This lovely apartment offers tonnes of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows running along one side of the property, private terrace with city scape views and and fantastic location!

Based in a quiet residential building, this cosy & modern apartment is ideal for couples, business travellers or small family groups.

Kindly note the building does not have a lift, and the apartment is located on the top floor. This does mean a few flights of stairs, but it's worth it!

The Space
This modern apartment is a bright & cosy nest, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city!

The lounge area benefits from the light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows and doors to the terrace, along with a double sofa bed. The terrace is private and for your use only - it is lovely in the morning whilst enjoying a cuppa, or in the evening with a glass of wine.

We have a modern, fully fitted kitchen so you have all you need to self cater & enjoy a night in. The bathroom is contemporary, with statement tiles & shower.

To the rear of the apartment you have the cosy double bedroom with wardrobe & bedside table.

Kindly note the keys for the property are collected off site, a 5 minute walk away.

Neighborhood
The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours. We therefore expect the same from our guests.

Getting Around
As this apartment is so central, all the city attractions are within walking distance. If you decide to travel further afield, all the best transport links are available with Lime Street Station and Liverpool One Bus Station close by!

There is no parking available at the property. However, there is 24 hour secure parking available a 4 minute walk away at £14.50 for 24hours.

Hard to think of anything but it was ok for two lads. We were out most of the weekend and just came back to sleep so it'll do. The place was run down obviously not very well maintained. Advertised two beds when one of them was a fold out sofa bed.

La ubicación Que lo alquile para tres personas y solo había una cama !! El sofá no estaba preparado para que durmiera nadie ni tan si quiera unas sábanas para poder dormir en el.. Donde tenía que recoger las llaves no estaban y tuve que esperar a que me las trajeran después de esperar 1 hora y eran las 22:30 de la noche

No access to the patio window/door paid for rooftop view but unable to open any doors or windows. The place looked like a building site and the door to the patio was locked. The whole experience

Absolutely nothing Absolutely everything. It’s taken me a few weeks to write this review, as I was hoping to receive a resolution, but to the contrary booking.com and host and stay are still advertising this accommodation, when it clearly breaches a lot of safety regulations. The only window in the entire apartment is bolted shut, with a lot of dust and building equipment on the inaccessible terrace. The fridge was leaking and the smell of this was lingering. The bedsheets were dirty, the room had no ventilation, and the list goes on and on. We rang the company and booking.com immediately on arrival, and we were on hold for 10 hours trying to get a resolution. To this day we never received a refund, and it’s actually made me rethink using their services. I reached out to booking.com again on the 2nd July when I returned home And still waiting a response!

The apartment interior itself was correct but the doors and windows being locked with iron bars, not allowing any air into the apartment was not relayed in the description. Also, the patio was not only inaccessible but also completely demolished and under reconstruction. The alternate patio ( fire escape route) was locked with 2 padlocks. The apartment was sweltering hot with no possibility of ventilation and also violating several fire codes. Everything I said above, the apartment violated several fire codes, doors and windows were shut with iron bars, no help from the staff to remedy this problem and an offer of “ €25” was offered off of my €430 charge weeks after my trip. Calls and customer service were absolutely dreadful. I will call the Liverpool Fire Department and have this place shutdown.

Nothing! Do not stay here! The Balcony doors had been bolted shut due to external work being carried out on the building. As these were the only windows in the entire apartment, it was unbearably hot, especially after climbing 5 flights of stairs with luggage. However the lack of pressure in the boiler meant the ice cold shower worked wonders….once I was brave enough to get in. There is no dishwasher in the property, despite it being advertised as having one….this is probably why all cups were dirty, oven trays were greasy, everything needed to be washed before being able to use it. We did cook one evening, however the oven quickly filled the apartment with greasy smelling smoke, and as there no windows to open, everything ended up smelling like chip fat. The general cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired, and the smell of sewer/drains, especially in the bedroom was not a pleasant experience. I can usually overlook a couple of issues, but the only reason we chose this apartment was for the balcony. I discovered the company already new about the access issue due to a previous guests review, but they neglected to pass on this information prior to us staying. They even advised by emailed that they had not had any issues previously and made it sound like we were being stupid for being able to open the doors!

The location I didn’t like many things, the scaffolding around the building, the fact that the ‘rooftop’ apartment doesn’t have access to the rooftop as the doors are locked, there’s no access to a window, it’s like a hot box and a huge fire risk. I didn’t like walking up 111 stairs 4 times a day to walk into stifling heat, homeless people sleeping under the scaffolding. Never again.

Don't come here. You're better off staying at the travelodge which is right next door but is 1/3rd of the price and actually habitable. I arrived too late in the day to find something available that evening. I left the next morning and cut my stay short after having one of the worst experiences staying in a property - and I travel a fair amount. Key highlights: 1. The property is literally a building site with scaffolding all over 2. The patio was bolted shut, scaffolding blocking the view and there is no furniture. I have pictures which show the comparison vs. the listing essentially showing that this is a bait and switch. The windows were dirty, patio floor not cleaned so the view from the room is filth and scaffolding. 3. There is no window which means no fresh air circulation. On top of which the place stinks and there's no way to air it out. 4. Toilet seat was broken, literally ripped off its hinges and therefore very uncomfortable to use. Toilet roll had 2 uses left and no spares. 5. No running hot water 6. The sofa was dirty, so were the sheets, there was dust everywhere inside and small hairs in the bathroom. Actually disgusting. 7. The bed was uncomfortable and sunken in The property is up 6 flights of stairs, no lifts. Check-in requires going to a newsagents with limited opening hours so be prepared to drag your suitcase back and forth and up the flight as there's no adjacent parking. I suspect this is not made clear on the listing intentionally to draw you in. There are a whole list of other things such as the general state of the appliances, but honestly even before we get to that the place is pretty much uninhabitable. To further matters, the property owner Host & Stay and booking.com were useless at dealing with this in real time and I was left to myself to figure out alternative accommodation for the next day, ruining half the weekend I had planned. The property is in a state of disrepair, looks nothing like the listing. Patio is inaccessible, there is no other window or ventilation in a very small space. Scaffolding and works all over. Dust everywhere, hairs in the bathroom. It's uninhabitable. I had to leave this place early and I've had to spend a lot of time chasing chase for any sort of satisfactory response from the property or booking.com.. Update: I was offered an insultingly low amount after I spent a cumulative 5+ hours on the phone and several more on messages to both booking.com and the property. The offer didn't even make a dent in the cost of the alternative accommodation I had to sort let alone try to actually compensate me. I continue to assess my options in terms of contacting my credit card company to get any kind of result. Probably not worth escalating this to legal action but maybe an ombudsman exists? You can see an example the infuriating AI-generated template response from the property in response to this review below. This is literally all they will send to you as communication while not actually responding to anything.

Location was good. Communication with hosts was very responsive. Relatively clean except for toilet which also had a broken seat. Additional cost for a deposit which there was a fee attached to both options wasn't explained before making the booking. There is extensive construction works taking place on the exterior of the building for approx the next 6 months. The building contractor has locked the patio doors with a chain and bicycle lock so no access to balcony or more importantly a fire escape route should there be a fire in the building blocking your only escape route as the apartment is a penthouse so currently due to doors being locked there is only one way in and out this is a complete violation of all fire safety regulations. Approximately 100 steps from the entrance to the apartment, no lift. not ideal for some people or young children.

Perfect location. Clean bathroom. Key collect is a 20min walk away from the appartment. Pillows and matress from the sleepingcouch are dirty. Food leftovers from former visitors where left.

We stayed for 2 days, it is a much smaller apartment than you can see. The photographs are taken from when it was inaugurated, now it is in quite bad condition. The sofa was full of stains, the bathroom and the terrace uncleaned and with everything lying on the floor. I do not recommend since it does not meet the quality-price standards. It is a fifth floor without an elevator.

the location in desperate need of a refurb and don’t seem clean . windows filthy. terrace a mess feel insulted that they held £250 as deposit for what was basically a student flat bit of an ordeal to collect and return keys to a newsagent not all that close by

Close promximity to Liverpool Lime Street station, comfortable size of of the apartment. Cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. Kettle was rusty, washing machine was filthy and the fridge gave off a fishy smell. Boiler was also not working initially and kept showing an error code.

The apartment was fantastic, so clean and had a gorgeous patio area which was definitely the selling point of the flat! We had a lovely stay and the company were really responsive. The stairs were very difficult to climb (but the flat at the top did make this worth it) however it wasn’t exactly ideal if you needed to just run out to grab something as you’d have a lot of stairs to climb! I appreciate that the company are also trying to maintain a high standard and asked for a info about our stay/a contract to be agreed and signed/a £250 deposit to be paid. As much as I can see why this was done, it did make the stay a little bit stressful as I was so petrified of getting anything broken/tarnished!

The location of apartment was great, close to amenities Lots of stairs to climb (5 flights), needs a bit of tlc, only 3 chairs for dining table when there were 4 of us, 3 cups which was annoying when we all wanted a cuppa, place not cleaned very well.

Good, quiet, clean apartment that was well located for the city. Reasonable parking nearby (paid). Good, helpful info in advance. Collection of keys from nearby shop not that close to the apartment. Also apartment a little tricky to find initially. Big stair climb fine for us but some might struggle.

The location was nearby some nice places to visit such as the museum and limitless variety in places to eat. Unfortunately, the location is all that I can vouch for... There is a lot to say here, so I will try and take it step by step. Upon entering the apartment, it was a very uncanny feeling. It felt as though I was intruding on somebody's living space. The windows were filthy and streaky, coffee stains were still sticky on the coffee and dining table, the curtains and WiFi box both had grime and dirt collected on them requiring me to wash my hands. Just outside the very heavy patio doors awkwardly obstructed with a pole, the not very impressive patio laid. There were weeds coming out of the wooden boards representing no care at all, and the little patio table outside HAD HALF A TWIX LEFT UNDER IT!!! It looked aged possibly from the previous guest who had stayed. Around the corner was the kitchen, the fridge had residue of food and what looked like spoilt milk stained at the bottom as well as on the floor in front of the fridge door. The microwave, although aesthetically looked clean, it had a funny smell upon opening it. Additionally, the mugs had coffee stains still fresh on them, as well as the wine glasses looked vile and murky. Around the corner once again (no doors to any of these rooms, and the corridoors are Extremely tight), was the bedroom! Now the bedroom is not where the magic happens. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable, me and my fiancée spent the first night with only a couple of hours sleep. We were restless tossing back and forth as the sorry excuse of pillows which were available for us had obviously seen their fair share of wear and tear. The cotton inside them was ripped and tatty, meaning your head felt like it was laid down on a lumpy mess. There were some spare pillows, but these absolutely stunk as they were sat in a cupboard a few feet away from the bed which contained a manky damp mop which had obviously not been used before our arrival. In addition to alllll of this, it would probably be too much to ask for a fresh linen bed sheet. There was what appeared to be blood stains on our sheets.
