Lovely views and location if you want a sea view. Clean and spacious , very good value!

Great views of sea Comfortable bed Wood stove Shops within walking distance The apartment had only one mug and that was dirty. No toilet roll, no dishcloth or sponges. Very little washing up liquid. Sink did not drain properly. Could have done with some basic instructions about the thermostat. Boiler developed a problem but a service engineer arrived pretty quickly.

The stay was absolutely lovely! When we had a question the host responded within a couple hours and they were super polite. The sea view was stunning and it was right on the front so you could go for a walk along the front within 30 seconds of you leaving the property. We would absolutely recommend and stay there again if we need to!

The apartment was in a great location with an amazing sea view. It was comfortable, modern & clean & very close to a good selection of bars & shops.

Location, interior design, comfortable bed

Absolutely everything. The apartment is located a 2 minute walk from the town, train station and beach. The bed was incredibly comfy, the bedroom itself is huge and waking up to see the sea was wonderful. The entire apartment is spacious and decorated with a nice modern twist. Kitchen had everything we needed and the added extra of the fancy coffee machine made mornings that little bit nicer while enjoying the view. I could go on and on, we wouldn't just stay here again, we'd move in tomorrow if we could That it's not my home

A few drainage issues that will hopefully be addressed after we left. As other reviews have mentioned the Accidental Insurance as an extra £25 cost or deposit less admin fee is annoying. This could be incorporated in the pricing and should only be a couple of £ per day if you Google and insurance comparison website

There were no tea towels . Also no cupboard for vacuum and ironing board so in corner of the room. Own goals for an otherwise fantastic property. Public Hall way a bit wiffy but don’t let that put you off

We had a nice enough stay, location was idea and stunning decor - but overall not the usual Airbnb experience were used to. The main issues we had were with the additional deposit, which came through via a separate link not affiliated with airbnb and the flats cleanliness. There was a £50 cleaning fee, however, the property wasn't clean or well kept- the table had multiple stains, the hob/kitchen surfaces were sticky, the bathroom floor dirty, crumbs on sofa/kitchen and moulding windows. The skirting boards/doors were dirty too and marks on walls throughout. We didn't report this as stayed for two days for a wedding and didn't have time to. However, other reviews mention similar issues and expected cleanliness/upkeep to be addressed. There was also a bare minimum approach - 1 tea towel, 1 loo roll, no salt/pepper, 4 coffee pods (one each for 2days). Its a shame because the decor was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and location great - but would need to improve for us to recommend.

My partner left some clothes in a drawer in the bedroom. I emailed Host and Stay when we returned home and they said they would check with the staff but nothing was found. I replied and asked them to check again as there were definitely items left behind and I heard nothing back. I will never book with Host and Stay again as the items were left behind and obviously the cleaners took them; not happy!!!!!

Saltburn is lovely and the shower was great. Poorly equipped and unnecessary to be asked to pay for insurance waiver. Took an hour to get into the property after they didn't issue the lockbox code. Very dated communal areas.

A perfect little bolthole for 1-2 people. Beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. A short walk from the beach. Will definitely book again!

This flat was exactly as described. Has a great location just off the main promenade with a sea view to enjoy while sitting at the dining table. Supermarket a couple of minutes in other direction. All very clean and well presented with lovely big rooms.

Great location, amazing view. Beautiful apartment. Beautiful bathroom, shower tiles just need a good clean. Ideally, at least 1 bottle of cleaning spray would have helped but no cleaning materials provided at all.

Lovely view out of apartment window. Large apartment. Comfy bed. Good shower Very draughty. Cold blowing through badly fitted doors and old windows. Mugs need replacing. Kettle in need of de scaling.Bed didn't have a mattress protector on it or pillows. This has already been brought to your attention in other reviews. Sky TV wouldn't work even though we tried 0000 as instructed. Shower tiles dirty. Outside area not nice. Still enjoyed our stay. Dressing table needed in the bedroom amd sockets in better places. Seems a shame with it being that large a bedroom it isn't utilised .

The position The fact that the charge of £10 to return my credit card payment for damage deposit very essesive for a press of a button so much so I will not be booking with host and stay again

We had a great time in saltburn and the location is perfect, plenty of free parking although I imagine this is more difficult to find in peak times. The place was great and so spacious. However the bedroom is far too bright in a morning. The small blind and very thin curtains do nothing to stop the sun beaming in. And we found it really difficult to sleep past 5am. The shower also needs to be grouted as it’s abit of a shock when you walk in. Although the shower itself was very powerful and nice. We have already booked to come back to another Host & Stay in Saltburn with my family.

A very spacious, light filled apartment with sea views. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed, sofas and wonderful shower! Hooks or a coat stand in the hall for (wet) outdoor clothing and oven gloves would have been useful, but everything else was perfect!

The view, the location, the decor and cleanliness were all excellent I particularly liked The toiletries and the whole sustainability ethos It needed more kitchen equipment. Oven gloves, a pan scrubber kitchen towel a fish slice. More coasters, so you could put a drink on the bedside cabinet. The bed was rather soft for us but that is personal taste. The most disappointing thing was that there was not a mattress cover or any pillow protectors. This surely should be a must in any holiday let

What a lovely apartment. Clean, spacious and perfectly located.

Great property, excellent location for exploring Saltburn and surrounding area. Property had everything that I needed for my stay. After booking there was a 'blitz' of emails from Host & Stay - These contained lots of small print but it wasnt easy to see that further action was required. I didnt realise that there was an extra step to take to pay an additional £250 deposit. This was realised on the day of my stay and the process was not easy - I ended up paying twice despite being told that my payment had not gone through. I managed to gain entry by the property by good chance, the details coming through from Host & Stay some time after my 'check in' time.

Lovely modern apartment, very spacious & high ceiling with huge windows with a view of the sea too! Comfortable bed & a tv in both the bedroom & living room. Dog friendly too which is a fab bonus! No complaints here :)

Ocean View is a nice space with sea views but is a bit sparsely equipped. Not even salt and pepper in the kitchen! The hosts were responsive and everything works well, especially the heating. Clear instructions but beware of the additional compulsory insurance that is only mentioned after you book when it can be too late to cancel. They did give us a great rate to stay an extra night which we appreciated.

High price and extra insurance demanded. Property wasn’t kept in acceptable condition. No kitchen roll, tea towel, large pan for cooking. Glasses weren’t clean and soda needed a vacuum when we arrived Lots of paint repairs needed, external windows had mould from untreated condensation Owners probably need to look closely at what needs doing and not charge guests for insurance for staying a couple of nights in a property that doesn’t really deserve such special treatment ! Not up to the expected air b&b standard !

Location, sea view 1. I and passers by whom I asked for help, couldn’t open key box. Need detailed explanation on how to turn the top switch once code has been keyed in. 2. I am elderly and no mention of vertical staircase with only one handrail 3. Wonderful shower but needed a hand rail and non-slip shower mat.

Spacious flat, fantastic views and perfect location for exploring Saltburn. Easy parking on the road outside. Very quiet and clean.. Massive TV with sky and good TV in the bedroom with Sky. Good Wi-Fi.

The flat was clean and well presented. The location was perfect! So close to town and also to the beach! We didn’t cook in the flat but the kitchen appeared well equipped. The check in was easy and the information guide that we were sent about the property was easy to read and helpful! We stayed here in February and the flat was lovely and warm, the hearing was effective and easy to adjust. Thankyou, we really enjoyed our stay at Ocean View!

Loved it . Lovely apartment and loved the extra touches like the milk sachets in the fridge . Great place to stay in Slatburn. lovely view

They are taking a deposit from us which I didnt see from other airbnb hosts. When we want to early checkin to property they didnt let us by saying the cleaning have to be in its good standart. Then we arrive to property we saw that the sofas are really dirty. There was dust and dirt on them which really disturbing. Then we cleaned by vacuum cleaner and wipe by detergent. I guess if they give us a cleaning fee rather than a deposit fee would be better.

Apartment was gorgeous, very cosy and homely. Also had Sky TV for the nights you can't be bothered to go out. Close to restaurants, cafes and saltburn beach. 100% worth the price, can't fault it!

Lovely modern and clean space. Great location and easy to find. The hallway and stairs in the building had a horrible ‘wet dog’ smell and sometimes you could smell it in the apartment too. The only thing missing from the apartment is a curtain on the kitchen window as everyone can see in. Other than that it was the perfect apartment for a holiday and I would definitely recommend.

The view from the apartment exceeded our expectation as on the images on Booking.com didn't show the view from the side window which is incredible! The space was perfect for our needs. The apartment was lovely and warm on arrival which was greatly appreciated. The smell of cigarette smoke was v strong in the landing. The utensils, glasses and plates weren't super clean so we needed to wash everything before we used it. A dishwasher would be perfect to solve this problem. There were a lack of cooking utensils could have done with a few more to cook properly. The bin lid was broken so a new bin needed. The mattress protector didn't fit the mattress so the bedding moved down the bed during the night which wasn't ideal. There was no wood supplied for the wood burner. The sink in the bathroom doesn't drain properly and the shower tray nearly flooded when taking a shower.

Wonderful, clean apartment in a fantastic location with the local shops, restaurants and beach all in very easy reach. The street parking was never a problem and we were usually able to park right outside the property. We will return!

The flat is lovely inside - exactly as pictured. The communal areas of the building could do with a little update but I didn’t think they were awful like some previous reviews. The location is great too. Only a couple of minutes walk to either the town or beach, and great views of the ocean from the living room & bedroom. I had an issue with the heating when I arrived but I reported it the next morning and it was sorted within a few hours. The flat was very quiet & peaceful while I was there. I thought the bed was going to be but too soft at first but I actually found it very comfortable & slept really well. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pans, crockery etc although I didn’t cook at all during my stay. The two couches in the living room look lovely but aren’t very comfortable for relaxing & lounging. The mugs in the kitchen were stained. I managed to get one clean and just used that one the whole time I was there. The rest could do with a good scrub though. As other reviewers have said, the amount of emails from the company, leading up to my stay, was really overkill & off putting. Having to pay a £250 damage deposit plus £10 admin fee also seems very wrong to me. If there are admin costs associated with a required deposit, surely the company should absorb that cost.

absolutely beautiful flat! we could have holed up here for a week and not moved. super cosy & comfy with free on street parking just outside and a 2 minute walk to the beach. the views of the sea out of the apartment windows are better than the pictures show. wonderful stay, we will definitely be back! x

The apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of sea views and a log burner. The building did not look appealing on arrival and the smell in the hallway downstairs and on the stairs up to the first floor is truly dreadful. The stairs themselves are very steep and you want to get past them as quickly as possible. There needs to be somewhere to put a towel near the shower and basin and a shelf for toiletries. The mugs in the cupboard were not very clean which was not surprising as there is no dishwasher and there was no washing up liquid.

lovely little apartment. Perfect for what we needed. Very clean, very modern, fab location. Mattress was on the softer side, not a fault, but something to be aware of if you prefer something firmer as we do. The communal areas could do with some attention, a strong smell of wet dogs as soon as the door is opened and generally a bit dingy. Fine once inside the flat. Outside would also benefit from some TLC. Think the damage waiver of £25 of the deposit with a fee of £10 is a bit naughty.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The sea view is a great bonus and we will definitely be revisiting this apartment. The area is nice with plenty to do and the residents are very friendly.

A good location for access to beach and town. View from bedroom and sitting room of the sea! Flat is spacious. Few housekeeping issues, to which the company was responsive. Noisy neighbours (not the hosts fault) and communal areas aren't very pleasant.

Ocean view Saltburn This is a lovely spacious clean apartment with lovely sea view from lounge. Bed very comfy in a spacious bedroom with plenty of drawer / wardrobe space. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower. Kitchen well equipped. Will definitley book again Easy parking and very central. Great places to eat and drink. Tomahawk seaview restaunt allessi and coco and rum all very good Try the cons club .very friendly and a lovely beer garden on a summer evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Even got a wonderful sunny weekend. Entrance to building not the best but once in apartment all good.

Its modern, clean, so comfortable and had everything needed for the perfect stay. The location was brilliant. The entrance to the property needs a little updating but it didn’t put us off.

You can’t stay by the sea without seeing it! We got a bit of a view and it was just like the photos. So that met expectations. The decor and furnishings all went together and it made the apartment feel relaxing. No hooks to hang coats. No good in bathroom to hang clothes. Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Needed a bolt on the inside of the flat entrance door. None of these are deal breakers.

we were visiting family so well situated for us. we travelled a long way and wanted to get in the property earlier but got told it was 4 pm only since the cleaner needed to access the property. the accommodation is booked until 10 am but we were still there when the cleaner tried to access the property at 9.45. really annoying and she watched us struggle trying to get the key safe open to return the key. it also would not have taken her 6 hours to clean the property and therefore it was annoying we could gain early access.

Really nice place. Second time we have stayed. A few more kitchen items would be ace such as espresso cups and maybe slightly more attention to detail on the cleaning (a bit dusty) but all in all really nice and spacious. Lovely view and area. Will most likely be back again. :)

Great sea views, spacious lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Good location for all amenities. Parking space available outside the entrance. Smell of a mix of cigarette smoke and air freshener in communal entrance hall. Very noisy bathroom extractor. Dirty toilet brush holder (we bought you a new one). Cleaning equipment on show in lounge - not pleasant to look at. No bin liners available. All these issues have been raised by other guests over time and should have been resolved.

A very spacious property with a very comfortable large bed. The heating worked well. Yes there is a sea view and the property is very well located. The TV was very good - great to be able to pause and record! The coffee machine is a Nespresso so coffee was good (new pods available at the Sainsbury's nearby). The Marine Hotel looks uninspiring from the outside but served excellent beer and food (although they were clearing away menus before 7pm so get in early). The bathroom fan is a little noisy but a bigger problem is that it isn't very effective at clearing away the steam.

We loved the flat and was very sad to leave. Beautiful airy, elegant rooms with high ceilings. Looked nicer than the photos. The view of the ever changing sea was priceless. Did not want to leave. Would love to return.

It was in a great location, warm very clean everything we needed. Bed comfortable, lots of space in the flat. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very loud and came on when you put the light on, which at night did wake me. It would of been nice to have a king size quilt cover on the double bed. These are the only things that were a small problem

beautifully decorated and furnished… spacious with sea view after we booked we received a request for an additional payment for compulsory damage insurance of either £10 or £25 depending on the option…. this should be mentioned prior to booking and included by Booking.com in the advertised price. ‘Host and Stay’ who manage the property sent at least 10 long emails and messages leading up to our stay …. this was excessive and unnecessary

This is a lovely place to stay individually or as a couple. It has a comfy bed, the living room furniture looks and is comfortable enough to spend an evening watching telly. The dining table looks out towards the sea, although there are amazing places to eat nearby instead too. Bathroom is sizeable and clean, shower is warm but not hot. Hosts organisation organised Christmas decorations, which was a nice touch. My only minor issue is the fact that this host organisation demands a damage deposit (of which £10 is non-refundable as an administrative charge) or insurance payment (£25). It’s not a lot, but it makes the booking process a bit more complicated and time consuming than other Airbnb bookings, and feels not quite in keeping with keeping payments to the Airbnb platform.

This was our second time in a host & stay property in Saltburn. We stayed in a different one last time but fancied a change this time! Ocean view was perfect. Situated near the sea so I could hear the soothing waves! Close to the all the bars & restaurants & a stones throw from Sainsburys. Great place & We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend Ocean view & Host & Stay xx

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views and location, we really enjoyed our stay. A few things to make the apartment even better: -some hooks to hang coats / towels -a shelf in the bathroom as there is nowhere to put toiletries products / toothbrushes Note that the bed is really soft and bouncy which isn’t to everybody’s taste.

Nice flat with a view overlooking Saltburn. Good parking outside. Nice coffee machine. Nicely decorated Good TV - bring your own Netflix/Prime login - Sky box channels are the basics only but all works fine Comfy firm sofa bed - I was sleeping there by myself so fine but two people will find it too narrow especially due to the join in the middle. Bathroom was nice but extractor fan was too loud (maybe a fault) and will keep everyone up until Kitchen was good - but some repairs needed on oven (tips forward). The pots and pans, cutlery and crockery were of low quality Communication was a let down - I had pre advised 4 people staying but only one towel and no duvet cover on sofa bed duvet. I texted and phoned them. Clearly a big operation with lots of flats and even though I had informed the night of arrival of the missing items and they replied will drop off next day. Next day they advised housekeeper was too busy to attend and unlikely to send until day after. I needed to be quite pushy and someone did drop some extra towels off later. Also got some auto random text saying departure date was one day earlier than booked. All in all a good flat, some miscommunication by the company which I am sure they can easily rectify

The location of the apartment was brilliant, the view was lovely, and the decor was beautiful. It was easy to get around and the sea front was literally at the end of the road. The photos in the advert were accurate. Pretty well equipped, was nice to see salt and paper and some cooking oil. I walked to Marske by the Sea on the beach which was well worth the walk. Even though the apartment was non smoking the smell of smoke in the bathroom was overpowering. As i am a non smoker it was horrible, despite leaving the extractor fan on most of the night the smell didn't dissipate until i'd been there a couple of days. Pretty unpleasant. Also the apartment was very cold when i got there 16degrees, the heating didn't seem to be on a timer as it didn't come on until i switched the boiler to 'on' rather than timer and increased the temperature on the thermostat in the bedroom at about 8pm, I'd waited for the timer to kick in? I would have liked to use the wood burning stove but there were no instructions and no more wood which was a shame. It would have helped to have more detailed instructions for the fire and the cooker, i didn't realise straight away that you have to set the timer for the oven to work?? I would have liked to see a visitors book for recommendations for cafes restaurants places to visit, if there was one i couldn't find it.

The location was great close to the beach, shops everything you need. The view from outside with the scaffolding up didn't look very nice. Also my daughter was obsessed with the cleaning things I understand why they are there but it was very annoying.

The apartment was spotless. All fixtures were of the highest quality and couldn't be faulted. The views across the sea were stunning and the close proximity to both the beach and the town centre were ideal. Sky TV in both the lounge and bedroom was a nice bonus. Parking was a bit hit and miss. As we went in the real hot period, people were still using the beach at 8pm and, due to the close proximity to the front, this meant Diamond Street was a prime location for them to use. Saying that, we always got parked within 20-30 metres of the property. Although the documentation said there was a silent period from 9pm to the following morning, the person in flat 3 obviously didn't think this applied to them. Every night they were playing music fairly loud until well after midnight. As we were sleeping with the windows open, due to the heat, we could here the beat of this music which did prolong the time we were awake before dropping off. As we had only booked for a handful of nights, we tolerated it but I can see it being an issue for someone who books for a longer stay.

The scaffolding which appears to have been erected months ago is still in place at the window in the living room where the table & chairs are situated. It does indeed obscure the sea view. We were not advised of this prior to booking. It is such a pity as the flat overall is a nice space. There is no washing machine or dishwasher so not suitable for a family holiday. And there is no storage space for cleaning equipment. A bucket & mop are behind the living room door. A vacuum cleaner & ironing board are at the side of the wardrobe in the bedroom. This detracts from the look of the flat. There wasn't much left in terms of basic essentials - one toilet roll, a trickle of washing up liquid & no batteries for the TV remote controls. The last guests had turned the TV in the living off at the socket behind the wall mounted television so the maintenance man had to come & fix it. Minor things but they all add up. The scaffolding was the major issue. This made the flat NOT the 5 star luxury accommodation as billed so we have asked for a refund which we have still to receive.

Great well managed apartment in a lovely location with free parking. Lovely little restaurants and cafes within a 5 mins walk. Love Saltburn and we'll definitely return.. I'd happily recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Lovely flat with fantastic bay windows offering views of the sea. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is great, and the rooms are a great size. Really close to the funicular railway, lots of places to eat nearby.

The location was excellent. The apartment was large, modern and spacious and had everything needed. The views of the sea were unexpected and welcome. As others mentioned there is scaffolding on the building and the communal entrance is below standard but as soon as you enter the apartment you realise the exterior is not indicative of the interior.

This property is highly recommended due to the views and the location of it. The property was extremely clean and comfortable and ideal for a quiet get away. The view of the sea from the property is much more better than the pictures shown and getting to it is also very easy. Sainsbury's at the top of the road was useful and there are plenty of places to eat out at aswell as the ease of plenty of choice for deliveries.

The flat included sky tv, a log burner (you need to bring your own wood), nespresso machine, bedding, towels, toiletries and all the pots, pans and utensils needed for cooking. Would definitely recommend. Free parking outside and at the bottom of the street. No noise from surrounding flats. Flat is located on the first floor. Host and stay were amazing and fully contactable throughout the stay. X

towels and bathroom smelled of smoke, like someone had been smoking in there while cleaning.

Lovely apartment, fresh, clean and modern. Bed was comfy and was warm with heating. Nice to be able to make a warm drink on arrival with milk tea and coffee provided. Good sea view while relaxing.

The location was excellent, parking was easy, the apartment was very clean. We did appreciate the milk in the fridge. We booked the apartment for 4 people, there was only bedding and towels for 2 people! There was no instructions on how to make up the bed in the living room. There was an extractor fan in the bathroom which rattled and kept us awake at night! I don't consider this value for money.

Lovely lovely apartment. Saltburn is absolutely gorgeous. Booked on a complete whim and to escape life for a weekend. It did the job perfectly. Well equipped, value to money and stunning views. Absolutely adored our stay. Location was perfect, check in was smooth, the guide book was so helpful. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for helping us re-balance!

Beautiful apartment. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Comfortable bedroom, and lovely sitting room. Modern and clean - whoever did the design/decor has a wonderful eye. However the apartment is one of many, in a rather run down, typically seaside Victorian building, which has certainly seen better days. Also the neighbours were a little on the noisy side, so take your ear plugs. When we stayed in Sept 21, there were significant building works going on to the roof which meant there was a lot of scaffolding up, somewhat obscuring the sea view. So maybe check before you book. Parking was dead easy, and felt reasonably secure. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket in the centre. The apartment is perfectly located to be near enough the town centre for convenience, but not too close that it's noisy. A one minute walk to the cliff tops, and then some steep stairs down onto the beach. Saltburn is perfect for a quiet break - though be aware that the funicular to the beach isn't always operating. We were asked to clean the apartment when we vacated due to Covid...which isn't ideal when you're on holiday. i understand this was the precursor to a more thorough clean before the next people arrived, but not the best way to spend the last couple of hours of your hols. A couple of weeks after we departed, I received an email form the owners asking if we had noticed any damage to the property when we arrived. I replied in the negative, stating that the flat was beautiful and well maintained. I sent photos which we had luckily taken upon arrival and departure and heard no more form them. Very odd.....despite this we would stay again.

Wonderful place near both the beach and the hustle and bustle of the charming town. Communication and recommendations were outstanding and the place was a perfect fit for a couple's getaway getaway

A nicely styled apartment in the heart of Saltburn. Shabbier in real life than pictures suggest and entrance into flat not very nice. Would've been nice to know scaffolding in front of windows and roof works taking place. Wouldnt stay again at this price point.

The Ocean View flat is really well presented, comfortable and has amazing sea views. It’s in a great location for Saltburn station, right in the town with cafes, shops and bars nearby and the stunning beach a few metres from the front door. Would highly recommend.

This is a great little apartment, very comfy especially the bed. Location was perfect and it has great views.

The apartment was lovely and clean, well decorated with great facilities. The location is fabulous, with genuine view of the ocean, beautiful beach and places to eat. Saltburn is a real gem. Only issue we had was the sofa bed didn’t really work so my friend had to manage with the sofa; but we did manage!

Really great apartment, location looked out to the sea and at the other end of the road was a nice little street for food and drinks. Very easy to get to the beach and surrounding shops, also a great location to branch out to visit other towns.

A stylish, well equipped flat, in the perfect location.

Mixed feelings. The apartment itself was lovely. Clean and comfortable with nice decor, lovely furniture and everything we needed. The coffee machine and sky tv were good touches. However, on first seeing the actual building and the entrance hall I literally nearly turned around and went home. The outside looked scruffy and dirty with scaffolding around it, weeds in the garden and a rusty sky dish. Awful. Once inside, the hallway was grubby and dark with a horrible damp smell. Yes the windows had a sea view but as a result of the building work I guess, they were filthy so you couldn’t really enjoy the view. Especially not with scaffolding poles and ladders right outside blocking the view. I was thankful that no actual construction of renovations were going on whilst I was there if I would not have stayed. So in conclusion, lovely apartment but horrible building at the moment and as a result I would not return until it was finished and upgraded.

A light modern airy apartment, in a great location.

Such a lovely apartment right by the sea with sea views from every window. The apartment is styled with modern interiors and are more than enough for a seaside break. Worth noting that the apartment currently has scaffolding surrounding it, with what looks like work being carried out at the apartment above. Luckily during our stay no construction was being done.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean, very comfortable and very handy for the sea. Lots of lovely eating and drinking places close by on Dundas Street. Wasn't complete oasis of calm as lots of building work going on in the building and adjacent properties. Scaffolding on building was not an issue but some of the work started quite early and was rather noisy. Would love to stay again but might enquire regarding status of building work before we rebooked.

The flat itself is very comfortable and well equipped (though no dishwasher), with views of the sea from most windows. It’s very conveniently located for town and beach and we had no trouble parking. The flat is on the first floor which isn’t mentioned in the directions. Unfortunately at the time of our stay, there was scaffolding all around the house and suspect that the dirt and grime from the building works accounted for the disappointing state of the entrance, hallway and the flat windows. Luckily, there weren’t external building works going on during our stay, although there was noisy building work in one of the other flats on one day of our stay - guess that can’t be helped. The managing agents were very responsive and helpful.

Lovely place in perfect location .

The location is perfect and you’re only a hefty stone’s throw from the beach. The flat is neat and modern but the furniture isn’t great for Lumbar support and the soft bed doesn’t help. The chair in the bedroom is exceptionally hard. Salt & Pepper would have been a nice touch. We were locked in on the morning of our stay as the door handle mechanism failed.

Great apartment, great location and plenty do right on your doorstep.
