Three Bays

Amazing space!<br/><br/>Nothing

The building is beautiful, with high ceilings. The rooms were light and airy and the beds were very comfortable with white cotton bedding. <br/>It was great having a car parking space allocated. The position was great with easy access to the spa, beach and into the town which is a short walk. <br/>It was quiet and secure. Furnishings were modern and the flat was well equipped.

The location and facilities<br/><br/>The beds and towels etc were clean (and the beds were extremely comfy) so we didn’t complain but the property was let down by the cups and plates in the cupboard being dirty, which may have been from other guests but the floors hadn’t been hoovered/mopped (there were m&m’s on the floor in the lounge) and the floor at the kitchen was sticky. There were dead flies etc around the painted shut sash windows in the lounge.

This is a lovely flat in a good location<br/><br/>Unfortunately the toilet was left in a bad state of cleanliness .Also the agency gave misleading information about the parking,which took some time to sort out as the labels in the lot are unreadable .The check in was stressful as there is no proper address for the key safe and the key safe had no number on it .I had to write it on after a helpful person told me which one it was.<br/>they didn’t pick up the phone for me to ask at the time .

Very nice spacious apartment. Short walk to cliff top and 10 minute walk to the town.<br/>Everything you needed was in there

Great house, very spacious and clean.<br/>Everything in working order and the location was ideal for trips down into Scarborough as everything was walkable. <br/>Washing machine was a life saver with 2 young children

Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet.<br/><br/>Would have liked a better map and description for the access to the key safe. Preferably to be handed the key by a friendly person greeting us.

although we found it very hard to locate the property even using a sat nav in our car, when we finally arrived we were very pleased to see our apartment was really lovely ,it was clean and airy bright and plenty of room for the three of us .my mum and myself are register blind this apartment was perfect for us both, it had every item you would need in a kitchen for cooking ,the bathrooms were spotless ,there is instant hot water . a very lovely place to stay and close by to the town centre too. the parking area was very easy to access . host and stay answered any queries we had straight away . although the key box was a few minutes walk away it was easy to find. highly recommend I will definitely stay in that apartment to again.

Location, spacious<br/><br/>Lack of maintenance in certain areas

Appartment was nice and clean and great being on ground floor. All amenities were nice and location ok for us as a middle aged couple but elderly or less mobile may have struggled to get anywhere.<br/><br/>Access having to get the keys was a bit of a pain and parking unclear appartment 4 Bay 10. We were advised bay 10 so took a phone call to sort out. Insurance or safety deposit should be done at point of booking not in a email with a link that is missing so another phone call was needed.

The bedding<br/><br/>The apartment was filthy. The glass furniture in the cramped space was problematic with a toddler. There was no tea towel or milk, which apparently there should have been.

Good location<br/><br/>Lovely spacious apartment, cleaning below standard, onsuite bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, brown toilet bowl, shower cubicle unfit to use, scum round sink, dirty mirror and towel rail. All cups ,plates, utensils had to be washed before use

The location was great. Lovely apartment. Just lack of hot water/ bad plumbing. Needs some bathroom fixtures repairing. But overall ok

Convenient location close to the city centre, also the flat is very clean and tidy.

Next to beach reasonable prices for beer n food

The location the place it was lovely the beds were lovely and comfy and the area felt safe and was ideal!<br/><br/>Needs a few updates and altho clean could do with maybe a deeper clean on occasion to keep it topped up.

Lovely apartment with good parking and good location. Very spacious. Noisy at night though on the ground floor was woke up at 3am due to either flat above or people on the steps outside bedroom window

This is an attractive well furnished apartment in a character Victorian property. There are steps outside up to the front door and the vestibule is unprepossessing. <br/>We were required to pay over a £250 ‘damage deposit’ the refund of which was somewhat tardy. Also a cheeky £10 addition ‘admin fee’.

Good location<br/><br/>Only 1 set of keys provided for a group of 4 people really needed a second set.

location as great, apartment was spacious though the fridge and freezer was nitnin great working order therewere stickefson the electrical heaters sang do not use but not i formed prior to any booking.<br/>hot water runs out quickly.

Close to the venue that we had booked for a concert. <br/>Within walking distance to the town centre <br/>Felt safe<br/><br/>Could have been cleaner , dust on surfaces <br/>Damage to bathroom floor didn’t look appealing <br/>No hot water on the Saturday evening - pushed boost on the programmer but didn’t heat up in time . Unsure why

It’s a very nice apartment, the only thing imperfect is that we didn’t get the code of the key box before we arrived. However, it’s a good place for 4 people to stay.

N/A<br/><br/>The carpet into the twinbedded room was frayed and could have caused someone to trip. <br/>The freezer was iced up and unusable. <br/>The hot water ran out in the morning. <br/>The tile grout in both bathrooms looked dirty. <br/>The shower tray in the ensuite had obviously been repaired and looked dirty. <br/>Only one Tea Towel was provided. <br/>No dish cloth provided.

Decent sized property and close to the seaside.

The apartment itself was lovely. Exactly as shown on the photographs.<br/>Sheets etc of a high quality. <br/>Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Comfortable living area and well stocked kitchen.<br/>Contact and instructions given from Host and Stay were clear and received at regular intervals. They tried to help when we were having problems attaining the keys from the key safe.<br/><br/>The extra £10 payable ought to be mentioned on booking the apartment and not revealed once the booking is actually made and confirmed.<br/>The process of having to collect the keys from another location was stressful for us as there was no number on the correct safe key box yet one higher up showed the number 4 we were looking for. <br/>The cleaners seemed to have done a rushed job leaving sponges on the floor and you could see things had been wiped over quicky with streaks left on many surfaces. The freezer was in dire need of defrosting. We had to clear ice out ourselves to be able to use it.<br/>The radiator in one of the bedrooms wasn't working however there was an extra duvet in a drawer that had to be used. <br/>We took photographs of a broken tile in the bathroom and a mark on the fridge door on arrival and advise doing this to cover yourselves as they do take a £250 damage deposit.
