House in a lovely area with great views. Very spacious plenty of room for our party of 12. All the bathrooms were lovely, super modern. Nice little outdoor seating area too.<br/><br/>The walls/skirting boards were scuffed/marked <br/>One of bedrooms upstairs had a couple of lats from under bed broken on floor.

The house was spotlessly clean and airy. Location fabulous and gorgeous views from the property<br/><br/>Parking was a problem but the gentleman who lived next door was extremely helpful. He is an asset to people staying at the accommodation.

Overall things were good, only complaint was a problem where bed slats from one of the bedrooms had fallen out with the mattress left exposing them. For the price I did expect that this would have been resolved before we arrived.<br/>We were told that we would receive check in details before arrival but had to call the office an hour after check-in and it took me a couple of attempts to get in touch with someone to send the lockbox code.<br/>Just be aware that there is an additional charge for insurance of £25 or a refundable £250 deposit (with a £10 non-refundable admin fee). Make sure you factor this in as you won’t be able to check in until they have this sorted.<br/>Location was great however as you are only a 2 minute walk away from the front.

The house needs a deep clean in places and a lick of paint here and there to bring it up to the standards in the photos but this did not detract from our holiday. The house is great for a large group, it has great views a great location and there's lots of space inside its a bit like the TARDIS - it seems larger than the external dimensions, a really great space and the terrace is in sun all afternoon. Easy walk into the town centre and some great restaurants, the harbour is a stones throw and South Bay and North Bay close too. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again a great space.

The house is in a great location for all amenities and the views are fantastic. The rooms were all modern and clean with everything you need for your stay. There were 11 of us from age 12 up to 75 and there was plenty of room for everyone to have there own space and a lovely yard to sit and look out to sea. I would definitely recommend staying at Ocean Pearl and would like to visit again in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to beach and amenities but above the hustle and bustle. Wonderful views of the harbour and bay. The proporty had everything needed for a large group. Lots of spaces for people to be together. Plenty of bathrooms.

Great location and a lovely house for a large group but is in need of a little bit of maintenance and redecoration to bring it back to the standards on the pictures. Yard is great and amazing view from most rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay in Scarborough. There were 11 of us (family get-together) so great to have such a spacious house, nicely furnished and comfortable beds, and enough bathrooms for a large group. Great location in Scarborough, quick walk to town and the sea front. It was nice to sit in the garden having coffee in the mornings. Would recommend for large groups, there is enough space for everyone! For provisions, there is a Londis nearby and also M&S Foodhall in town, about 10 mins’ walk. We ate at Embers restaurant, about 20 mins’ walk away, fantastic food and drinks. We will be back!

Beautiful house , perfect location and very spacious , I paid what was asked in full , then I was asked for a further £25 insurance which should have not of been asked for as they know perfectly well they have cover , and I was also asked for a £200 damage deposit , I refused to pay the £200 but agreed stupidly to the £25 .<br/>The house is easy to find and easy to enter , so the instructions were 100% spot on .<br/>Sadly the main kitchen area wasn’t clean , and we had to clean before we could eat , the sink was stained as was the drainer with bits of food under it , there was mould inside the freezer , kitchen bin pedal was off , and all the blinds was thick dust , these is just a few of the faults , all the stairs where stained , and on the 3 rd floor plaster was actually falling of the ceiling onto the bed , this is a house that just needs a deep clean and some tlc , . I have complained but the host is slow to respond , I would like my cleaning money back as the house had not been cleaned

A really lovely house with super comfy beds. <br/>Great set up and a lovely view. <br/>We had such a lovely time, other people mention parking but it’s absolutely fine there is a car park opposite.

Lots of black mould on silicone around shower tray. Water leaking from behind the shower controls, down tiles onto shower tray<br/>One of the other showers also had a large section of black mould. Think it was 1st floor to right of stairs<br/>Stairway could do with a lick of paint

It place for a mini gateway, the Seaview was amazing, not far from city center. Its also a very peaceful environment. Will definitely recommend

This was a gem of a find <br/>The house was located in an amazing position, with wonderful views out to the sea!!<br/>The description delivered everything and more <br/>Every detail was thought of from tea and coffee so you can have a cuppa when we arrived to toiletries in the many bathrooms. <br/>The quality of the furnishings and decor were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows (there is usually never enough). <br/>There was more than enough room to be together as a family but to also have your own space <br/>We are looking forward to rebooking so we can share a break with our friends <br/>I would highly recommend this property

Good location, walking distance to the beach. You can see the sea from the windows. <br/>We have 6 adult 6 kids, 5 bathrooms is good for us. The kids also enjoy the living room. <br/>Very close to public car park, free parking from 6pm-9am.

A lovely house overlooking the harbour.Comfortable for those rainy days and ideally situated for exploring the town when the weather s better.

Stayed here for a weekend for my mums’s 50th birthday with the whole family. The location was 1 min walk from Scarborough promenade, the house was bigger than the pictures so this was an added bonus and the views were amazing!. the host was very responsive to us. <br/>Only thing to let down was that there was only space for 1 car to park by the house. Saying that, there was a 24hr car park right next to the house located on the promenade and easily accessible from the house via steps.

We are not really happy with the services you provided. Nightmare experience ever. There is no toilet roll in the house and we arrive at night. We can’t have any toilet roll at the first night. Smelly disgusting dirty clothes not picked up and left in the house lobby. Car parking experience is horrible. It is not acceptable that renting a 14 people size house but with only one parking permit even not a permanent space. We had 3 cars in total and had to pay the parking fee ourselves.

Really nicely presented. lots of space. We had twelve family members and room for the children to play and the adults to chill.<br/><br/>Probably the parking as only one space although we did manage by using car park. it wasn’t a major problem and we did know there was only one space.

Wow what can I say the house was amazing 11 of us went for my step sons 30th it was perfect the kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for us all to fit the only issue is the stairs and parking as my step son has low mobility but other than that it was great would definitely book again

Little bit overpriced.

Lovely property - if anything the description on the Airbnb site doesn’t do it justice . For some reason we thought there was only one bathroom . There were 5! <br/><br/>Great for a large group - we had an elderly person with us and it was great to have bedrooms , lounge and bathrooms on the first floor. <br/><br/>Very close to the seafront . It’s uphill , but most properties in Scarborough are ! <br/><br/>The top floor has quite low / beamed ceilings as they are attic rooms . <br/><br/>There were nice touches like multiple hairdryers / dressing tables with plugs nearby etc. Plenty of glasses / crockery etc / plenty of nice towels and comfy beds . Nice, big dining room too . <br/><br/>Nice outdoor area overlooking the sea - sadly it was too cold to sit out there in January . <br/><br/>Well maintained , lovely house , friendly neighbour who helped us when we were struggling with a stiff lock on the front door ! <br/><br/>Would definitely recommend this property for a large group .

Not applicable.<br/><br/>We suspected that someone had been in the house, we returned one night and found the door was not fully shut. We were certain we had closed it and nothing was missing but slightly worrying nonetheless.

Location was good as close to the sea front, however, we came to Scarborough with a group of service users and could not get parked close enough to the property to unload our luggage as we were in a minibus, therefore, our elderly service users had a lot of steps to contend with and carrying cases up and down the steps was not easy at all.<br/><br/>Everything in the property was lovely apart from the baths being on the top floor with sloping low ceilings. Two of our service users got stuck trying to get out of the bath and showers are not ideal for carrying out their personal care.

We were a group of 8 adults, layout of the property means you can spend time together or apart!

Location perfect. Short walk to the beach and attractions. Great sea views from the property. Outside table in secure yard for breakfast in the sun. We were a family of 11 and everyone was accommodated in comfortable bedrooms with a large dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Suited our part of 9 down to a tee. Only 1 en-suite but not a problem due to layout. Lovely views across the bay and decent outdoor space too.<br/><br/>Only 1 key for access, kept in key box. A couple of members of our (elderly?) party struggled with this, resulting in either having to phone up others inside (difficult due to signal issues), or loudly knocking. Also meant that they were unable to return on their own. Actual lock on door was problematic at times too. <br/>Parking was known about, but was soon sorted out by the lovely neighbour. We didn’t move the 2 cars that we got parked up until we left, whilst the 3rd parked elsewhere.

Photos don’t really do it justice - the place is very spacious with a great layout. Set back from everything but also close enough to walk everywhere.

Great location within easy walking distance of both North and South Bays. <br/>Lots of crockery,, glasses etc to use. Well designed and styled with pretty much everything looking new. <br/>Nice seating and lots of different spaces for people to relax or get together to socialise. <br/>Lovely outside space with amazing views. WiFi excellent. Showers, hot water pressure etc all spot on. Would absolutely stay here again..<br/>.<br/><br/><br/>.<br/><br/>Had a great barbecue but couldn't find utensils. Appreciate the fact that we had a tumble dryer but would be good to have a washing line or rotary airer to dry clothes. <br/>Not much parking but didn't impact on us as we arrived by train. Maybe a 2nd set of keys supplied as standard would be good. <br/>These are just little suggestions and otherwise we would say the place was fantastic...

The location was fantastic- just up the hill from the harbour and see front. The house was excellent for an extended family group with the 6 bedroom s and 5 bathrooms. Lots of plates, cutlery, glasses etc which was appreciated. Beautifully renovated and decorated to a very high standard. Only sorry that we couldn't stay longer.<br/><br/>Just a couple of tiny minor things- no bedside socket in one bedroom and no dust pan and brush?<br/>It would have been useful to know about the parking permits in advance. Luckily the neighbour was incredibly helpful in supplying us with the correct permit.

If you get the chance or questioning wether to go or not, go, its an incredible place. 5 stars on everything

It was a lovely place and looked very much like the photos provided. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and have a great time after finishing our A-levels. The owners were lovely and the location was also perfect as we could walk to both the beach and a local convenience store in just a couple of minutes which was great.

This is a truly wonderful house! Furnished to an extremely high standard throughout, everything has been thought off. The location is spectacular, right on the edge of the harbour and a five minute walk to south beach. The outside terraces are beautiful and a lovely spot to sit in nice weather. The beds are extremely comfortable and conducive to a good nights sleep. Parking is an issue as the property is on a narrow cul de sac with only 4 parking spaces for the properties on the road but there are car parks very near by. Unfortunately, as we were there on a busy weekend (forces weekend) these had all been closed. The agents were very attentive and quick to provide info on request. Overall though, a spectacular property - I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
