Facilities were good, clean and suited our needs Didn't like we had to collect and return keys to a different location, was inconvenient, maybe should have a secure box on the property

There is a PESCO just around the corner. I'm traveling with my family through Europe in similar places, and this is by far the worst. Starting with bad communication since I made the reservation, the payment (they never refreshed my paid status), the security deposit completly terrible. The day before my check-in, they wrote me saying it's a pub surrounding place, although they knew in my reservation that I was traveling with two kids, asking me if it is OK for me... hilarious. Then the terrible check-in, terrible terrible information, complicated, unpractical, Unclear, I had to talk to them three times so I could get the confirmation number to get the keys.... finally got the keys, the address....incorrect, incomplete, there were no information o instructions to get into the apartment. So I had to talk again 2 times... finally in the apartment, completely dirty, smoke smelling rooms, dusty, hairy, unsafe. You can't use water in both bathrooms at the same time, the shower from the main room doesn't work, noise everywhere, the window in the main room doesn't close properly, the heater doesn't work. For the checkout, I had to leave the keys in the same place I picked them up. The price is not fair for what you get.

Good location,, nice apartment had everything, clean. First code to collect keys did not work. Keys were numbered up 124, therefore, did not reflect the apartment number on door, it was a bit confusing. Noticed after I rang twice that the number was in a message but not mega clear it just said the number. Maybe better if it said "apartment number is whatever".

Location was good and property was very clean Ensuite bedroom was quite cold, you could feel the breeze coming through the windows. I couldn't get the heating to work but that might have been my fault. No spare set of keys.

Location was great, modern, nice apartment Radiator in en suite room doesn’t work, so was cold in there, had to wash most of the pots and pans as they were still covered in grease, food and coffee, can only get Amazon and Netflix on the tv, the decking on the balcony is unsafe, and the check in process is a nightmare.

The apartment was near perfect. Just the heat didn’t work in the main room. Everything else was perfect, clean and beautiful. The property sent me a thousand emails the previous weeks to the stay. They even called me the day before at 9pm to know about us. What kind of “way to do things” is that? When I needed help picking the keys from a, really far away, different location than it was supposed to, I did have many problems to contact them from text message, email or booking messages. I got charged for the calls and the sms while trying to get the pick up code. They needed 3 code attempts to get us the right one. Because we had a car, but the pick up keys location was way faaaaaaaar from the initial one or the apartment. Disgusting, annoying and THEIR problem. Why they didn’t just wait for us in the apartment to hand us the keys. They should change their manners about it.

The apartment was good with everything we needed. It was a good location linked to the centre of Liverpool. Getting the key was absolutely ridiculous. It was a very long procedure that made us 2 hours late getting in the apartment. We went to the first location to get the keys and it was shut with builders inside. They informed us that other people had been that day to get keys. On looking at my emails there was another address. We walked 30+ minutes in the rain to the 2nd address. Once arriving the reservation number didn’t work! We rang up host and stay but no one was available to speak to us. After numerous calls we got another reservation number it didn’t work- 3rd reservation number it worked!!!! We walked all the way back calling in at Primark on the way to buy umbrellas and finally reached the apartment. We entered the building. Our jet said 124 but the apartments went up to 80. Another phone call to host and stay to find out which apartment we were actually in. Once arriving in the apartment the balcony door was wide open. We checked round to make sure it hadn’t been broken into. We had finally arrived! The only small negatives about the apartment was the toilet needed descaling and the water flow from the shower was very poor. At the end of the stay we also had to return the key across town. It was such a disappointment to the start and end of our weekend with no compensation offered.

Upon arriving to Liverpool we were told to collect our key from muskers newsagents and we found out it’s been renovated for the next few months. Then we we’re sent to another location which was well out of our way and we had plans to do activities throughout the day. Upon arriving to the accommodation when we FINALLY got the keys we had trouble getting into the apartment because on the keys it had number 124 on it but there was only about 70 apartments in the complex. When we eventually got into the apartment the beds were not changed, the towels were also used and there were skid marks all over the toilets. We were extremely disappointed with the hosts actions.

On arrival everything looked ok There were lots of problems Toaster didn’t work fused the whole apartment Cooker grill didn’t work Heater in en-suite bedroom didn’t work Door handle to balcony can off in your hand Rug in living room had to be rolled up as guests slipped and nearly fell Also the mattress on the bed settee was dirty and stained All these problems were not acceptable as I am a loyal Booking.com customer Was very disappointed

No breakfast provided but all the facilities are there for you to make your own Toaster was broken and water issues on the first day but they were resolved very quicky

Apartamento amplio, limpio y con una localización inmejorable. Si volvemos por Liverpool, repetiremos. Por poner un pero, estaría bien algún dispositivo interior de cierre adicional en la puerta principal.

Location was close enough to be convenient but still quiet. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. My only issue was the shower in the main bathroom was either boiling hot or freezing there was no middle ground.

It was clean bright and modern and the balcony was great for watching the world go by

This was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed at. We arrived to find the balcony door swinging open for anyone to enter as the lock was broken and when we brought this to their attention we were told the lock wasn’t broken when we have video evidence that it actually was. We also had a massive leak from the rain in the sitting room/bedroom which flooded most of the floor destroying 2 of the guests belongings. When we told the property about this they had nobody to come clean up the mess or fix the leak and left us fend for ourselves. Although we were offered another apartment it was past 9pm and we were already out and due to check out the next morning at 10 am, so this was not a feasible solution. We were left to clean the mess up ourselves and when we asked for a refund for the inconvenience, stressing and unsafe situation we were told it’s out of their control and that the upkeep of their property is not their responsibility, along with refusing to give us a full refund. This property was unfit and unsafe and the property owners do not care and will happily continue to have people pay an extortionate amount of money to stay in a place that is not safe or fit for purpose! If you want to be safe and stay in a functioning apartment then do not stay here as you will get the complete opposite alongside horrendous customer service. This property was located on Standish Street in Liverpool so if you get offered such apartment…. RUN!

Great location, walking distance to Liverpool 1 etc. Clean, spacious, small balcony, which was nice in hot weather. Had everything we needed. No car parking. Don’t always travel with a car but on this occasion we did and would’ve been great to have a car parking space with apartment as there are lots of car parks around the apartment that must be privately owned as required fobs or pins to get in but were empty at time of our visit.

We are not snobby by any means, but the photos are what made us book the apartment. However, we pulled up outside a pub/hotel opposite the entrance to the apartment which is rundown, wheelie bins were overflowing and rubbish dumped on pavement, graffiti on surrounding area walls. We actually thought we were at the wrong location! A tesco delivery van was parked outside apartment so I checked with him that we were at right place and did he know where we could park, he laughed and advised us not to park out the back of the apartments as we might not have wheels left in the morning! the main entrance door opens without the need of the fob key which is a major safety/unnerving issue as there is a large notice on door saying "If you notice used needles please contact Liverpool Council to safely remove them" ! this notice is also in the foyer! Shame because apartment inside was spotless and modern.

Great place to stay! I purchased physical Everton tickets secondhand and was able to receive post at their office in the city. Totally saved our weekend!

Very quiet apartment in a location close to local amenities. Great facilities and was good value for money We found the process of collecting the keys a little cumbersome as we arrived by train so had to come back on ourselves from the collection point with our cases.

everything looked exactly as the picture advertised.. nice apartment There was no smart tv in the apartment and this was really uncomfortable especially for my kids, it was also disappointing because the property manual stated that there was a smart tv with access to Netflix and other apps which there was not, even after complaining about this, the staff kept posting me till we checked out.. I am not happy about this.

Os proprietarios eram muito rapidos em responder. o aquecedor funcionava muito bem e a cama e sofa cama eram bem confortaveis. Eramos 5 pessoas e so tinha uma chave para entrar no predio e no apartamento. Eu fiz late check out e early check in, mas os lugares para retirada/entrega das chaves eram afastados do apartamento.

Place was really nice Few things let the stay down for us so we couldn’t give a full 5 star rating The place was quite dusty and we found a few hairs around the bedroom and bathroom, they were dark hairs so none of our own sorry The place was really noisy of a morning almost like the seals may have gone in the windows in the main bed room, this bedroom was also very cold, again I’d say the seals in the window. The fridge even though set to one froze our breakfast ingredients, this probably just needs looking at or replacing In these times of high energy bills that will be costing the owners and arm and a leg Overall the place is great, it was perfect for us and great value for money, if the above issues were sorted then this place in my eyes could charge a lot more for what is offered Would we stay again … yes we would Thanks

Fantastic apartment to stay in the centre of liverpool, great facilities too! The Hosts were very easy to contact and gave us all the relevant information to make everything very easy! Would 100% stay here again on our next visit??

Great location

Great place with an excellent location you can reach the city centre in few minutes by foot , well equipped flat with 2 toilets which was very practical for a family , it was clean and quiet neighbourhood with a useful guidance for check in and check out. They have got very responsible team who respond quickly. There was a delay half an hour and in the check in because of housekeeping issue but it was fine . I really recommend it for families, and I definitely will stay there again if I visited Liverpool .

Great location but apartment needs an update. Blinds broken In bedroom and you couldn’t open them. Also not 100% clean. Shower In en-suite didn’t have any hot water. Contacted the team regarding the shower and they were very responsive.

Excellent management of property. Fast communication for any question we had. Great Location, short walk from all major sides of Liverpool. Secure property. fully equiped kitchen and lots of spare towel and bedding. Its the place to stay in Liverpool. Recommended.

decent location, parking was great. some of the doors don’t fully close tight.

Clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. The apartment is on a very busy and noisy road, with traffic all night long. No curtains or blinds on the door from the kitchen to the balcony so lights shone in all night. The furniture is not robust and looking tired. The coat rail fell off the wall one time when we were away. We could not use the car park because the access fob was missing and the management company could not find another one. We have received compensation for the inconvenience.

We really liked the apartment in many points: excelent location, is functional, the check in/out is fast, however should be improved in these points: the rooms has a lot of light at night, is hard for some people to sleep, as well the connection of the wi-fi its complicated but we had support. In conclusion i recommend this apartment. Thank you!

The apartment was in a good location very near to city centre. Was smaller than it looks on the pictures but perfectly adequate for what we wanted. There were a couple of small issues with the shower head in the main bathroom not staying up, the lock on the balcony door was quite temperamental and difficult to lock. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Apartment is lovely and has everything that you need. Situated in a good location within walking distance from the city centre and felt safe walking to and from town. We will be returning for another weekend away.

Well-located, clean and tidy - a fine place for a stay in Liverpool.

We did not have the best stay here. To start with positives: The location was convenient and central. There was plenty to room (2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds) Kitchen appliances all present Things that did not go so well: They did not provide parking access as was advertised, the fob was apparently taken by a previous guest. The team, although polite, were completely clueless about what the property has or does not have and what alternatives could be presented. A neighbour let us in as we were waiting outside for someone to open parking for almost 30 min. Our car was then stuck in the building parking for 2 days. They provided no solution for 2 days until the last day they offered to compensate for outside parking we use. Our plans were completely derailed due to us not having access to the car. They refunded only 20 pounds of the partial refund I asked for which we thought was ridiculous I don't know what computations resulted in 20 pounds equating to inconvenience of a guest. other things that need improvements 1. the blinds didn't work for first 2 days stuck open and they had to bring someone in to fix them (they need replacing) 2. the windows were very gruby need cleaning 3. the balcony door did not have a lock which we thought was not safe I think the main issue is that whoever is managing the property needs to familiarise themselves with it and what is going on in it before and after guests stay.

Super excited since may to come to this apartment and experience Liverpool. It was a little frustrating not being able to check in early but worked out well as we had museums etc to visit. Issue when we were phoned regarding keys - previous customers took them home with them by accident, I think the stress that then gave us regarding security safety and pressure to then not lose the spare keys we had to go collect from office, wasn’t communicated well. Anyways then trying to park in the building followed instructions to go get the fob, but previous customers had taken that home as well. When you go and stay somewhere it’s meant to be relaxing and calming but it was stressful and ruined the start. Again previous clients shouldn’t be affecting the stay and stress of next person staying. When we came in the flat was freezing as the back door for balcony was a pain to lock, blinds were a mess and a hassle to sort, stain and hair on one of the beds, flat looks bare and cold in comparison to the photos. So again made me feel sad that I had booked this for my mums 50th and expected to be wowed when I walked in and was disappointed. So overall wasn’t too impressed really, but we made the most of it.

10/10 for me, will be the first place i call when i go back.

I stayed in a different apartment managed by the tram before so knew it would be a good place. Great apartment, good location! The instructions to access the car park and how to check in are really simple and the team are really attentive if you need anything. Would recommend!

Four of us stayed in this apartment for a weekend in Liverpool. It was perfectly located to explore the city and close to the railway station and had good bus links to the airport.

Great property if you’re looking to do a spot of sight seeing. It was very clean and had everything one would require when visiting Liverpool. The hosts communication was excellent, swift and courteous.

Very clean and modern flat - great for exploring the city centre.

The initial property we booked became unavailable at short notice, and rather than cancel our booking the team were able to locate us another, a positive for a team with a portfolio of properties. The team provided great directions to the property, and helpful instructions to free parking (as onsite wasn’t available at the new property). The property itself was in the perfect location, very quiet considering, with good amenities nearby, great bus links and beds were very comfortable. We had great communication with the team through-out, and would highly recommend.

The apartment was amazing. Clean, spacious and had everything needed for our stay. It was close to all the amenities and only a 5 minute walk which was needed as we had our elderly mum with us. We really wished we were staying longer just to enjoy the apartment.

Secured flat with underground parking that cannot be accessed without a key fob. About a 10 minute walk to town and has a grocery just up the street. Host is very responsive.

The property was exactly as we hoped from the pictures! Excellent location and the free parking spot in a private basement garage was ideal for safe keeping of a car. The team were all very helpful and open to any questions during the stay with an excellent response time. Would 100% stay in another property by the same team again :)

Overall apartment was nice however the light in the hallway was not working as well as some issues with the doors being difficult to close. It would be beneficial to set up key pick up with reception in the building (doormen were very nice). We had to collect keys from a different location which meant adding additional time to our journey on both ends and lugging suitcases around. Also, we had to use toilet roll sparingly and were told when asked for more that there was only enough left as a ‘starter’. I have never been to accommodation where this is the case, especially when paying a considerable amount, it is the least to ask. The apartment itself is nice, clean and spacious and it was nice to have a balcony in the summer. Overall would give 3 out of 5 stars and would consider staying again given the above is taken into consideration.

Absolutely fabulous location and we were able to get to the city centre and the docks really easily. Our hosts were incredibly responsive when we had questions and kept us informed throughout our stay. This apartment is very comfortable and had all we needed for our stay in Liverpool. The only challenge we had was with the car park as the space reserved for us was difficult to get into with a car of our size.

We couldn’t stay at this property due to previous tenants leaving it in a state however the team contacted us immediately and arranged alternative accommodation which turned out to be even more ideal for our group. Was a lovely stay, thank you!

Couldn’t fault a thing! Great communication between the hosts and me, if I needed anything for example the wifi password, they responded quickly with it. Easy access to the apartment, with clean towels, bedding, etc. Checkout was easy, and our stay was brilliant! Would highly recommend!

The apartment overall was really nice. Super clean, stylish and perfect for what we were there for. However, the main bedroom light and bedside lamp wasn’t working which is something I would’ve thought would be checked. Also, almost all of the blinds were damaged - not a huge issue but didn’t look the same as photos. The balcony door was really hard to close/lock! Finally, although there were Great instructions for the check in, the keys were quite confusing. We weren’t sure where the main entrance was and we didn’t realise it was a fob rather than a key to get in. Just something I think they could include on instructions. Other than that we were very welcome there and would go again.

Very good location, close to the city & good public transport nearby. Secure parking under the building, giod idea & cheaper to leave there & use public transport or even walk. Tesco Express 2 minutes away, another well stocked shop too, quiet area & quiet in the building. Everything we needed in flat including washing machine & airer that can be used on balcony. Plenty of seats, 2 double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 en suite. Home from home. Needs new blinds in bedrooms & a lick of paint on bottom of walls but accommodation was spotless & everything you could want

Well equipped and good location. Some traffic noise but expected from city centre location, didn’t detract. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again! Parking a bonus but a little tight; once parked forgot about it! Nice and secure. Good communication and support if required. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

This apartment is good value and in an ideal location for the City Centre and Albert Dock. We travelled as a family of three adults and a child and found the apartment to be perfect for what was required.

Great hosts and great location. The apartment was clean and spacious.

This apartment is in the perfect location for visiting Liverpool. We have family in the Wirral and Wales so being close to both tunnels made travelling very easy. The apartment is a short walk to the centre of Liverpool which meant we could enjoy our week without having to take the car out each day. We booked very last minute but communication with the team was outstanding and made everything a bit less stressful. During the week I had a few general queries and the team responded very quickly and everyone was very pleasant. We will definitely book again to stay next time we're visiting family. The whole apartment was spotless as was the bed linen and towels. Thank you to all involved in looking after our booking.

Good flat. Host communication is very good. Clean and well kept. Doesn't have double glazed windows so seagulls could be heard all night. The parking is safe but didn't get a door key so we had to go in the building first open the parking manually and then get in.

Great location to enjoy the fun of this amazing city. Efficient and easy communication and key arrangement with the hosts. Comfortable space for two couples with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. Amenities need a little polishing up as either dishwasher or oven worked properly. Overall a good base to explore Liverpool for a short weekend getaway.

Place was adequate and perfect for what we were looking for that weekend. We were notified that the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had provided towels and tried to fix it before we arrived. We were also given a late check out, even though we did mess it up a little our end and left later than we were meant to. This happened due to the other members leaving later, but we did happily pay the extra as didn’t mean to cause an issue with the cleaners. However parking was a slight issue as there was two conflicting information with two different numbered spaces.

This apartment does not supply the basic amenities required. The cleanliness of the place was not great. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay , this is not the place . It is located on a Main Street , across from the university . Would not recommend

We had a great stay in Liverpool, the location of the apartment is great it is a short walk away from the centre of the town. The apartment was clean and warm with everything we needed, there is a Tesco express just across the street with everything you need. We would definitely book to stay here again if we went back to Liverpool.

The apartment was spotless, beds were so comfortable absolutely loved it and in fact my girls (13 & 15) asked if we could pick up dinner from Tesco and stay in rather than go out for the evening. Amazing experience, loved it so much didn't want to leave

Spotlessly clean, great location just outside the city centre. Perfect for a short or extended stay in Liverpool city centre

The apartment is stylish and a decent size, only 10 minutes walk to Matthew street so location was really good, especially with parking. Hosts were quick to respond to queries. The only slight criticism i have is the key pick up is a good 12 minutes walk away, which you have to do again once checking out. Other than that you wouldn't be disappointing by using this place.

Great unit located within walking distance of most things in Liverpool. A Tesco located opposite. Unfortunately the collection of keys from 5 mins drive away was inconvenient and the dishwasher wasn't working.

Amazing apartment, brilliant host, very clean and an amazing location. Completely exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be staying in this apartment again next time we are in Liverpool. Can’t thank the hosts enough!

This place is in a great location to walk around Liverpool & I don’t have the best knees. Great that it has a lift if you have heavy baggage or not as mobile as some. The apartment was clean & comfortable with everything you’d need should you wish to cook. Dishwasher was tapped shut so assumed wasn’t working but we were only there for 2 nights & didn’t cook so it wasn’t a bother to us. If you like to sleep in a dark room then I suggest you take an eye mask as the street light shines into the front bedroom. It’s well set up for up families because as well as an en-suite it has a second bathroom which is very convenient. Communication with hosts was very good, always prompt in answering an questions & very welcoming. Overall a great place to come back to after a big day of sightseeing.

Terrible check in procedure!! Two over 2 hours to get into our unit after driving around looking for keys at two different locations, given wrong keys and host was unwilling to bring correct keys to meet us outside unit!!! Finally got in at 10.45, totally unacceptable. Unit had crumbs on the kitchen counter, lamps didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t close so couldn’t use it. Car park was tiny, couldn’t fit our 7 seater so had to park on the street. Then to top it off had to drive to another location to drop keys back!!! Never again.

Lovely and clean. Very close to city centre that has plenty of shops and restaurants.

We'll equipped, well maintained, attractive 2nd floor apartment. The owners keep you well informed in the run up to your stay. From the apartment it's a 20 minute stroll to the Waterfront, and there are lots of bars and cafes less than 15 minutes walk away. Mathew Street is a must see! Recommended.

We loved the proximity from albert dock and cavern club. The place is for young tourists and clean. The host were quick to respond to our requests... thank you for hosting us.

Lovely apartment in a great location, just 10 minutes walk in to town with a Tesco across the road. Parking was a real pull for us and it's secure which is even better. Katy, Joe and Team are really helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I was a bit anxious as this was my first experience with Air bnb and I had no idea of what I was booking and what to expect. The apartment was good, had no issues at all - it was a cosy little apartment We - myself and my family including my children could relax which is what we wanted and best of all it so near the town centre. It was a really nice experience. I know where I will be looking first if I ever come back that way again

The flat itself is in a perfect location. We came up to watch the football and it was a short 8 min drive or 40 minute walk to Goodison Park. It is literally a stones throw from Matthew street and the centre of Liverpool making it the perfect spot for exploring the city. It was great to have onsite parking included in the price. The flat itself was easy to access and was very clean. It was decorated really lovely to and was modern but still with a homely feel. The addition of free toiletries in the bathrooms was a lovely touch. The hosts themselves were extremely attentive and responded quickly when any queries came up. I would highly recommend staying here and would do again myself!

Katy's place was very clean and welcoming and had all the amenities that we required for the duration of our stay but a minor glitch witch was promptly resolved. Location of the flat was very good. It is only a 15 to 20 minute walk from Albert dock and liverpool one and there are plenty of eateries around the place. We will certainly choose to stay with again.

This flat is a great choice for a family with 6 people. It is super clean and has comfortable beds. Tesco is just within a few steps. The area is not that noisy compared to other central flats. It’s only 12 minutes from Liverpool One.? Highly recommended.

Appartement idéalement situé. Parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Nous étions un groupe de 5 et le airbnb était suffisamment grand et très propre.

Very clean stylish, central location. Easy key pick up and drop off from near by shop. Nice balcony to have drinks on after work. Two bedrooms, one en suite, Very comfy beds, plus 2 sofa beds. Nice little capsule coffee maker, all cooking amenities. Cant fault it at all. Never met the hosts, but was no need really, they communicate straight away via Airbnb app. Highly recommended.
