscaldamento vi sono 2 stufette elettriche nelle due stanze

A lovely apartment for 10 of us , 5 adults and 5 children, walking distance into city centre, would recommend, hope to go back in the near future

Light, spacious apartment. Good facilities. Good location. Good communication from the host. There was alot of building work in the surrounding area and there was an issue with the water supply where we didn't have any for a good few hours. I don't think it was the hosts fault and they sorted it out.

Pocos artículos de cortesía 1 rollo de papel higiénico, no habia balleta o papel para limpiar las encimeras ni jabón para la vajilla...creo que por 3 libras se podría hacer mejor. Las almohadas súper finas.

Good location. We had five of us staying in different beds and there was bedding and towels for everyone :-). It was nice to have tea and coffee All fine in general. It was a bit confusing figuring out which flat. The key fob had a number 7 on it even though it was flat 4. the information was in the booking but wasn't immediately obvious. There was an Alexa on the table that had no power cable. that was weird

After booking, the property blackmailed me to not hand over the keys unless I bye a insurance at there preferred insurance company. If I don’t agree they will deduct 10GBP from my deposit.

Good value, good location. Clean. Showers were good. No cable for the sega so kids were disappointed. Flush in en-suite was very weak. Smell of stale water in places.

The location was excellent with easy access to Bold Street, The Cavern Quarter, Royal Albert Dock and Lime Street station. The apartment was well laid out with plenty of room for our family of four. The beds and bathrooms were clean. Overall, it was good. The carpet and the hard flooring was not clean. There was a wad of long human hair next to the master bed and there was debris and dried liquid on the hard floor in the kitchen.

Really nice property and with ample space Microwave had a heaping smell of curry which despite us cleaning was better but still wasn’t nice, Mega drive wasn’t able to use as not connected to the tv and told it may not be compatible so not sure what the point of providing it was All complaints made and all we got was apology and no resolution

Needs TLC. Would've been lovely 5yrs ago. Needs new mattress, Bad Smell in the Bathroom, Bathroom Bin Full, Bin Bags in the Hall Way, Flooring was coming up. For the cost of £186 per night, I felt a touch ripped off. We looked to book a new Air BnB but couldn't find one appropriate so stayed ? It has potential to be a lovely place but is in need of urgent care. The host was extremely helpful though, very prompt in replying to messages. Sadly I wouldn't recommend ?

It's a very big apartment in city location.Good price and nice facilities. Too strict for security damage deposited and have to pick key at super market that is not close the apartment.

Die Wohnung war genau passend für unseren Kurzbesuch in Liverpool. Wir konnten das Auto bequem in der Garage stehen lassen und unser Touristenprogramm zu Fuß erledigen. Ein Fön wäre super.

Perfect location. Great facilities. Loads of sleeping space. Some hairs in the bathroom when we got there, no parking (on street costs a lot).

Plenty of clean bedding and towels Stylish and modern. Very comfortable, easy to use sofa beds. Enough cleaning accessories for the whole weekend. Couple of broken unstable dining chairs. Hot water is on a timer, no hot showers out of hours. Confusion with the tag on the keys that displayed the wrong number, that resulted in us trying to gain access to the wrong flat. The residents there are obviously used to it because they ignored our attempts at burglary and kept TV watching.

Stay away! Red flags started with pre-check in deposit process. Finally got into flat late evening and was shocked that they would allow this to be rented in its condition. Big stains on couch, mattress’s, pillows and walls. Dried food on appliance handles and grease smears all over. Build up of dirt and dust in the radiators and dead bugs. So grossed out that we immediately packed everything back into car and frantically searched for hotels that would have space for 6 people, including an elderly couple. Thankfully we found something late and I contacted host the next day. We took photos of everything and I sent them to host requesting full refund. Took them 9 days to decide that they would only refund my cleaning deposit because I didn’t give them time to send cleaning crew to fix the issues. What could a cleaning crew do at 9pm? It would have taken hours and replacing mattresses. Sent pics directly to Airbnb and they agreed that we should be refunded full amount.

This stay was a disaster. When collecting keys we were told the machine was broken. We had to drive around Liverpool to find a replacement lockbox. We finally get the keys and there is no carpark fob. We were told the apartment does not come with parking, however it states it does via the listing. We were then told to find somewhere safe to park and that cost would be reimbursed and to collect a fob the next day (which we never got). We had been driving for four hours and was tired. In the end my Dad had to walk around the building and manually open the barriers from the inside. The apartment was a let down, the room with the sofa bed was perfect. The ensuite room was dirty and the bathroom should not be accessible. There was no grout in the floor tile (sharp edges) and mould above shower, my Mum has diabetes and if she had caught her foot, it would have been a hospital trip. There was an off smell in the living room and flies buzzing around. Spent an hour cleaning floor/furniture

Zero faults apart from a missing HDMI cable for the Nintendo ? but we are too old for gaming as the girls would say The place was fantastic all beds including sofa beds were comfortable, the amenities are brilliant. The bar across the road was lovely and friendly The overall experience was fantastic Thank you for our stay we be sure to be back Jeff

Great location for the city centre. Close to train stations, bars and restaurants. Easy check in and parking. Apartment is a good size. Good communication and quick answers to questions.

Lots of space and great location. Easy to collect the keys and enter the premises thanks to explicit instructions from the managers. Secure parking very welcome. Not clean and needs some attention to the condition of the property and fittings.

Before booking I was impressed communication and the detailed info we were sent, including pictures of how to access the building, where to pick up keys, and links to where things were and how appliances worked. Had a text 15 minutes before check in time saying we wouldn’t be able to check in for another hour due to an issue with housekeeping. Not a problem for us, but would be been good to know sooner. When we got to the building and couldn’t access car park. No key fob had been given. Managed to get into the building and open door manually, but I couldn’t get hold of the hosts. Over 15 calls which kept cutting me off and no response to texts from the number that had previously messaged me. Finally spoke to some after 1.5 hours and no solution was given. We managed but it was v stressful. Apartment needs some TLC, but is a good space. Housekeeping not 100% (glitter left all over lounge from previous guests). Good location. We would have recommended if not for communication issues

the location was great, making it easy to talk everywhere we wanted to go. the beds were also very comfortable and the large living area was great for our group of 10

Beautiful clean apartment, secure parking and ideally located. We stayed in 5 different apartments during our little tour with our Australian relatives and this was the best of them all. Plenty of room for the 5 of us very spacious and comfy. If we ever went back to Liverpool we would ? stay here! Highly recommend ?

Really spacious and light and so quiet despite the very central location. such a bonus to have the free parking. Nothing really. We had an issue with the boiler when we arrived but the hosts were very responsive and got it fixed quickly so it wasn’t a problem.

great location. great to have a secure car parking space. the water went off a number of times and there was no hot water for showers 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there.

The apartment was a great space to visit the city, good location walking distance to the centre and parking was really handy. We had everything we needed, and hosts were helpful and quick with responses.

Lovely apartment, great location

This apartment is lovely, has a great central location and convenient parking space provided for free. Large amount of the beds provided are sofa beds which aren’t the comfiest so do be aware of that. The actual beds provided were lovely though. Apartment feels safe and secure and despite its central location is very quiet. There were a couple of things that could have been better such as the shower fixing on the wall was not working so you could only use the shower as a handheld shower not where you can attach it to the holder on the wall, this can be tricky to shower. Equally for such a nice apartment we did not expect there to be a limit on hot water use, well when there is 9 of you and you all need a hot shower, this can be difficult and some ended up showering with cold water! Also for a place that accommodates 10, it would have been great if more shower gel, shampoo etc was provided. Overall a good stay at this apartment and would recommend to groups coming to Liverpool!

Really spacious for the 3 of us who stayed, bedrooms really nice. Well equipped kitchen and nice lounge area. Very close to hundreds of bars and restaurants and only 15 mins walk from the historic dock area. Great views of the Cathedral and Chinatown from the back. Secure underground parking a definite bonus. Bathrooms needed a bit more TLC and views from kitchen and lounge not very attractive.

The place is in a good location, easy to access Liverpool City Centre, great value for money, host was very responsive. Parking excellent. I recommend this place. Thank you

overall ambience and space washroom was dirty and not cleaned properly when we entered radiators\heaters weren’t working in one of the rooms hot water not available in one of the sinks the tv didn’t allow to put another account for Netflix. the built in Netflix already had 4 watchers due to which we couldn’t see Netflix

it was in a good location - close to the centre. the property was clean and modern inside. parking. foul smell by the garage, assuming it was the bins, a few finishing touches in the property not completed, nothing major and did not affect our stay, the maintenance team were happy to help and I am sure the issues will be resolved.

Disappointed and I think this is the first negative review I've left on AirBnB. Check in was the first issue. firstly you've got to go to a separate shop to collect the keys which seemed odd. We didn't get this far as they phoned us 5 minutes prior to check in time, as we were pulling up outside to tell us the apartment hadn't been cleaned and we would need to wait an hour. I understand delays happen but what I'm not understanding of is why they rang at such short notice when they must have known much sooner that the apartment wouldn't be ready for another hour. They suggested we get a coffee but when I said I had nowhere to leave the car and was currently outside the apartment they had no suggestions, nor could she tell me why they had waited until the very last moment to tell us. no offer of reimbursement. Felt I was talking to a business, not a person. Very impersonal. Apartments a little run down. lacking basics like tea towels. But really it was the customer service that killed it

Location No hot water after 10 Sunday till we left

We did not have the best experience at this flat. Check in was a little bit of a hassle, we had no hot water the first 20 hours, and It needs a lot of work and is very tired looking. The pictures are deceiving. We checked out a day early due to cleanliness not up to par, a fowl smell in the flat and building, and just overall unsatisfactory.

Nice apartment within walking distance to main attention. Free parking is perfectly situated in the building. To get the key is not very convenient especially when it’s raining (have to go to a shop to get the keys)

The place was clean and as shown in the pictures. The only inconvenience was having to carry the luggage up a whole lot of stairs but don’t think there’s anything anyone can do about it since the apartment is in the first floor and the lift is also on the first floor! Having to get the key from another place was a bit of an inconvenience as well since it was raining a bit when we arrived. Overall the apartment was clean and having two bathrooms for two bedrooms was great! Having a washing machine was an additional bonus. Thank you for having us Katy, Joe and team ?

The apartment was lovely and very spacious. We had been traveling from place to place for about 10 days prior. It was the perfect place to relax on a rainy day. All necessities were there for us to cook breakfast and the coffee they provided was delicious.

When looking for an apartment to stay in Liverpool, I suggest you look no further. We had the pleasure of staying in number 4 which we couldn’t fault, beautiful, spacious apartment with a great location, just a 10 mins walk into the centre if that or a 5 pound Uber to the docks. Will most definitely be using these guys again when in Liverpool.

The location was perfect, very central to the shops, bars, restaurants etc. The rooms are big enough for bigger beds and could be a more comfortable mattress.

Great communication both before and during our stay. Loads of information sent out beforehand on the area, things to do, restaurants etc. Check in/out with the keys was very easy. Location was handy for central Liverpool - 5 min walk to Hope St for nice bars and restaurants and about 10 mins into the main shopping area and 15 mins to the Docks (with children too!)

Great location - walking distance to everywhere! Perfect for a girly weekend and loved the decor. Check-in process was so simple, and the hosts were really quick to reply to any queries. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Can be noisy at night due to the location. A second set of keys would have been helpful for people to come back at different times.

This property is ideal for all visitors to the great city of Liverpool. The location in particular is a massive plus nestled close to good restaurants and sights and only a short walk into the city centre/dockyard area. We stayed with 3 children under the ages of 13 and have recommended to friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic location for seeing Liverpool. So close to the station, shops, loads of bars and restaurants. Quiet flat with lots of space and a very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful when needed. We’d stay again.

the location is excellent There were 8 of us, so a second set of keys would have been useful as we had to wait up for the later ones to arrive back to let them in. Apparently there is a noise detector in the lounge, one of our party unplugged it to use their hair straighteners, I then had an email asking me to plug it back in, I only noticed the message later by which time it was back in again.

This flat is in a great location close to the city centre but not too close for noise to be an issue. It is a large flat with plenty of space for sleeping and entertaining. Clean and tidy with linen provided. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely come again and stay

Check in comodo a un 7/11.. La casa penso sia praticamente perfetta, noi eravamo in sette e si stava a dir poco comodi. C'era tutto il necessario per fare anche molti più giorni(noi ne abbiamo fatti solo due). Prezzo bassissimo se equiparato ad altre strutture in cui sono stato. Parcheggio privato coperto. Top top top Consigliatissimo Unica piccola pecca il balcone non accessibile durante il nostro soggiorno

Great location and lovely apartment inside, which was deceiving given the external look of this transformed building. Great hosts who were always on hand to help in anyway. Don't look for parking bay No4 for apartment 4 (because there isn't one). We called for advice where to park, as we didn't want to upset the neighbours, and you can park 1x car in any bay. Local pay parking nearby too, along with nice restaurants and bars on the short walk in to the City centre. Really pleasant stay and quiet given the central location. We would, and have recommended to others, and would also book again. Thanks guys

We have just had a fantastic 2 night stay at this apartment. Location is perfect, with shops, nightlife and restaurants all in a short walk. Anfield stadium is a 10 min drive away and knowsley safari is a 30 mins drive. The check in was easy and hassle free. Secure parking. Very spacious apartment with everything you need and despite being in the city centre it was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Liverpool. Highly recommend.

Apartamento comodo y confortable con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable. Una ubicación perfecta para visitar Liverpool. El unico pequeño inconveniente es la gente que sale del pub situado enfrente y grita... Nosotros tuvimos mala suerte con una averia en un baño y una fiesta de uno de los vecinos, pero los anfitriones hicieron todo lo posible ppr solucionarlo. Recomendable.
