The Space
Apartment 3 @ Queens Court has an open plan kitchen and living area.

LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN
With a comfortable grey sofa and a TV, it’s the perfect place to relax on an evening. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals easily. A sofa bed can also be made up here upon request, increasing the occupancy of the apartment to four.

BEDROOM
Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a spacious room with modern styling. There is a double bed with premium bedding to ensure you have a blissful night's sleep. Hangers, bedside tables, as well as sockets, complete the space.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, WC and basin.

Apartment 3 is part of a four-apartment complex at Queens Court sleeping up to 8 guests, or 16 if you opt to have the sofa beds made up in each apartment. If you are looking to book a stay for a large group you can reserve Apartments 1, 2 and 4 as well and enjoy exclusive use of the building. Neighborhood
Apartment 3 @ Queens Court is located in the popular coastal town of Scarborough. Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours.

There are a number of beaches for you to choose from too. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty.

Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 15 minute walk from the property where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.

Getting Around
Apartment 3 @ Queens Court is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within 1 hours’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey.

Scarborough Train Station is a short 15 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.

Nice clean apartment. location good for town & park. Good to have the parking permit to park right outside the apartment. Warm heating. Good electric radiators. Quiet in the apartment, no noisy guests The bed base is broken underneath. There is no support on the base at each side of it. It need replacing, as does the mattress. Not adequate to expect guests to pay for this. My husband and i had a very bad back every day from this bed. In the kitchen area, one very small saucepan is not adequate to cook dinner, especially when staying over Christmas. The radiator on the stairwell is not working. It was switched on, but no heat. It was very cold when going to the bathroom. The bathroom itself also very cold. One tiny radiator was not heating the room. The comfort factor is the main thing when having a holiday. We have never slept on a worse bed ! We would not stay again.
