Lovely little flat. Quiet but central. Host n Stay - loads of messages that feel false and lacked substance. I had to message to get the key code when I arrived and no parking available. Uncomfortable bed.

Nothing The double bed was so small,smell of dampness when you walk in , no pressure in the shower ,my son's blanket had dried blood on it and it wasn't replaced,it's not in the city center,20mins walk ,

Mir hat Gefallen dass im schlafzimmer ein Schminktisch war, ebenfalls hat mir gefallen dass man in jeden Raum die Heizung so machen konnte wie man es haben wollte. Der Couch-Bett war sehr unangenehm und es hat sich so angefühlt als ob wir gleich durchfallen würden, ebenfalls hat der Bett massive Geräusche gemacht.

From the first day i complained the bed was too small for 2 people .was told its a double bed. No sleepless nights for the duration of stay . Was told that if a wanted to move i needed to pay £400 EXTRA .ON TOP OF £610 already paid . After 12 hrs tryi g to get it sorted on the phone with host and stay .how may i say are a very jorrible company.who fo the upmost not to help a customer with a complaint passing you from petson to manager . Then just not answering the phone . IN THE END LEFT THE PLACE AFTER 2 SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND WENT TO A HOTEL .no refund compensation . A total disgrace . DONT STAY AT ANY OF THE PROPERTIES THEY MANAGE AS YOU WILL ONLY HAVE PROBLEMS .

Beautiful apartment, it was clean and well facilitated. It is in a good location and only a small walk from the centre. Quiet road with free parking available right outside. Check in and out was easy. There was an additional charge for a security deposit which was not mentioned in the description of the property. (A choice of a refundable £250 deposit or to sign a waiver with a £25 non refundable payment)

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Everything from booking to check out was very easy, with the team being in communication with me throughout. The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and coffee shops. The apartment was very tidy and clean, with all amenities per the listing. Thank you so much to the team for everything, this was a wonderful stay!

Furniture Location Awful smell in entrance hall, clearly some kind of air freshener trying to mask. Similar when entering property, unaired and fousty. Shower head broken, 2 dirty dinner plates, 2 dirty champagne glasses with lipstick marks, unclean dining area Photos and information supplied but they didn’t each out and have given them almost 2 weeks

Very well located. Neat and tidy. Everything we needed I probably didn’t try hard enough but using the shower hot water heater was a little difficult. I checked the circuit breaker as described but must have missed something in the process

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Although it is a basement flat, it felt light and airy. Furniture and fittings were of a high quality and everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Location was ok but for elderly not so much. Not enough towels, bed to small and pretty uncomfortable, decor needs freshened up. Sofa bed/ sofa not that comfortable because it’s a sofa-bed.

Everything is perfect and very confortable. The apartment made our life more easy. We had a little problem related to the heater, but the owners of the House helped us quickly. It has a very good location and is not noisy. We will absolutely recommend it.

Nice place and done what we needed it for. Lovely hosts who were really clear and easy to follow. The flat was nice on the inside, bed was fine and plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking etc. Had problems with the Wifi connecting to the TV in the living room, this was the only minor issue we had. I found the noise around the apartment quite hard to sleep in, with it being near the water a lot of seagulls tend to fly around. So just something to be aware of for the light sleepers out there. Overall the apartment was nice and clean and gave us what we needed for the weekend. Easy to drive to and the parking is ideal (right outside the apartment). I probably won't stay here again as the noise was difficult for me to sleep in, there also isn't much light in the apartment as it is below ground level. Would recommend for anyone that's looking for a busy weekend outside the apartment. If you are looking to chill out in your apartment then maybe look elsewhere. Thanks again!

It definitely was a 'cozy apartment', close to many places we visited Hmm... as we were in the basement, there was a lot of noise as in walking, moving things around, doors banging going on above us, which was annoying, but that was like from 8/9am till about 6pm

Great location and easy to get to. 20-25 min walk into the city centre so we enjoyed the walk! Car parking permit is great! We changed our check in to 3pm a month before. However, when we let ourselves in, the place was not ready. We were offered a late check out (11am) but we didn’t utilise this as we wanted to set off home early (4 hour journey) As we had the basement flat. There is a smoking area outside, where the bedroom is, so didn’t really want to open the window.

Good location. Great lounge space clean Bed was quite small for 2 people The neighbour had an alarm that went off every morning around 1am for 4 minutes. A loud buzzing sound that woke us up every time

Amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful and just what you needed to come back to after exploring Liverpool all day. It was in a lovely neighbourhood and only took us around 10 minutes to walk into the centre which was fab! Communication was AMAZING with Katy & Joe’s team as they were constantly helpful and ensuring everything was okay. Will definitely be staying here again it was lovely! ?

Every thing about the appartment was to our liking Was not informed clearly that we should of parked on the side that said "permit and resident holders only" we assumed that both sides was ok to park the car until we went to the car to pack our luggage when leaving after 3 lovely days that we had parked on the side that was pay and display!!! Just hope now that we dont get a parking fine eventhough we clearly had the provided ticket for our free parking displayd on the dashboard.

Nice apartment, well furnished ! big space will everything to cook, the living room with big tv screen (Netflix available for free ?) Bedroom also with a tv, good bed. Heater is nice when it gets cold (it is during the night in Liverpool?) Location : 4-5 bus stops from the center. Nearby walking distance you’ll find supermarket, coffee shop and pubs ! Lovely place and the hosts threats us with some chocolates at our arrival and communication was really easy !! We will get here again soon for sure

Great little apartment with an amazing TV and everything you need - clearly had a lot of effort put in to make it clean and well appointed! Neighbours are a bit noisy and the water pipes a bit creaky which might disturb a full night’s sleep. Hosts great with comms and were very happy to help out when I needed an updated parking permit. Recommend hot water bottle and earplugs for chilly or noisy nights!

We booked a stay in Liverpool for my birthday, a family of 4. The apartment was lovely, very clean, all appliances were modern and well kept. The bits and pieces in the apartment to use, such plates, glasses etc were great, fresh, new and well looked after. We arrived to a lovely box of chocolates and card. The beds were not particularly comfy; one sofa bed the children used (which needs a new topper as it was very stained) and there weren’t enough pillows, only one each. Also as the host knew 4 of us were going it would have been nice for us all to have a towel. We received various packs with local information, check in details and parking permit information which were very useful and contained all the relevant details however we did receive lots of messages from the hosts when all the information was in the packs, which I found a little off putting. When I needed to ask a question, the hosts were quick to respond. It was a very pleasant stay and would recommend; close to city, ample free parking and a beautiful little apartment

Katy, Joe and team were very prompt with communication and always helpful if I had any questions. The area was quiet and the location was an ideal walking distance from the city centre. Check in was straightforward and the flat itself was very clean with a lovely cosy interior. Plenty of appliances for a short or longer stay. Nice little extra notes like the Nespresso machine and toiletries. Was so enjoyable to stay and would definitely return!

This apartment is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. There were 3 of us (it’s advertised for 4) and we felt very cramped. As it in the basement the corridor leading to it was very dank and inside the flat was cold and bit dark. The heaters worked well. It is situated really nicely in the Georgian quarter and is nicely positioned for the Chinese quarter. It was easy to get pretty much anywhere in Liverpool from here.

My stay at Katy & Joe’s apartment was wonderful. I am someone who is meticulous when it comes to cleanliness and organisation so to have found somewhere that ticks those boxes was perfect. Check in was super easy and stress free thanks to the simple yet descriptive file in the G oogle drive provided. The location was brilliant, also. Set in the quiet and pretty Georgian quarter of the city. Luckily, the weather was very pleasant during our trip, so me and my partner walked to and from the city centre which took us only 20 minutes. Additionally, the parking permit was brilliant. Right outside of the building is a long road of street parking so there was always plenty of space. With regards to decor, I loved how modern Katy & Joe’s apartment is and it is evident that a lot of time and effort has been invested into perfecting it. I would highly recommend this stylish apartment to anyone visiting Liverpool!

The property is in a great location, not far from city centre and a walk away from lil shops and restaurants. However, the property in itself is smaller than the pictures portray. We arrived and many areas of the property were unclean, which we had to clean ourselves. The floorboards are uneven and lifting all over the property, causing myself and other guest to trip and fall on numerous occasions. We informed the hosts of the issues and got constant and persistent messages and communications asking to let a cleaner and housekeeper into the property for the entirety of our trip. Despite us telling them we had already cleaned the areas we needed to. Maria, their Senior Manager has been quite accommodating and helpful.

Excellent location for exploring Liverpool by foot or car. Very well stocked apartment. My wife and I had a great time staying here.

Very comfortable flat, well equipped with everything you could need. Beautiful area to stay in, wide quiet streets and lovely Georgian architecture. Walking distance to city centre and Albert Docks.

We rented the flat for a few days as we needed a comfy place to work and visit Liverpool. The flat is really big and really well furnished. The management even left some washing machine pods after I asked if there was a washing machine in the flat. The area is really quiet and there are many restaurants and pubs just a few streets behind.

Beautiful clean apartment with lovely finishing touches. It was a joy to come back to after our busy days in Liverpool.

A great basement apartment that is in a great location to bus stops and the university. I stayed for week with my husband and toddler son and it was exactly what we needed! The hosts are also very helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with good communication regarding arrival and location of keys etc. Having milk tea/coffee and butter was helpful on arrival. The sofa bed was easy to put up. The apartment has two large TVs...one in the living area and also in the bedroom which was a good idea. The apartment was a good 15/20 walk to the centre so nipping back and forth to the apartment wasn't an easy option.

Really nice, basement apartment within walking distance to town. Close to supermarkets, cafes and bars. Bathtub is a little high to get into to use the shower if you are on the shorter side or have any mobility issues. Would stay again.

This is a great location for exploring Liverpool - it's within easy walking distance of both the centre and the docks. We found the self-check in very straight forward and parking was easy (plenty of street parking just outside the flat) and there is a permit provided for guests. We had a very comfortable stay, thank you.

The property was easy to check in to and really good communication from owners. Parking available on the road was a bonus. The interior design, modern and clean decor was lovely. there were lots of added touches such as coffee, tea, washing up products which really made us feel comfortable during our stay. Its a beautiful apartment let down by a couple of big things for us. As a couple we found the main bed very uncomfortable which led to many sleepless nights. We thought it was due to the mattress, but we found the bed slopes into the middle. Every time we tried to sleep we just sloped in the middle. The bed was also quite small. It’s a shame as the main reason for a holiday is to rest and sleep comfortably and we came away feeling more tired. We also felt we couldn’t open the main bedroom window due to safety and being right next to smoking area, this is something we benefit from when sleeping, so I’d recommend having a safety latch on the window or a boundary so people can’t access the window right next to smoking door.

Meticulously clean and tidy as shown in pictures. Location is great for Philharmonic pub, catherdrals, nice places to eat and an easy walk into the city. The communication with the 'host' took the shine off our stay. We were asked to share personal details of all guests for test and trace purposes. I have never been asked this before and didn't feel comfortable doing so especially as test and trace is no longer applicable. I politely asked if sharing the details was still applicable. I received a reply saying 'We expect your full co-operation'. This tone of communication didn't feel in the spirit of air bnb to me. There was a little confusion about the deposit that is written on the advert.

I stayed in the apartment with 2 friends on a shopping weekend in Liverpool. It was a 5-minute Uber into the centre and was quiet, modern and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The apartment was immaculate and the communication with the hosts was clear meaning that check-in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this apartment and will be staying here when I travel to Liverpool in the future.

A lovely property. We found the bed uncomfortable but aside from this had no other issues with a well set up & lovely property.

This is a very clean, modern and well-appointed apartment very close to the centre of Liverpool and with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Well connected and perfect for venues like the Philharmonic Hall. What is not mentioned on the listing at all is that this is a basement apartment, so it lacks light - this is not a problem during the winter months but it may be a different story in the summer. It is however very quiet. The kitchen is on the basic side, and there is no dishwasher, which whilst not a problem in itself means you have to hope the previous guest has good washing up skills! Apart from this everything was in order.

The hosts were easy to contact, it was clean and in a great location. Would stay here again if am back in Liverpool.

The flat was very conveniently situated within walking distance of the centre. It was very comfortable, warm, well equipped and organised. I used the sofa bed in the living room and slept extremely well in it. Although the flat is in the basement, it had very good day light and was also very quiet. I would very happily stay there again.

The apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. It had everything we could need from a Nespresso coffee machine to mini condiments and all the pots, pans etc you’d need to cook. The guestbook had all the info we would need so we were never unsure about anything. The luggage storage option in the centre was also perfect as we had an 8 hour wait for our train. Communication from the hosts was great and I really appreciated how easy and quick the check in/check out process was. 10/10 recommend!

i adored my stay in this liverpool place! easy no contact entry, beautiful and fitting decor, and stocked out with everything i needed. not too far from tesco and a few bus stops as well as other food options and close to mountford hall, where i went to a concert while here. i would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice stay at Katy & Joe's apartment in Liverpool, the flat was just perfect for a couple on a little weekend escape. Decoration is really nice, the flat is cosy with everything you need, the location is quiet and not too far from the fun (recommend going to the Baltic market just a 15 min walk down the road). Highly recommend!
