We experiencing bad experience stay in this property, 3 days we never take shower due to the water flow is too low as well as no HOT WATER. The water heater not running, we have reported to the host since we check in but they never respond seriously our report. THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY.

Lots of space in the property for our party of 5. Great location and comfortable beds. Poor communication. Address to collect keys was wrong. Email received with instructions on how to locate the property were completely wrong and implied it was on the first floor via lift. Conflicting information about car permits. Was led to believe permit was included when it was not. No welcome supplies inside flat. Several radiators not working.

Bra størrelse. Gode fasiliteter som stue, kjøkken og soverom. 2 bad som er bra når man er mange. Alt var bra, bortsett fra kalde bad. Ingen varme i verken gulvet eller annet på badene som medførte veldig kalde baderom.

Large spacious apartment. Bit shabby even though they are meant to be new build but then I guess not all guests treat a property with respect. However, location is perfect. Quiet situation. Well equipped and comfortable. Would stay again but would check the negatives out first Negatives Was told a parking pass for one car available. However when we got there no pass. Said we would get a refund for parking charges. We will see. 6 people ( 2 families) but only 1 key. Meant to be a second on back of door. Not available

Really difficult to find my way to the appartment, but luckily there was a person in the reciption of the building and did take us outside and then round to the back to find it. The return of the key...We really did use quite a lot of time to think about how to return the key, because we left early and the kiosk was not open and we could not find the postbox...

Decor. Location. Size of rooms. Quality of sofa beds. Quality of towels and bedding. Not enough glassware and mugs. Poor water pressure if both showers or a shower and a tap were used at once. Volume of duplicate messages from host.

Lovely apartment very clean and large in size. Saucepans extremely rusty need throwing away.Apartment cold radiators didn't work apart from dining room. No tin opener.Drug dealing taking place at back of apartment near garage parking.

Great location in the centre of Liverpool

La ubicación No estaba limpio. Eramos 8 personas y para tres días solo teníamos 2 pastillas de lavaplatos, 2 rollos de papel higiénico, no había estropajo, no teníamos jabón para fregar... eso sí, te exigen fianza por si rompes algo (había una copa rota y la encimera también rota, ya podían haberla repuesto con las 25 libras que te hacen pagar y no te devuelven) y que dejes el lavaplatos puesto. Pedí que nos repusieran y no apareció nadie. No lo recomiendo para nada.

The flat is really spacious - all of the rooms are both a really good size. The whole place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the beds are comfortable. The parking space is quite small and if your car is on the bigger size getting in and out of it is difficult. The building door nearest the property doesn’t shut properly when you leave the building. People booking this property should be aware that flat is on the ground floor - there are net curtains & blinds for privacy but we did have people looking in during our stay.

Very bad experience...an arrival approx 7pm at a keynest shop requesting a six digit code not provided by the agence Host & Stay. Poor communication and at last a code addressed after several hours and no urgency communication possible. A back up solution found by ourselves, dishonesty and no responsability taken by Host & Stay. Keep away from them !

The closeness to the city center We were a group of 10 people at the beginning but we ended up being 12. We've messaged the property and they said there was space for 2 more people. When we've arrived there were only beds and towels for 10. We've called a customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. After insisting they said a manager would call us but we never heard back. They also said they would bring towels but never did. Also there was supposed to be a hairdryer in the apartment but wasn't, the water pressure was really poor, and there were only two toilet rolls which for 12 people a weekend is obviously not enough. Just to remark that the costumer service was really poor with the answer being that there's could nothing they could do and that we could fill in a complaints form.

Location and size of the apartment were superb. It was spotless when we got there and had a brilliant 3 night shay Nothing major to highlight.

It was clean and spacious and fairly central Not being able to check in slightly earlier than 3pm and there was no power in the showers at times it was only a trickle of water

Nothing! I could make a long list of things I did not like about this accommodation. Just to mention a few: cleanliness was not great, missing items in the kitchen, some heaters were not working, they sent lots of long useless messages before the stay, they requested a deposit or payment fee for damage (?) before arrival, the address/entrance of the apartment was wrong. But these are details only. The worst was that they left my entire family (8 members and 1 baby) waiting outside the accommodation in the cold because the keys should have been collected in a shop which was 25 min away from the apartment. This was because the shop where we should collect the keys in the first place was closed. It took us over an hour (at night, in the cold) to resolve the situation and get inside the apartment. While calling them, thousands of apologies, but no solution to the problem. Absolute no respect for myself and my family!

Spacious. Lovely decor. Lack of instructions to find the car park and apartment. Lack of security and several encounters with homeless people in the car park and corridor. Crockery not clean and glasses cracked. Needs a deep clean In the bathroom.

Great accommodation, and the host was very helpful via text messages. Easy key collection. Would highly recommend

Very spacious and comfortable for everyone. The location is also great. It wasn’t very clean inside, especially the bathrooms so I had to do quite a lot of cleaning myself before we could really settle which wasn’t very good. The heating didn’t work well everywhere so we had to report a few of the heaters. The allocated car park space wasn’t very easy to access and the instructions to the actual apartment were a bit confusing and depend which entrance you use. The process of calling customer services was quite draining…

Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location with private parking. Can walk to city centre easily from there. Access point was via a back street which is partly closed to traffic at the moment due to building works. As a result, the street was a little dirty outside and also quite deserted at night when returning to apartment.

The Aartment was lovely, it had everything we needed and good facilities. The apartment was clean but I feel that the carpets could have been cleaner. I understand when you rent a property out the carpets aren't going to be spotless but there was a lot of hair on the carpets which I feel could have been cleaner. The building the apartment was in was very unclean at the entrance with garbage lying everywhere but that's obviously not the hosts issue. Location wise it's about a 20min walk into the centre of the town which was fine for us.

Location was perfect the space in the apartment was great and spotless I had to contact staff to help with navigation and the were really helpful. The building works around the apartment was terrible with the use of noisy equipment meant we were woken at 8am .We couldn't open the blinds in the day due to workmen outside of the window. The car park and access to the apartment was difficult to find and the car park space was difficult to get in with a large car and bin location made it impossible to access. We were advised to use the lift on arrival and access the apartment along several corridors non to clean and extremely off putting. In fact there was a door to the left of the car park which led you straight into the apartment it would have been useful to have been advised of this.No working fans in the bathrooms and heated towel rails. The bed matress on at least one of the beds could do with replacement it was rather saggy.

I liked the design and the modern kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfy and having two bathrooms was great. There was tea and coffee. The view was of a construction site and as we were on the ground floor and the windows fully opened we could not leave them open for security reasons at night. If it had been hot it would have been unbearable. The construction work began at 7,45 on a Saturday morning for several hours and as it was less than 20 feet away was noisy. The spare keys had no key fob on that worked so we could not use to enter the building leaving us with one set that worked. No fan in the bathroom. Not enough crockery e.g. 7 cups so once used had to wash up again.

The space within the apartment was ideal. Location was ideal, comfy beds and had everything that we needed. The rooms faced on to a massive building site, noisy from 7.45am until around 5pm. The apartment was not 100% cleaned prior to our arrival, plates, cups and cutlery still marked with food. Alot of marks on walls, doors, mirrors were dirty, stained rugs and floors were dirty.

Very poor water pressure meant an awful shower. dirty mugs, ripped towel and bedding, very stained hall rug. communal area to flat smelt horrible and was in poor condition. Very noisy location next to a building site! The car park was near impossible to find and parking space was near impossible to get in and out of.

it was decorated in a modern way, stylish and cosy! the heating was really good and kept the apartment very warm throughout which was great after a long day exploring. huge spaced out apartment with loads of room. really trivial things (if we had to be critical) such as the blinds in the windows in the living areas as street was a public walk way and many people looked in when blinds were open. (would be better to have shutter blinds so could have daylight in the living area without people looking in. really couldn’t fault the property and felt great staying there.

De grootte van het appartement Er was nauwelijks schoongemaakt. Dit doorgegeven aan de host. Deze heeft opdracht gegeven om nogmaals te komen schoonmaken. Maar er was minimaal gepoetst. Dus echt schoon was het nog steeds niet. Ook was er een erg lage waterdruk, en deden de kachels het niet in de badkamer en gang. De handdoeken zagen er wat smoezelig uit, en roken niet heel fris.

Spacious, clean, comfy beds, reasonably well equiped, good hot water supply, excellent enclosed secure parking. Poor ventillation in the bathroom, lighting in ensuite and bathroom not adequate at mirrors. Heated towel rail not operating in bathroom, needs a coffee table access to apartment inconvenient as nearest access door did not operate properly. Insufficient cleaning materials/products provided. Instructions for radiator controls incorrect and controling was complicated.

excellent location, good price could do with a few little touches, salt, pepper, an extra tea towel, a cloth in the kitchen as well as the sponge, cleaning spray for surfaces, needs a lock of paint on places as the finish is a little shoddy and the fob for the door outside doesn’t work so have to walk all the way round the building.

Smart apartment and very spacious! The location is great, so much to do around this area. free parking space was brilliant as it’s not cheap to park around the centre. Great apartment at a reasonable price!

The apartment was immaculate inside. There was plenty room for everyone and the open plan living and kitchen was perfect for some down time. The apartment was a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The shower water pressure wasn't great for us all to have a shower.

Ideal location, excellent apartment, well equipped, nice decor, beds comfortable, even sofa beds. Getting keys from a newsagents 200 yards away, be better with a key code on door, but that's how the building is, not a big deal. Building work next door, but that cant be helped.

We enjoyed our stay, the flat was clean and tidy It was not easy to collect the keys and the map directed us to Pall Mall but the entrance was in the road behind. The nearest door to the flat was broken, you could get out but not in, and one kick and anyone could have broken it. Because if this, Access to the flat was difficult, up a flight of stairs, along several passages and down more stairs, not easy for the elderly or someone with small children. There is a building site adjacent and workmen a couple of feet from the bedrooms windows, which made it noisy.

Beautiful apartment, fairly central, quick responses in general, very comfortable, easy access to fold out couches (best I've seen yet). The key fob was falling apart and wasn't dealt with quick enough so we ended up getting locked out but luckily someone was leaving the building and we got into our apartment with our key. It was early in the morning. Staff have been good to respond and come up with some resolutions and hopefully it won't happen to anyone else.

The apartment had everything that we needed and the location was great for exploring the local area.

It was an amazing location, nice and cosy apartment. Beds are very comfy and the extra radiators were useful!? There’s a safe parking space too The apartment wasn’t cleaned as well before we came. The floors were sticky and dirty. The mirrors weren’t clean, I would recommend to get a deep clean and maybe change the cleaners ??
