location was perfect for us as we were going to events at the paradiso

Stayed in Slater Street Apartments 1&2 Merge and 18A this year with a big group of lads. The Location was perfect you were right in the middle of concert square. No taxi required everything within walking distance. The apartments were in good condition with plenty of beds for everybody. WIFI had no issues and regarding check in/check out everything was really smooth and easy no hassle whatsoever. The location is very noisy as it in the middle of a lot of late bars so probably not ideal for people looking for a quiet trip but they do email after the booking to inform you of this in fairness and give you the option to possibly change location or cancel the booking. Overall this location is an excellent choice for anybody that is looking for a central location to Liverpool for a trip with a group or lads or women. Caters for all group sizes and I could have very little no complaints about my stay here. Location is not for family stay or people looking for a peaceful trip.

Easy Nothing

Nothing Everything the guy from host and stay was getting us to look for another doorway to see the sitting area The property was nothing like the picture on internet Was discussing even host and stay guy was shocked

The property is next to a very noisy nightclub which plays music until 5am. This is not mentioned anywhere in the advert for the property. Other problems we encountered: - a noisy beeping fire alarm in the entrance way - a blockage in the sink which caused flooding in the kitchen and a disgusting smell throughout our stay - only four mugs for a property that sleeps 12 - dirty marks on the floor and bedding - a sign in one of the bathrooms telling us not to use it - one toilet roll provided per bathroom

We went for an event over 2 nights so location was perfect central to everything Close proximity to lime street station. Spacious for 4 people comfortably. Beds were comfy although as we were 2 couples would have been nice to have double beds rather than singles. We would stay again if the issues detailed here are all addressed. It was noisy at night but wasn't a problem for us as we were there for nightlife. Sadly the heating wasn't working for the duration of our stay on the coldest weekend of the year and it was unable to be fixed. It was fixed just as we were checking out then it was lovely and warm. Extraction in the bathroom was poor causing lots of condensation. The fire alarm kept going off and it was going for over 2 hours on one occasion we had to leave the building. Only 1 toilet roll provided and small sachets of toiletries it would be nice to have sufficient for the number of people staying. Basic kitchen essentials were missing there were mish mash of glasses only 2 plates no baking trays. We bought lots of food but struggled to cook it causing alarm to go off again due to grease o the oven where we had no baking trays. Then we couldn't eat together as not enough plates. Freezer door wouldnt close if turn fridge up everything freezes in fridge. All relatively minor things other than the heating which could easily be addressed.

The area is sound and it was a good little apartment but not what I was expecting I booked one whole apartment and got two so I needed two sets of keys and the Wi-Fi and signal was absolutely terrible felt like I was back in the 90s or 00s

Emplacement -

Terrible experience, it had not been cleaned when we arrived, dirty bedding on the floor in each bedroom, broken glass on the floor, I tried to contact them and kept getting automated messages back. Managed to get in contact with them, and they said they would resolve the issue, but I got a message at 6 in the evening saying they couldn't clean it that night and then the phone lines weren't working. Which meant we had to find alternative accommodation for 14 of us in Liverpool. I'm not happy at all. Avoid this company. Thankfully, I got a full refund, but they didn't compensate for food we couldn't eat since we were going to eat in that night, but we had to eat out instead or the huge inconvenience and stress it caused!

I booked this apartment for two nights for a team-building activity, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The apartment had a horrible smell of mold that made us feel sick. When I reported the issue to the management, they claimed it was due to the carpet being vacuumed and suggested opening the windows. We followed their advice, but since the apartment is on the ground floor, leaving the windows open was not a safe option as it would have made it easy for someone to break in and steal our belongings. The apartment has six or seven rooms in total. Three of them were fine with no noticeable issues, but the other three or four had a strong, damp smell that made us feel unwell, likely because those rooms are at street level or in the basement. I strongly recommend that the owners address these problems so that future guests do not have the same unpleasant experience.

There were 16 of us on a hen weekend, but we are all in 30s and above so although we wanted a fun time we wanted to stay somewhere clean and nice to stay in. The location was good for being in an area with lots going on but was extremely noisy, we can’t blame the hosts for this but just to bear in mind if planning on booking, the queues for the clubs are outside of the bedroom window/door. We weren’t happy with the apartments. The only thing clean was the beds that had been changed. There were chips still on the kitchen floor from the previous guests. There was a very damp smell from one of the bedrooms near to a bathroom which then made the rest of the apartments smell, locks were broken off doors and there was a bathroom that had a table outside with a sign saying we couldn’t use it which was hard with 16 of us and only 2 bathrooms to use. We also weren’t informed of this before we arrived. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Not worth £2,000 paid for 2 nights. Also only 3 mugs for 16.

We celebrated friend's birthday and this place was perfect as a base and to catch some sleep after a fun night out. The beds are very comfortable and lots of space for a large group. Will consider again!

The location the apartment was clean comfortable had everything you needed. Office staff very friendly The window latches in our room were broken, the shower tray flooded quickly but that was caused by a trapped bottle cap.

The room was reasonably clean. Too loud, the toilet is inadequate. The curtains were falling off the wall. The noise was horrendous. Stating it’s a lovely area is different from a night club going on until 4am. The cushions on the bed were dirty.

Clean, functional One three seater sofa for 10 people. Couldn’t sleep due to the noise outside. Revellers till 4 and then cleaning to 6am.

Opposite a club where it feels like people and music are playing in the flat. Water leaking through from above. Smelt in the flat and the water from shower and toilets stunk. It’s ok if your on a stag doo.

Hvis du vil kunne sove skal du ikke vælge denne lejlighed. Fik aldrig udleveret ekstra dyne til trods for jeg rykkede dem for det hver dag i de 4 dage vi var der. De blev ved med at skrive til mig om vi ikke måtte ryge eller skylle noget ud i toilettet, Tilbage holdt 200 pund i 14 dage efter vi havde tjekket ud, hvis noget var gået i stykker.

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location for going out! 2 minute walk to a lot of pubs/nightclubs. Clean and spacious apartment with comfy beds. Note, it was very very noisy at night, but we didn't mind at all as we were going out!

The staff were thorough and providing everything we needed to check in smoothly and the heating, TV, wifi etc was easy enough to work when needed. Furnished well. Pictures are deceiving. Doesn’t look exactly the same. It was not just noisy at night it was horrendously noisy, luckily we were drunk and it was late but you felt like the club was in the living room. You could do with new windows to help that as the windows were very old and had gaps. Also ironing board was broke & there wasn’t enough toilet paper for us. And the mirror in the living room is pointless. Just put a normal mirror there for people to use whilst they’re getting ready.

The nose until 4am. The apartment was a little grubby could do with fresh paint. Mattress wasn’t the best.

Stayed with a group of 15 of us in Liverpool for a stag do. Honestly, I don't think there is a better location, set up available in the UK!. It's on the main strip and the place is perfect all around. 10/10

Great location & comfy bed Additional fee thats not mentioned before you can get the keys. Balcony door was broker. Spare keys were missing. Had to ask for door and key box codes. Couldn’t find the WiFi/password. Place could do with a better clean.

Clean and tidy when arrived We had a bit of an awful experience where we had someone walk into our room the one evening. Found thesecurity was quite poor as the bottom door into the apartments was often open. The kitchen facilities despite saying fully equipped was not. There was 1 fork, 2 pot lids but no pots, and limited other things to cook.

Should be only for people who wants to attend nightlife. The music was super loud from 11 pm to 4 am every day. The pros is that it is very central, and easily accessible.

Good place to stay

Air bnb is in a great location, however, the bars and clubs are very loud which makes it feel like you’re in the bar itself. No chance of sleeping before 4am. The bathrooms were tired with grout on some tiles and the grout falling out of other tiles. There was a leak coming from the ceiling, which the host was notified about. Beds were very thin and uncomfortable and also the pillows were very limp. It did the job, but I didn’t feel that you’re made aware that it is two completely separate flats, so the group is split.

God standard på alle rom og beliggenheten var helt fantastisk for vårt formål som var å oppleve det sene utelivet i Liverpool. Korte avstander til alt og mye liv i området rett utenfor døren. Anbefales, og vi kommer gjerene tilbake! Obs: Men stedet anbefales ikke dersom man har med seg små barn.

Great apartments Noise levels around the apartment, rules you are told to be quiet in the apartment from certain hours, but yet outside noise is going till 4am makes no sense

The Location was ideal. Lime Street Train station 10 minutes walk. Concert Square is next to the apartments. Plenty of places to eat and it was ideal to host a large group who were over for the weekend. Would have no problems booking again as I could not fault the facilities for a big group. There is a taxi rank just below the apartments too to travel to the airport or any destinations that maybe outside walking distance. I would not have many complaints to make about my stay. I would just point out that the apartments are only ideal for a group who are over to go out for the weekend. If you are looking for some peace and quiet I would probably suggest staying else where as the streets can be quiet busy with noise into the early hours of the morning. Based on my experience here I could not fault anything other than it being quiet a noisy location but the property contacts you and makes this known once you book so you get plenty of notice.

Great location for the night life and one of the few places to allow hen parties

The team were incredible to deal with, so helpful and so friendly there was never a doubt that if I had a question they wouldn’t respond or not help! No matter the day or time someone was always available! The apartment was great for a big group of us the location was ideal and within walking distance of everywhere we went! I’ve stayed here before and I will be sure to stay again!

The apartments were useful for a hen party. They had plenty of space and the location is very central which worked well for us The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some things didn’t work, like the sofa bed in one of the apartments, or the light switch for the bedroom, or the door handle to apartment 6 (it actually fell off). There wasn’t sufficient amenities, such as toilet roll, washing up liquid or bin liners. Just basics you would expect in a self catering apartment. The apartments are right next to a street of bars and nightclubs so it was extremely loud at night which isn’t much of an issue on a hen party but some of our guests didn’t sleep at all. I also had a really difficult time with the company regarding our booking with lots of errors on their side and mixed messages, so I found the whole thing quite stressful.

I would recommend this place to anyone, great host who couldn’t do enough for us.

Het was echt een super goede locatie, midden in het uitgaansgebied van Liverpool. De host had al aangegeven dat het een drukke straat is, en dat klopt. Voor ons ook prima, want wij waren met vrienden en hoeften niet vroeg op. Het is een mooi en gezellig appartement en alles was goed en schoon. De bedjes in de kamers waren vrij smal, dus wel echt voor koppels. De bedbank is wel groot. Verder was de communicatie goed, veel informatie, maar af en toe zelfs te veel informatie. Meer dan twee berichtjes met alle info is wel voldoende.

Location was good in terms of how close it was to the nightlife and everything else. Far too noisy - we knew it was going to be loud but was too loud! The beds were uncomfortable The apartment stunk of damp and mould when you walked in. One of the showers didn’t work, another one the tray filled right up when using it

The flats are in the centre of the city, close to Bold Street and all the different food and drink options there. Super convenient for the city’s main attractions and shopping options.

toilets were nice, showers were nice but the bedrooms are way too hot and humid - all the sheets were damp because of this. the space isn’t very comfortable, the beds aren’t that comfortable as you can fee the springs the biggest issue ofcourse was the noise, unbearable.

Location and accomodation Some other guests set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night, we had to wait outside for 2 hours for the host to show up and reset the alarm.

Ideal location for nightlife The apartment was very basic and even the sitting area was uncomfortable. Some of the beds were broken and all of the mattresses were very old with springs poking out of them. Also, the noise levels were ridiculous as the building has old fashioned windows with no sound insulation and you are literally meters from several night clubs. Even with earplugs it was very difficult to sleep. There were also a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen. If you are staying just to enjoy the night life and going out late then this might be fine but this flat is not suitable for anything else.

Location is great if your there for a few nights of partying. Right beside the bars and clubs. The noise. If you want to sleep then do so during the day because there is no sleeping until 5am

Nice and close to all the bars but the second night we stayed was a nightmare and none of us got any sleep because of the noise The pull out bed didn’t work so 2 of us had to sleep on the uncomfy sofas and had awful nights sleep

The apartment was spacious & clean, clubs and bars are right on the doorstep. I had a brilliant time with my friends for my 30th!! 100% recommend

How close it was to all the night life and the set up meant that you could access the property at ease when needed

The flat is centrally located across from a nightclub, which we were warned about and all had our earplugs. Unfortunately, there are also roadworks starting at 7.30 am outside the window. The flats are really 2 flats, ground floor and basement. Being a large group we appreciated the space, large kitchen and lounge to all meet in. Communication was good from the team and they dealt well with any concerns and are very friendly. Great, central location to take advantage of the nightlife.

A great location for the city centre! The hosts were quick to communicate and helpful with questions we had. A great venue for a hen weekend. Only downside was it’s opposite a club and so extremely loud until about 4am. Even with the windows closed, the music is so loud it feels as though you’re in the club. I’d expect some noise in a city centre location but this is next level.

The apartments were well presented and easy to get to. The location is great if you want to be right in the thick of the nightlife. Though as expected this can come with some noise and commotion. Plenty big enough for a large group to feel comfy.

The hosts were very clear that the area had a bustling nightlife and that there would be background noise. the property was a good size and was clean on arrival. Budget friendly and fine for a group of 5. I don’t think one 2 person sofa is sufficient in a apartment marketed for up to 12 people. The pictures show more furniture but not there on arrival. Background noise is an understatement , night clubs are open until 4am on weekdays, when the night clubs close there is street noise, until the drinkers disperse, then the streets are jet washed. once the jet washer finish the builders start working on the road ( no mention of this sort of extensive road work on booking or at any stage in advance). we were a group of 5 people but this apartment is marketed for much higher occupancy in clouding using the sofa bed in the lounge. However the lounge has a door sized window directly overlooking the bed and no privacy. this large window was also walked in to by one of our guests as it has no markings.

Apartment was clean and had an airy feel to it even though it was mainly underground. Right in the middle of all the action everything was in walking distance. I loved every minute of it. Close to the bars and was noisy until around 4am but that’s to be expected being in such a central location. Next time I would just bring ear plugs. All in all the apartment was lovely, exactly how it was described and I enjoyed my time staying there and exploring Liverpool.

All your favourite nightclubs are less than a 5 minute walk away Wifi was really slow and nothing would load, signal was really poor too

Had a great stay!

we stayed here for my birthday celebrations and it was absolutely worth it , the property was the perfect location majority of bars , clubs and restaurants where literally couple minutes walk away and one night club was right outside the door! you could party all night long even when we got back in to the accommodation and if any of us when to bed early the music over the road wasn’t actually disturbing you could still easily sleep. the decor was lovely , staff where very helpful and responded to any questions or issues we had quickly. amazing value for money will one thousand percent be staying here again! we had one issue with one of the bathrooms , as you flushed the toilet the dirty water came up from the shower drain however after letting the host know they dealt with this quickly the maintenance team where lovely and had a laugh with us as they where fixing it , it was a minor issue but was dealt with quickly!

Perfect location for what we needed, nightlife! Was easy to find and instructions made entering so easy. 3 clean, good sized rooms with comfortable double beds. The kitchenette was ideal for what we needed it for, with teabags, coffee and sugar provided. Bathroom was spacious and clean with lovely shower. Overall was exactly what we needed. Will definitely be returning!!

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt für ein unterhaltsames Nachtleben, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, WLAN & TV Ausstattung, schöne Küche Badezimmer & Toilette in einem kleinen Raum, Teppichboden hatte einige Flecken, Gebäude in welchem sich das Appartment befindet ist teilweise beschädigt.

It was a beautiful property had everything we needed, the appartment was clean and provided plenty of pillows, towels and duvets. Very handy being in the city centre only 5 mins work to the main shopping area, good security per apartment and the overall property. Very close to the train station. It was on a street that was surrounded by club and bars open until 3 am, it was very noisy when you were trying to sleep, trying to get into the property entrance was a pain when drunks refused to move off the step for us to get in. The bedrooms didn't hold the heat without the electric heaters that were provided. There were 2 rooms that the door and locks got jammed, I did report it to the owner.

Good location, walking distance of basically everything, clean Lockbox for keys didn’t work upon leaving so we left both sets in the unlocked box and informed the property via booking about this. Between us leaving and staff coming in to check the apartment a set of keys went ‘missing’ and we’ve been wrongly charged £88 for this mess up. We know for a fact both sets of keys were returned upon leaving the apartment. Just seems like they want an excuse to make a few extra quid out of you at any chance they can get.

Very central location Great communication from host with very easy check in process Multi storey parking within walking distance. Everything was on our doorstep. The apartment was nice enough but slightly grubby. Could really do with a repaint. Looked clean on the surface but when we unfolded the sofa bed to accomadate the amount of guests it was very dirty underneath. We knew it would be noisy being in the centre of the nightlife but it was worse than we imagined definately reccomend future guests take earplugs. The matresses on the beds need replaced or a matress topper. Could feel every spring.

Perfect for nightlife and restaurants

Great location and good communication from host/staff. No issues at all.

Location is perfect, central to anything you might want to do such as cavern club or the docks, and right on the doorstep of nightlife. Do be aware though that you can really hear the nightlife around you as it doesn't stop until 5am.. and then bottle bins get emptied. So if you're wanting a quiet night away it's not the one, however if you're planning on visiting and going out drinking its the perfect location. We had the superior apartment for our group of 8 and it was a lovely place, great price too. Will definitely stop here again if we visit again!

The location was central, if you plan to stay out all night its ideal! To say this stay was noisy would be an understatement. 2 of the 3 of us left refused to stay for the second night due to this. The 3rd only stayed as she was driving. Music finishes at 4 am - 4.30am when the glass is then emptied and then bins emptied at 5am. Music was so loud my ears were still ringing when bin collections were made. The queue for one club were directly under the window. The bathroom fixtures were clean but the floors were not, bedroom carpets were all stained and underwear and plastic bottles left under the bed. I had to call upon arrival for instructions how to get in the property to be sent a pdf file with codes. We then had to walk away from the building to get enough signal to download to enter. They did however send me several messages to remind me that quiet time in the building is after 10pm...if only!

It must be informed much more clearly where the apartment is located. Was very surprised when we called to check in and were told that the apartment was in the nightclub area on the same day as arrival. Then we couldn't begin to find any other places.

nos habían advertido del ruido. Fue reservar y de forma simultánea recibir 3 mensajes advirtiendo del ruido. El día antes de la salida, como no recibimos comunicación sobre el acceso lo preguntamos y la respuesta fue que si estábamos seguros por el ruido. Se reiteró nuevamente y no fue hasta menos de 24 horas antes que se solicitó un depósito de 250libras. No había forma de hacerlo por la web y recurrimos al teléfono. La contaminación acústica es impensable. Los decibelios de la discoteca se escuchan en las habitaciones, no así en el baño, por lo que hay un problema de aislamiento importante en las habitaciones. No es habitable bajo ningún concepto. Creo que se ha de advertir antes de reservar . Nunca antes hemos estado en un alojamiento con ese nivel de ruido, aún con ruido en la calle similar. El problema no es la ubicación, es el apartamento, que no dispone de aislamiento acústico. Igualmente los accesos están muy sucios, con la escoba y el recogedor tirados en la escalera, junto a los papeles y correspondencia. También te pegas al suelo cuando caminas. la limpieza es claramente insuficiente. Solo apto para personas que duerman a partir de las 3 de la mañana, que es cuando acaba la música.

Location was in the perfect place for what we went for! Right where all the bars were. Perfect if your going out Only downside to that was the noise. Obviously with the bars and pubs so close sleep was non existent until morning.

We were a hen party so location was perfect, really close to all bars and clubs! Facilities in the apartment were great, has everything you need!

the shower was good, beds relatively comfy broken hob, Insufficient cutlery for 8 people, one 2 seater sofa for 8 people, spotlight coming out of the ceiling, broken socket, so unable to plug in a lamp. tv not working, broken lid on bin in one bathroom, no plug for the sink in the kitchen, and no washing up bowl which could help when washing pots, knocking from the radiators, and as for the noise from the nightclub opposite, we might as well have been in there until 4 in the morning. someone also entered our appt without our consent and then proceeded to leave the door open, we’ve not had any information back from the mgt of the appt regarding this issue! (no surprise there!!)

The photos on booking.com did not give a clear picture of what you would actually be getting. Our apartment had no communal area, although the photos it shows communal areas. We had to open our doors and stsnd in the hall. There was a warning about noise, do not under estimate this. There is a nightclub directly opposite that was open to 4am. Then the deliveries come. The noise literally vibrated through the apartment. Our group had to get silocone ear plugs for our second night, which helped. Few marks on the carpet and light switch broken but i sent photos, so we didn't get charged and the organisers were very responsive. I didn't say anything regarding the noise. To wash up we had to use the bathroom sink. No sink in the pop up kitchen. If you plan on sleeping during a break this is not the place. We looked for hotel availability for our second night but there was no affordable availability

Lots of space. right in the centre! The downstairs rooms were very dark and smelled quite musky and damp. we had a power cut whilst we were there and it took the maintenance team hours to come and sort it. also the property is pretty much opposite a nightclub! great if you are a group that want to be out late. But not good if you are planning to stay in as it’s very noisy at night.

The location was good though a bit noisy as beside a few bars so we were expecting the noise. One of the apartments just had a kitchenette but no sink and no communal area for the six girls to socialise. Thankfully we had a living room which we all socialised in but the stairs up to our apartment was a killer. The sofa bed needs replaced and new slats replaced on the beds. The carpets could be doing with either a good clean or changed. New duvets wouldn't go a miss..

In town centre Fire alarm beeped all weekend didn't get any sleep , advertised showing pictures of a living room our 3 bedroom apartment had no living room. Carpets in bedrooms all stains won't ever be back

This property is ideal for hen and stag parties right opposite night clubs and shot bars. We went to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday with family. Our ages from 64 to 33. We had a really good time. Although we were warned about the noise of the surrounding night life we weren't so ready for the noises of the delivery trucks, road sweeping, bottle collection and the draymen. So don't expect too much sleep.

location and Charlie was very responsive to requests. sofa bed was uncomfortable and not enough toilet rolls double bed had a broken leg, which cleaner must have realised but we managed to sort ourselves for our stay.

Great location, affordable, secure, clean and tidy with good facilities It was very noisy at night until around 5am but didn't bother us too much as we were out till early hours anyway.

Excellent central location, easy check in. Nice spacious appartment. Was noisy at night, windows were vibrating from the music coming from the club opposite until 4am, then the bin lorry and sweeper came round so not the best of nights sleep, so either join them in the club or take some earplugs!

the location of the apartment was excellent. the Bathroom & Kitchen wasn’t as homely & welcoming as the bedrooms

near the centre not enough pillows, iron was broken, no plug for kitchen sink, hard beds, had no sleep as apartment is opposite a nightclub that doesn’t close until 4am. lobby area was smelly and dirty and stairs were very steep. in our group we had 2 x 70 year olds that struggled to get up the numerous flights of stairs

the location was great we were so close to all the shops and bars. this is ideal for young people I think or people who aren’t bothered by noise as it is right across from a nightclub. wish there was a dish washer and the deposit was a bit steep but at least you get it back

great base for large groups getting ready for a night out, amazing location as well great pubs and clubs on the doorstep. keysafe for key storage so no need for a keyholder and the coded lock on the front door makes it nice and easy to access if people come back at different times be prepared for the noise, wasnt an issue for us and we managed to sleep through. very warm in the upstairs apartment but we ended up staying on the hottest day of the year. air con would help

nothing! it was like being in the middle of a night club! even if you closed the windows the bed was vibrating! The fire alarm went off at 4am for no reason but got a message to stay don’t touch them no one even came out to see if there was a fire! the fire alarm people come the next day to check and said this is a regular thing!!

location was excellent stains on carpets in both apartments we had booked WiFi code wasn’t on a poster anywhere or cooker instructions.

The location it was really close to everything. The rooms were really clean and a really nice size. It was a prefect place for a weekend away with your friends. It was a really nice property and I can’t really fault it. The only think I could think that would have made it better if there was a mat in the shower as it was a little slippery when having a shower. Also leaving more toilet roll in the bathroom.

Unfortunately this is directly outside Barba nightclub that is open till 4 o’clock in the morning. You will not get a night sleep if you don’t have earplugs. The fact my 23 year old daughter was declined this place yet I (50 years old) was accepted. This is bizarre! as this is definitely a place for the younger generation that will probably fall into the pad at 4am. There is no sink so you have to fill the kettle from the bathroom.

great location and very clean. really enjoyed the stay although fine for our purposes, it was not made clear to us just how loud it would be at night. we of course expected to be able to hear music from clubs but expected a little more insulation in the windows.

Location is amazing!!! Close to everything About 6 foot away from a night club. So no sleep was had for the full weekend. The music stopped around 4am, then the bottles smashing in the bins, then the bin men with the smashing again. It does say no hen/stag parties or loud groups etc, i advised one day we were going to a spa so maybe should of been advised on the noise. it was full of hen parties, and I don’t see the issue with that when its that central to nightclubs etc. you can’t hear anything else because of the music. The base was literally making our full room vibrate. We had an amazing time and we would stay again for a party weekend but anything other than partying the property isnt for you.

3 bedrooms (no living room), spot in the middle of Liverpool. appartment is clean and proper, if a little utilitarian. Location is in the middle of the party district and there are various clubs right across the street, dont expect much sleep.

it’s very central, and extremely close to night life. Easy process checking in and out as the surrounding night clubs and bars are open till 4 am it’s extremely loud outside until the time. I had booked two apartments and we had to share a lot between the two places as things were broken. our toaster wouldn’t push down the bread , their iron would not heat up , so it was lucky we had the two places to make it work. the decor of the apartments is nice but it’s starting to look a little old and used , not as nice as images when booking.

location was spot on, staff wrote to reassure us that it was very central and may be noisy but we did not have any issues with outside noise. There are a lot of stairs if you have anyone elderly with your party contact and ask for a ground floor.

Apartment is directly facing a nightclub that opens until 4am a lot of anti social behaviour and noise. Rooms vibrate with the noise from the music, impossible to sleep until about 5am when the music stops and people clear off the street.

Good size apartments, and a good location. Great communication. A lot of damage in the apartments, an unusable shower in one room due to flooding into the apartment below. Could do with the apartments having a freshen up and replace the broken kettle.

was within walking distance to most places. The apartment is shabby. There was a strong damp smell in the upstairs rooms, especially one of the bedrooms which we discovered was coming from a wet carpet. we were unable to use this room as the smell was so strong. We had water coming through the ceiling on the landing when we arrived which we had to report. One of our party discovered food debris in one of the shower cubicles ( not sure if it was vomit!) On one of the showers cubicles the doors didn’t close properly, so you had to ensure towels were placed on the floor to soak up the water when showering, the shower I. the other cubicle the tap system was damaged making it almost impossible to use. I was advised before booking that the apartment location was nosy at night, which I acknowledged and was aware of. What I didn’t expect was the noise went on until 4am each night, it was horrendous and none of my party were able to sleep! The apartments have a major damp problem, even the pictures on the walls have mould spores growing on them.

The location. The apartment above shower plug was faulty which caused it to all overflow onto the floor which resulted in it pouring through our apartment which then caused all the electrics to trip and sat in darkness unable to get ready for nearly 2 hours. Staff weren’t very helpful and spent more time asking questions instead of coming out to help. The electrics then tripped again on the Saturday morning which resulted in us being sat unable to do anything. There was several stains on bedsheets and mattress. The shower door did not shut as seemed to have come of it’s roller. The noise from outside was absolute awful.

Central location for bars and clubs (due to this extremely noisy) We were extremely angry and disappointed that you have tried to blame us for the issues within your plumbing which is clearly not fit for purpose. As soon as we arrived at the property the shower was clogged with faeces and water. We have photo evidence of this from the same afternoon we checked in at 17:02. We also have phone log evidence of when we called you straight after at 17:03. We had just checked therefore clearly had NOT used this bathroom, it was completely unusable owing to the smell. Following this we had numerous calls through the evening and also provided a video of the circumstances. We were provided with no clear answers and despite being told earlier in the day that maintenance would come and look at the problem, they did not. We informed you of pregnancy and considering there was raw sewage coming through the property we had significant concerns for health. Again, you provided no assistance to us all night. During the evening call we also informed you that there was a fault light on the fire panel, to which nothing was sorted. We also have photo evidence  of a number of issues within the property including a large hole in the wall, a smashed window, and dirty carpets. So much so that we were required to vacuum and clean the property on our arrival, despite having paid a significant damage deposit and expecting to arrive to a property of reasonable standard. The following day, we again contacted you about the bathroom. Having been put on hold we were then advised that maintenance could come and look at this in the afternoon. Following their visit, we were advised that an engineer was required and this could not be fixed, leaving us with one bathroom for eight people. This again caused issues as the one toilet could not cope with eight people and took a significant time to refill. During the same call on Saturday, we advised you that when plugging the hairdryer in it set fire. The hairdryer had no evidence of PAT testing and was clearly...

We loved the apartment. Close to the city center, with lots of good places to eat and shop nearby.

During our stay we had a number of issues. The first apartment was very dirty so we had to be moved to another apartment. The noise from the disco opposite the apartment goes till 4am so we would not stay there again. In the second apartment the kettle and toaster didn't work. The fire panel in the hall also had a silent alarming saying there was a fire on the 3rd floor. The hallway to the apartments was very dirty and had holes in the walls. Unfortunately, one of our sons refused to stay and took the train home along with the keys. After a few phones calls we did get back into the apartment. We where visiting Liverpool for my sons 21st Birthday we enjoyed our time but would not stay at these apartments again. We also have our own AirBnB and the standard of the accommodation was very poor.

We were told about the noise from the nightclub before we arrived but didn't think this would matter as we stayed Monday and Tuesday. we were wrong as noisy until 4am. Lovely apartment, communication was excellent. The apartment is in a great location for nightlife but if you want a good nights sleep take earplugs. This wasn’t a issue for us as we were warned beforehand by the hosts. Would recommend, very reasonably priced.

The apartment is located in the perfect location. The apartment itself was Clean and had a modern style which made it very comfortable. As the some of the rooms were on different floors it meant that sound was never an issue. It also had two bathrooms with showers which was a great addition. The apartment had no microwave at the time our stay.

The location is right across from baa barr which is goes on to 3am but Charlie had informed me of this before travel and I should have done more research regarding location. Lovely apartment and good communication from the team.

If you are young and all you want to do is to be in the middle of the nightlife discos pubs and fun, maybe ok. If you are going with family avoid going here.

Location of apartment was excellent. Collection of keys was easy. Apartment hosts kept in touch. Apartment was in poor condition, Sockets hanging off wall, Apartment floors and tiles were in dire state Beds and pillows were shocking

Easy to check in and good central location. Although noisy but we were prewarned about the noise. Beds were not very comfortable. We were warned three times by email, text and phonecall not to flush anything bar toilet roll down the toilet yet we’re only initially supplied two toilet rolls for 6 people. Due to an issue with the fire alarm we were supplies more but we were told they would not normally do this. If you have a system that breaks with anything else bar toilet roll I would expect to be supplied enough toilet roll. Apartment was well worn. Marks on walls and carpets. Expected higher standard for the price paid.

Clean, tidy, had everything we needed. Easy to collect the keys, and perfect central location, for our group. It is opposite a nightclub, so Friday night was fine, but on Saturday night the music/bass was extremely loud.. We knew to expect this though (from other reviews) and so this wasn't an issue for our group. We were there for a stag do, so the central location trumped the noisy club on the Saturday night.

The heating worked Clean towels No seating or seats beds were practically on the floor very uncomfortable most hangers were broke very noisy but we did expect that due to location large cracks in the tiles dirty carpets

Location amazing but noisy as it’s very central. Plenty of room, easy to collect keys! One of the rooms we had was a little bit dirty and smelled of Chinese all weekend. Noisy outside considering house rules are to keep noise down from 10pm, ear plugs to the rescue :)

We enjoyed our stay, it is in a very central location. Check-in and communication was very good with clear and simple instructions to gain access to your apartment.

Property location was perfect for a hen party, night life right on the door step which is great if you are heading out in the evening, if you are looking for a quiet night in this is not the place to be. The aesthetic was lovely and had all facilities needed. One of the beds was broken upon arrival and had been propped up by a piece of wood but the bed could not be slept on.

Good location, in a very busy area of Liverpool - nearby bars include ink, black rabbit, mccooleys, soho. Newsagent/restaurants/takeaways on the corner and staff are really friendly with good communication throughout the booking. The picture of the apartment was bigger than the one we received. If you’re going for a quiet night NO NO NO. We barely got any sleep due to the noise of party goers and then the street sweeper/bottles being emptied at 8am ? bin bags piled up in the reception area was also a little off putting.

Really nice little apartment, right in town so ideal for nights out or exploring Liverpool. Only problem was the noise of Baa Bar opposite as it stays open until 3am, but that was our fault for not considering the location properly! Otherwise a very good place to stay :)

The place was very clean and check-in was easy. The airbnb is right in front of two clubs. Its a great place to stay if you don't mind the noise and if you are in Liverpool for the night life.

In a great location right by Concert Square and with easy walking distance to Liverpool One and the docks etc. Easy check in process, apartment has all the necessary facilities and was nice and clean. Hosts very attentive and kept in regular contact. If coming back to Liverpool would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment, ideal location for Concert Square and just a short walk to Hanover and Church street- perfect for a short stay. The communication with Charlie was excellent and the apartment was exactly as described. Just 1 thing- the carpets in the rooms weren’t vacuumed as we found some bottle lids and dirt left by previous guests. Overall this apartment was a great find and will definitely return.

great place if you’re wanting to explore Liverpools bars and clubs. The place was nice and clean. This place is definitely suited for those who are wanting somewhere just to crash due to the noise in the early mornings. The hosts were great, couldn’t recommend them anymore

Perfect crash pad after a day session/night out ! Not the quietest since it’s in the heart of nightlife but it was perfect for what we needed, locations was spot on and great price to top it off ! Apartments was very good for the price in a central location across the road from popular bars and restaurants. They hosts were very helpful in giving us information would definitely book again.

Very clean and spacious. Communication was great - always reassuring they were there if needed! Not suitable for a quiet weekend as very loud on an evening due to bars/clubs. No bother to us though as we were partying too :-) bonus - whetherspoons not even 10 yards away!

Overall a beautiful apartment. Relatively small, but finished to a high standard. If you like to have more than 4 hours sleep a night... id recommend staying somewhere quieter because the apartment is located bang in the middle of all the night clubs and bars.
