The apartment is very spacious and all bedrooms are impressively sized. The bedrooms and living areas are well decorated. Two bathrooms for large family is also welcome.<br/><br/>A great location. Lots of local amenities and transport.<br/><br/>On arrival there was an overwhelming smell of curry/curry powder. We had to open all the windows as this was quite overpowering. I'm not sure how long the smell was left in the apartment, however, our bed linen and towels smelt of the same, which was quite unpleasant. <br/><br/>The second bathroom wasn't clean on arrival. There were dirty towels and hair on the floor and sand in the sink. When I contacted management I received no initial response until I sent a chaser message. The response was unproductive. No offer of an urgent clean or a refund as a gesture of good will, just a 'we will do better next time message', which served no purpose to our stay.<br/><br/>The kitchen is meant to be for equipped for self catering, however, tea towels etc were not provided. This would be a nice touch so that you can dry and reuse dishes.<br/><br/>The above was disappointing as the apartment is great and in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay in Saltburn, a group of friends enjoying a day at the beach and then the pubs nearby. The space is huge and the 2 bathrooms were very convenient for 6 girls to share!

I booked the flat as a Father’s Day weekend get away. It’s so well positioned with lots to do in walking distance. A great cafe downstairs and lots of free car parking. The photos don’t do it justice such a gorgeous flat and so spacious. The hosts were so helpful and responsive and sent a local guide of suggested things to do and places to go which was so helpful.

Great apartment right in the centre of saltburn, close to the beach and all the fantastic bars and cafes. <br/>The apartment was comfortable and perfect for a short break.

very stylish 3 bedroom apartment with large lounge and kitchen and 3 good size double rooms with shared bathroom and seperate shower room<br/><br/>The property was lacking beer and spirit glasses <br/>there were no oven trays and only one pan which would be a problem for a longer stay. No washing up liquid or dishcloths provided

Great location, close to transport, shops, cafes. Lovely comfortable apartment, with beautiful furnishings, clean & well maintained. Walking distance to the seaside & popular attractions.<br/><br/>The stairs - was a little difficult when carrying heavy luggage, but that was the only negative

Location excellent, freezer useful ( needed defrosting ) beds comfy, shower and bath good . Tv and Wi-Fi good .<br/><br/>No tea towels , I have bought some for the flat . No oven gloves, this is dangerous and I have bought some for the flat . Insufficient cooking bowls and needs another saucepan. Only 6 forks ! ( Crockery and glasses generous . )

Size of rooms, cleanliness and central location. Lovely decor<br/><br/>Some of the doors creak, needs a bit of oiling. Tea/ coffee facilities not listed on inventory. Had brought our own so was fine.

Firstly I want to start off by saying the stay was great. The hosts were very responsive and replied straight away. Instructions to get into the flat were easy to follow and the flat itself was very nice. <br/><br/>There were however a few issues:<br/>-There were ‘carpet bugs’ in the flat,we reported this straight away and Host&Stay were fast to respond stating they would sort the issue out, but when we found them on the bed and asked for clean sheets they stated they were sorry for the bugs but there’s nothing more they can do<br/><br/>-Next they took a deposit which I understand but this was not done through AirBnB and also the full £250 comes out of your bank account and is not refunded until around 10 days after your stay<br/><br/>-The shower and the taps were broken. This was in the kitchen sink and the shower head. Water would not get cold or hot and sprayed all over<br/><br/>-The downstairs neighbours were very loud and were arguing into the night. Not much host could have done but something worth mentioning

This was a great spacious place and looked just like what was advertised on the photos. <br/><br/>The bedrooms were comfortable and the blinds were well fit. They added to the rooms. <br/><br/>The kettle was broke, the lid flicks open while boiling. The bathrooms are new and the shower broke. The fixture that allows movement between the rain and shower head. <br/><br/>It could be improved by having more pans and roasting pan as the kitchen and dining space is great. <br/><br/>A lovely stay, great location, well furnished. A good Airbnb experience.

Great property and host would highly recommend

Just back from four nights at this wonderfully decorated flat. It is spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The beds are so comfy with great linen. The location can not be bettered in the heart of Saltburn.

perfect for us

The apartment was spacious with lots of natural light. The bedrooms are all a good size and the beds were comfortable.<br/><br/>There are a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment and it's located opposite a pub/bar which was very noisy at the weekend with people outside late at night.

Lovely and spacious flat in the centre of Saltburn. Would definitely stay here again.
