Nestled in the northern part of Liverpool, Richmond Apartment is a one-bedroom apartment fully furnished to a high standard. With floor-to-ceiling windows in both the lounge and bedrooms, as well as lovely vinyl-laminated flooring, Richmond Apartment exudes a relaxing yet homely ambiance for your stay away from home. Perfectly located near Everton and in close proximity to Anfield and the city centre, it's the ideal place to stay for holidays or corporate visits.

The Space
With contemporary decor throughout and huge windows in both the bedroom and the open-plan living, dining, kitchen area, Richmond Apartment is bright and airy.

The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, cookware, and more. Feel free to use the Nespresso coffee machine for a delicious sip of coffee! A washer dryer is also provided.

The corner sofa converts to a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, accommodating two guests in the living area. The TV offers entertainment options with access to streaming apps and local TV channels.

The family bathroom is located on your left as you enter Richmond Apartment and features a bathtub with an overhead shower, as well as a WC and basin.

Adjacent to the bathroom is the bedroom. Furnished with a double bed complemented by plush blue cushions, the space is tranquil and welcoming. You'll have access to your own wardrobe and a desk that can be used for work or as a vanity table.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Neighborhood
If you're a nature enthusiast, Richmond Place Apartment is the ideal accommodation for you. It is perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.

Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.

Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!

Getting Around
Richmond Place Apartment is within walking distance or a short drive of many of Everton Park's attractions.

If you plan to explore Liverpool City Centre or the renowned Anfield Stadium, there are bus stops at Mansfield Street and Great Richmond Street, both within a 5-minute walk. Liverpool Lime Street station is less than a 15-minute walk away or just a 5-minute drive.

Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place Apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building - whilst we are open to accepting stays for events, we ask guests to remain respectful of the other guests and residents in the building.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
